Why would I let you go?

Vic opened the door, revealing a bit flustered Kellin. His black hair was a tiny bit messier than I remembered it, and his pale cheeks had a tint of red to them, like he'd been in a rush or something. I wondered why he was here, but my questions were soon answered.
"Hey Kells, what are you doing here?" Vic asked his friend with a honest big smile on his pretty face. I could still see the blush on the tanned of his cheeks after our little "moment", and I mentally gushed at how freaking cute he was.
"I came over to visit Thalia, to check up on her, you know? But she isn't answering when I ring her doorbell..." Kellin stated with a confused expression. Vic shot a glance my way and a mischievous grin crossed his face. He shifted around, his body blocking Kellin's sight so he wouldn't see me. Oh, that evil bastard...
"Actually, I have no idea of where she might..." he started, but Kellin was too quick for him and his eyes locked with mine soon enough.
"Oh, there you are, you sneaky girl!" The raven-haired boy exclaimed and sauntered over to were I was. He hauled me to my feet and pulled me in for a tight bear hug, which I returned, chuckling lightly. He released me soon after that and ruffled my hair with one of his hands. "Still as short as can be, huh?"
"You're not one to talk, Quinn." I warned him, trying to look serious and dangerous, but I couldn't help but laugh at the end. "So, what are you doing here anyway?"
"I came over to check up on my new friend that is new in town and, since I don't have to work today, offer her a sunday-morning tour! How does that sound?" Kellin asked with a huge inviting grin plastered on his face. I couldn't help but laugh at how excited he sounded over somehting so blunt, and be a bit overwhelmed by how kind he was being by offering me a tour and checking up on me.
"It sounds great to me." I quickly accepted, not thinking for even one moment about declining his offer. Then, Kellin turned to Vic, who was quickly tapping away on his phone.
"You in it, Fuentes? We could really use some professional Mexican guiding." Kellin picked on his friend, winking playfully at him. Vic laughed loudly but shook his head slowly.
"I'm sorry guys, Jaime just texted; band practice. We should meet up for lunch, though. And you can meet the rest of the guys too!" Vic warbled, a shit eating grin grazing his lips. I nodded automatically and his smile grew bigger, if that was even possible. "Great, so meet us where always, Kells?"
"Sure, Vic. Thalia, let's get going, shall we?" I nodded and started walking towards the door.
Once Kellin was out of sight and before we left, Vic wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me in close for a quick deep kiss before he had to let me go, smiling, clearly amused by my surprise. I blushed furiously and started making my way downstairs in front of him to where Kellin was.
There, we parted ways as Vic got on his motorbike - he drove a flacking motorbike! how UNF was that?- and drove away after bidding Kellin and I our goodbye, winking at me before he put on his helmet and sped away, raising dust with the wheels of his bike. I bit my lip at how... well, sexy, Vic looked driving on his bike, and I... Stop those dirty thoughts, girl!
I looked over to Kellin and found him smiling wikedly at me, to which I just answered raising my eyebrows in a silent question. He just shook his head and chuckled softly before motioning with his hand that we should go.
Kellin took me to the most remarkable places of the city, which weren't really remarkable, just those to which people went the most, and we basically walked around town from 11am until he pointed out it was time to go meet the others for lunch. I checked my watch, stranged that it was already lunch time, and noticed it was already 2pm. Wow, so much for a "morning tour".
We walked somewhere I didn't know, and reached some kind of restaurant that looked really cool, like one of those you would see on a beach in a photo on Tumblr. Kellin walked inside first, me following suit, and we spotted a large group of people sitting at a table. I recognised a head with brown hair swept to the side, and I couldn't help a small smile to creep onto my face, but I tried to hide it as well as I could. Quickly, Vic noticed Kellin and I and his hand shot up to wave at us as a smile grew on his face. Kellin waved back energetically, and we walked over to the table. There were six people in total sat around the table and two empty seats.
"Hey guys, this is Thalia." Vic introduced me to his friends, offering me the empty seat beside him, which I gladly took. He smiled at me and I returned the gesture before looking around the table at the strangers around me. They were all looking at me and, although they all looked really sympathetic, I could feel my social anxiety starting to kick in, and my heart rate starting to increase as I started to get more and more uneasy. I think Vic noticed, because he got hold of my hand from under the table and gave it a gentle, reassuring squeeze. I looked down to looked at our hands laced together and I could feel myself starting to relax. I saw Vic smile through the corner of the eye before he started introducing people.
"Thalia, this here is Jaime, he's our bassist and a bit hiper but, oh well!" Vic raised his free arm in the air and they all started laughing at his joke, obviously agreeing with the fact that the Jaime boy, who was sitting to my left, was hiper. I could only smile politely as I had no clue. Vic continued the presentations soon after. "And this is lovely Eve, Jaime's girlfriend." The couple gave me a smile and I noticed what a great combination they were. Jaime had dark brown eyes and dark hair styled in some sort of wind-blown style and had a blond strike in it, which combined perfectly with Eve's blond hair and dark hazel eyes. "This is Noah, our drummer, and Kellin's boyfriend too!" He revealed, making both Kellin and the Noah boy blush furiously. Noah had dark hair, almost black like Kellin's, but his eyes were an electric green instead of blue like the other boy's. He was really cute, but I had another person in mind at that moment in time...
"And, finally, here we have Tony, who you already know..." Vic continued. I smiled at Tony, who I'd met this morning, and he acknowledged me with an eyebrow wiggle and a grin. Weird. "And his splendid girlfriend Olivia." Olivia was sitting next to Tony, and I must say they made a weird but really good couple. While Tony had brown hair, hers was a beautiful and strange light shade of auburn that paired really well with her pale skin and her grey eyes. The ginger-haired girl gave me a shy but honest smile which I mimicked.
When the introductions were over, a waiter came over to grab our orders. He was pretty atractive and polite with everyone; he even joked around with me a bit - to which I was clearly not used to (male attention, that is) - but when he took the orders, Vic almost growled his.
I leaned a bit to my right and asked him if anything was wrong. He quickly shook his head and gave me a small smile, saying he was just hungry and wanted his food, but I didn't buy it.
I leaned to my left and tapped Jaime on the shoulder. He turned his attention to me quickly and I asked him the same.
"Hey, what's up Vic's ass with that waiter?"
"Oh, I don't really know, but I bet he doesn't like guys flirting with the girl he's set his eye on." Jaime answered sugestively wiggling his eyebrows like Tony had done before and winked once again before returning to his conversation."The girl he likes?" Did he mean me? I turned to look at Vic, who was engaged in a conversation about some rehearsal, and he locked his eyes with mine, flashing his soft, bright smile and leaving me all fluttery inside.
After we ate, we split the bill between all and we left the restaurant, parting ways. Jaime and Tony left with their girlfriends, after bidding the rest of us our farewells and making sure they all gave me their numbers and twitter names for when I bought a new phone -which would have to be real soon. Kellin and Noah left together too, claiming they had to do some "couply-stuff-Vic-and-I-would-never-understand".
So that left Vic and I to either walk home, but he'd have to come back to get his bike later, or get home together on his motorbike. I was kind of scared, to be honest, but I opted of the second one; it was far more exciting and intriguing.
He hopped on the bike and handed me a helmet before he put on his and motioned me to sit on the seat behind him. I did as he said and put my arms around his toned stomach.
"Ready?" Vic asked, though his voice was muffled by the helmet I could still hear him. I clutched to his shirt tighly and nodded slightly. I felt him shake softly as he chuckled and got ready. "There we go. 1, 2, 3!"
He started the bike and we sped down the road at a really high speed, wind hitting us like a hurricane was coming, but the feeling was refreshing and fun, and definitely adrenaline-liberating. The sea was always by our side during the ride, which made it only better, and even more fun.
Vic sped up a little more and I clutched the fabric of his t-shirt tighter between my fingers, making him chuckle as a result.
"Don't be scared, love. You're safe with me."
We reached our building in almost no time, which I was a little disappointed about because the bike ride was real fun, and we both hopped off the motorbike. I handed Vic the helmet he'd lend me and he put it indide the seat of the bike, locking it up safely. He then turned to look at me intently in the eyes with an unusually shy smile on his face.
"So... how are you liking it here so far?"
"Actually, it's been one of the best days I've had in a long time." I answered honestly. If I thoguh about it, I could say that that day I had been what people use to call "happy". Vic's smile grew a bit more confident and big as his chocolate brown eyes shone.
"Um... the guys told me to ask you if you wanted to come to our band's rehearsal tomorow afternoon." He proposed, a bit bashfully still. He was too cute when he was shy!
"Sure, I'd like to but, won't I be a bother with you guys practicing and me hanging around there..."
"Don't be silly, Thalia! Besides, the boys really wanted you there, and... I do too." Vic admitted, and his cheecks turned the slightest shade of pink. I could feel blood rushing to my cheeks as I myself blushed as I nodded, agreeing to go. Vic gave me one of his heart-warming smiles before he started leaning in slowly.
"Would you mind if, now, I...?"
I knew perfectly well where this was heading, and Vic was being far more shy than he was that morning, a couple of ours ago, so I took the initiative to be confident for once. "Oh, just do it already!"
Vic chuckled before pressing his lips to mine in an intense kiss, wrapping his arms around my waist while mine travelled to his neck. Our lips moved in sync as perfectly as the mechanism of a pocket-watch. We kissed for some time - I couldn't really count how much - when he pulled away to rest his forehead on mine and pull me closer.
With a smile from ear to ear, he bidded his personal farewell before we parted ways until the next day.
"It's really been one of the best days of my life too, Thal. And I really hope tomorrow is too..."
