King For A Day

Vic's POV

I ran down the hall and to the elevator. I didn't know where I was going but I knew I had to get out of here. At least far enough away from mom. I was so passed that I was being blamed for mike being I'm the hospital. I pressed the down button and waited. The elevator was taking forever. I heard someone clear their throat and nearly jumped out of my skin. Alex was standing there looking down and messing with the hem of his shirt.

" are you okay vic? I saw you run down the hall and I wanted to check on you." He started scuffing the ground with his shoes. The elevator dinged and opened. We both got on.

"I'm just pissed because mom is trying to blame me for mikey being in the hospital and it isn't right. And she said I'm irresponsible and that's not true. I've been managing on my own all this time so why would she think I would just stop. I mean I guess I should have tried harder to make him wait but you know him better than I do would he have waited?" Alex just shook his head.

I just lost control and started sobbing. Alex's eyes grew wide and he started to rub my shoulders. He pulled me into his arms and shushed me softly. The elevator dinged and we got out. I wiped my eyes and hugged him.

"thank you lex. I'm glad I met you." I went to kiss him on the cheek but he turned and his lips met mine. I blushed but Alex didn't give me much time to think about it before pulling me into him and kissing me passionately. Our tongues were lashing and fighting for dominance. I had him pressed against the wall at this point and we were rubbing each others chest. We broke apart when a nurse walked by. We looked at each other breathing hard and list filled.

"ugh we can go somewhere. You know....to......you know...." Alex said blushing.

"Alex I don't want to." He looked sad. " no baby don't get me wrong I want to. He'll if I was being myself I'd take you and fuck you til you couldn't stand. But I like you. A lot. I may be in love with you and I don't want this to move too fast. I adore you and I just want you to know that I see more in you than just a quick fuck. OK." He nodded but still looked sad.

" I just wanted to show you that I love you vic. Because I do.....I love you." He said softly. I knew he meant it because he looked me right in the eyes. I tilted his chin up and kissed him on the lips.

" Alex I don't want to lose you ever. You are the sweetest guy I have ever met. I want us to be together. But I also want to take it slow. Because I want to show you that I am yours. OK baby?" He nodded and kissed me again. We wrapped our arms around each other and just stood there for a while.

" so you want to go back upstairs and check on mike?" I nodded. We laced our hands and headed to the elevator. We got inside and headed back upstairs to the room. Mike was eating some chicken tenders and French fries. I walked over and saw kellin sitting in a chair beside mikes bed.

"kellin! I missed you bro!" I ran over to him and hugged him. He hugged me back tight.

"hey vic how are you?"

" I'm good just making sure my brother is okay." He nodded and then turned to Alex.

" and who are you?" Kellin asked in a tone I had never heard him use before. It was a cross between condescending and harsh.

"I'm Alex. Mike's best friend and victors boyfriend." My mom looked up from her magazine, Mike looked up mid chew, and kellins face dropped. Uh oh......
