Today was like any other day...shit. I was just finishing college for the day, where everyone was meant to be treated like an equal and not constantly being discriminated. Me, I'm a social outcast with one friend, Luna. Even people who were into our type of music didn't want anything to do with us, mainly me. If Luna hadn't befriended me I don't know if I would still be here, I am very great-full towards her. The only good thing about today was going home to Luna and hopefully going to get tickets for warped tour. Luna is the only person I live with in her flat, I help by cooking, clean and shopping whilst she pay's the rent. Luna is about 26 years old where as I was only 18 and going to be 19 in May. After everything that has happened to me I only trust Luna, maybe I should start being more open and start trusting you, maybe as I tell you further about myself I can. If I know I can trust you, can I tell you my story? Hmm..
Anyway I was at home now and Luna was still at work so I decided to get changed into some tracksuit bottoms and a tank top, it was quite hot and seeing as I was going to clean I need to wear something that I know I don't mind become dirty. It took me about an hour and a half to clean the kitchen and the living room together, it took me half an hour to cleaning the toilet and bath area, and I had just finished cleaning my bedroom when my phone went off. I went to check it and a notification came up saying that I needed to go on my laptop to wait for the warped tour website to put up the tickets sale. So I quickly put my phone down on the table took my gloves of the I used for when I was cleaning and rushed to my room, I turned my laptop on and quickly went onto the website. I waited for about twenty minutes before the website put up the information on how to get the tickets. Seeing as both Luna and I work we both have the money to be able to get the tickets for the entire tour as well as gas for the car and to stay in a hotel as well. I quickly typed in the information and how many tickets we needed and for when and where. As I submitted the information I waited with my fingers crossed, as soon as I saw that everything was okay and that we got the tickets I quickly went to get my phone, ran back into my room and sat in front of my laptop and called Luna. Luna answered the phone "Hey Lizzie, I'm on my way home from work know" I shouted quickly " LUNA I GOT THE TICKETS" I heard a scream down the end of the phone, pulling it away from my ear I heard Luna "OH MY FUCKING GOD...REALLY?!!?! EEEKKKKKK!" I know... she has the lungs of screamer...wait...ewww not like that...you guys are nasty...I mean as a screamer from a band ...just plain eww. "I'm pulling up in the drive way I'll be there in a minute." As soon as Luna said that I cut the phone of and started to look at the computer screen... It said that "Your tickets will be sent within the day and will reach your home by tomorrow" I heard Luna coming in screaming and we both started to scream and jump up and down on my bed... I know a bit of a childish reaction but hey who cares no one is seeing us do this. "We have to go shopping for this"...."But Luna the clothes we have now are fine, we need moneys for food; gas, hotel, to pay rent for this house in advance, and band merch"..."But we have a lot of money Lizzie, we can pull it off"..."fine but I'm picking my own clothes out, but we can do that tomorrow let me cook dinner and then we can go to bed." As you may see here Luna is more of the immature one whilst I was more of the mature one. Luna can be mature at times but it's fun when she's at her most immaturest she brings out the immaturity in people. I was now in the kitchen cooking whilst Luna was getting changed I was cooking Mexican food for tonight...yum. As soon as Luna and I had finished eating I washed up and she dried. Then we watch some TV for a while and then went to bed. I was in my room turning my laptop off after reading my emails and re-reading the warp tour site. I closed my curtains and then got changed into a tiger onesie. After putting my clothes in the wash basket I went and turned my bedside light on and turned the main light of. I quickly got into bed and actually feel asleep within five minutes and started to dreaming, dreaming about any outcome of goodness coming from this warped tour.
