As Vic left the coffee shop, Magdalynn smiled to herself. She was used to guys hitting on her, and usually she hated it when she was at work, but Vic was cute. Not just cute.. sexy. She smiled and washed her hands, getting ready to get back to work. Her coworker stepped up to her and batted his eyelashes adorably.

“Who was that?” He asked with his slight lisp, curiosity filling his voice. She could tell that he was practically squirming. To say that Jack was gay was an understatement. He was flaming. He loved surrounding himself with gossip, and whatever connection Maggie had just made with Vic was driving him crazy.

“No one, Jack. He's just a customer. Nothing more” she replied, wiping down the counter top. Jack immediately hopped up and sat on the counter that she had just cleaned. “Hey!” she exclaimed, giving him a dirty look.

He stuck his tongue out at her. “There is no way that dude is just a customer. You looked soooo into him. I saw you gave him your number. Are you guys going to go out? Because if not, seriously, I will take him out for you. I would love to take that guy home and turn him around...”

“JACK!” Magdalynn exclaimed, slapping his arm a bit. He rubbed it and made an “ow” noise. “I don't know Jack, I barely even know the guy! He might not even text me. Who knows? And besides, aren't you dating that one guy? What's his name? Aaron, Austin, Aidan...”

“Who, Alex? Nah, we just fuck sometimes. Nothing serious, and nothing committed. There is no way that I would get into a relationship with him. Waaaay to much drama involved. But seriously, if that guy texts you, you had better go out with him. He is suuuuper cute. Mmmm girl.”

She laughed at his antics. For some reason, Magdalynn just seemed to magnetize gay men. And though she loved all of them to death, it was absolutely taking a toll on her dating life.

“We'll see, Jack” she giggled at him, and continued on with her work, but she couldn't get the cute little brown boy out of her head.

Vic still had a silly little smile on his face as he walked into the house that he shared with his bandmates. He walked into the kitchen to grab a beer, then plopped down on the couch next to his brother, who was watching Archer on Netflix.

“Someone's in a better mood. Did you walk help you?” Mike asked, turning the volume down on the television.

“Yeah, Man. It was good. I really like the weather out today too” Vic whipped out his phone and sent a quick text to Maggie. He knew that he should wait a day or two, but he couldn't help it. That girl was so cute, and he really wanted to see her again.

Hey cutie. This is Vic. ;)

After sending the text, he slid his phone back into his pocket and cracked open his beer.

Mike and Vic chatted nonchalantly for a bit, drinking and relaxing. Vic's phone buzzed and he pulled it out. Reading who the message was from, he instantly smiled.

Hey there. :) What's going on?

Mike cocked his head at his brother smiling goofily at his phone.

“Who are you texting dude?” He asked, raising an eyebrow.

“This girl I met at Starbucks. She's like, super cute.” Vic smiled, replying to the text.

Just hanging out with my brother, watching some tv. Not too much of anything. How about you?

“So that's why you're in such as good mood. Are you gonna fuck her?” He asked, winking and punching his brother lightly on the arm. Vic laughed nervously, running his fingers through his hair.

“Uh, nah man. This girls different. She's so cute, and smart, and just... I don't know how to describe it. I barely know this girl and I'm already so into her”. He looked down as his phone buzzed again.

I just got off work. I'm on my way home. I can't wait to get off my feet and relax!

“Whoa dude. You got it bad” Mike said, going to the kitchen and grabbing another beer for both of them. “Just be careful falling head over heels for another girl. Seeing you all fucked up over Raychelle was no fun”. He took a sip of his beer and got back to watching the show. Vic started to reply to Maggie.

Well, if you need to relax and want some company, I'm here for you. ;)The guys and I aren't doing anything tonight, so if you wanna come kick back with us you're more than welcome to.

He waited for a reply, crossing his fingers that she would say yes. He really wanted to see her again. He started daydreaming about her beautiful eyes, and jumped slightly when his phone vibrated again.

Sounds like fun. Just give me time to shower and whatnot first :)

A huge smile spread across his face. He jumped up and started picking up empty beer bottles and trash.

“What's up with you?” Mike asked, watching Vic flutter around the room.

“She's coming over tonight, I gotta make it look acceptable in here!” Vic replied, getting back to work. He couldn't wait to see her again, and he had to make sure everything was perfect.
