Disenchanted Lullabye

It's been a while and I felt so much better after getting things out. James had called Jaime and while he was disappointed, he was just happy I didn't do anything I'd regret. I kept my distance from BMTH but Oli seemed to always come around me. Everyone seemed to worry more when he's nearby, like they know something I don't.

With the support of my friends, my spirits had definitely lifted and I began to enjoy this experience. I enjoyed having a drink with the guys every night and knowing I'd be safe with them. I enjoyed getting to do what I truly loved. Shit, I even enjoyed all of the rumors that came from fans saying I was a 'groupie that's fucking everyone on the tour'


With the end of tour coming close, I wanted to spend time with my friends before we all parted ways. We had about a week and a half before it was over and I was just crossing my fingers that everything would just go off without a hitch.


Days went by and it was amazing, I was happy and I called Jaime everyday just to hear his voice and I just enjoyed every day.
We were in the final stretch. Today was the last day and I had noticed a recurring thing that had gone on during this tour; Everyone, including his band mates, stayed away from Oli.

It was the end of the second to last night and we were all hanging out on the bus, drinking and playing some games when I decided to bring it up.

"Guys, what;s the thing going on with Oli?" I asked and everyone got quiet. They glanced around to each other and then Alex spoke.

"What do you mean?" His tone of voice made it sound as though he knew just as well what I meant.

"Everyone just avoids him, I was just wondering why." I shrugged and they looked at each other again.

"If we tell you, you can't freak out or say anything. It's only between bands and hasn't been in the media or anything." Jack said and I nodded cautiously. What the fuck was I about to be told?!

"Okay, well allegedly, it's been said that Oli tried to rape some girl after being at a bar. The girl was apparently drunk and didn't say anything about it to anyone that we've seen at least. Nobody has had the balls to ask him if it's true but we really just wanted to stay away from him for now just incase it is. That's why we were all so happy that you ended up on AA's bus instead of his." Rian said and my eyes widened. It sounded like something too good to be true. Oli never seemed like that guy.

"Wow." was all I could say, the shock of hearing something so sick about somebody I had worked with was indescribable.

"Yeah, I don't know if I necessarily believe that but Oli does get pretty affectionate with people when he's drunk and used to be very aggressive on occasion." Zack added and I nodded.

"He did kiss me when I first worked with him but he and the band were all pretty drunk and I figured it was just the way they say goodbye. I don't know." I blurted out and regretted it. I hadn't told anyone about that night.

"What? When did that happen? Why?" Alex asked and they all looked at me with concerned faces.

"They had invited me to have a drink with them after they performed, I only had one but they were all taking shots one right after another and when I had to leave Oli kissed me." I felt like a little kid telling their parents what happened at school.

"Well, it doesn't sound like much more than drunken affections but I would really just stay away from him, Ran, until someone gets to the bottom of the rumors." JAck said and the others nodded.

"Yeah. Well, I'm gonna call it a night tonight. We got a long day tomorrow, last day of tour and we gotta go ham for it." I chuckled, downed the rest of my drink and walked back to my bunk.

I lay there for a while just letting what I was told really sink into my head.


Could Oli really have tried to rape somebody?

Sorry it's been so long but I've been at such a cross road with this story and that's why I've been focused on my others(don't forget to check em out!) so much. I just have been on such writers block that nothing ever comes to me when I'm writing for this one. Hope this rush of fun made up for my month long mini hiatus though!
