You Are My Getaway
I walked around the hospital aimlessly for what seemed like forever. I wanted to calm down before i returned back to Kellin's room so i didn't risk snapping at him. I just couldn't handle the fact that my own flesh in blood put my boyfriend in the hospital. At least i know now why Mike hated Kellin so much. If my relationship with my brother isn't permanently damaged, i'll have to remember to pay more attention to him. Maybe one day all three of us can hangout together. I happened to stumble upon a gift shop, so i walked in deciding to get Kellin a little trinket and maybe some balloons. Looking around, i ended up buying a giant stuffed animal that probably weighed more then Kellin and three 'get well soon' balloons. I smiled to myself as i reached his room and walked in.
"Kellin!" I exclaimed. Kellin groaned and rolled over, keep his eyes shut tight. I don't know why, but i was really excited about the gift that i had for him.
"Kellin! Wake up, wake up, wake up!" I yelled, dragging out 'n. I sighed out of frustration since i was still being ignored.
I walked around Kellin's bed, dragging the giant teddy bear on the floor by its ear. I tied the balloons to the foot of his hospital bed before going closer to Kellin and slapping his ass hard. I heard a high pitched squeal before Kellin whipped around in his bed, glaring at me. I smirked playfully.
"I got you a present and some balloons!" I exclaimed happily. I held up the giant teddy bear and pointed to the balloons. Kellin's jaw dropped before he made grabby hands at the stuffed animal. I handed it to him and couldn't help but laugh at how big it looks next to him.
"Aw, Vic! I love it, thank you!" He gushed before cuddling deeply with the bear. I smiled wide at how cute he looked.
"Anything for you. I just felt bad about what happened earlier, i shouldn't have fought with Mike in front of you. I know you don't like people yelling." I sighed. Kellin shook his head.
"It's okay, i understand. I feel bad for Mike, though." Kellin said. My eyes furrowed together in confusion.
"Why would you feel bad for him? He put you in the hospital!" I argued.
"I know, but he only did 'cause he was jealous of me. I can understand why. I'm always the center of your attention." He reasoned. I nodded, knowing Kellin was right.
"Still didn't give him the right to almost kill you." I mumbled.
"Yeah, i know. At least try and talk to him? I'd never be able to live with myself if i knew i ruined your relationship with your brother." Kellin asked. I sighed, not really wanting to see him just yet. But, i'll do it for Kellin. And besides, Mike and i used to be so close.
"I guess i can talk to him. I'll do it when you get discharged from here, okay?" Kellin nodded before asking me to cuddle with him. I smiled widely and crawled in next to him.
We watched movie after movie and cuddled the rest of the night. After make several attempts to talk Kellin into having dinner as i was about to order some, i finally got him to order a plate of macaroni and cheese. I got the same as him but with a slice of pizza. He ate less then half of the macaroni and cheese, but hey, at least i got him to eat. After that, i had to physically hold him down when he tried to run to the bathroom and purge. He cried for a while but calmed down when i told him how perfect he was. Soon enough he fell asleep in my arms. I kissed his head lovingly before whispering,
"You're beautiful baby."
