The Night Can Be Deadly

Kellin's POV

Screams and gunshots fill the air. The one thing I hear is, "NO!!!!!!" Then Lindsey's scream and Justin's yells. "Justin shut the fuck up!" Jesse snaps leaving our circle. I snapped up and watched the scene lay out. I look to see the fire we made is burning out. But the smoke still dances in the air. "You're gonna attract Geeks!" I hiss. "Lindsey stay there!" Lindsey starts panting again. "Justin!! It hurts!!" "Give me a fucking minute!!" He snaps. "I'm sorry." he adds suddenly.

Currently, Lindsey is on the floor, a huge bite mark on her wrist. Blood stains her shirt as she pants quickly. "J- Justinnn!!" She whines panting harder. Jesse is nowhere to be found until he pops out from behind a tree, axe in hand. He looks pissed and storms his way to Lindsey. "Stay the fuck away from her." Justin growls, standing in front of him blocking his way. Jesse scoffs before pushing Justin to the ground and dropping to his knees beside Lindsey. "Jesse, NO!!!!!!!!!" Gabe screeches. "Don't do it!" Jack adds. He wouldn't. He can't! But he did. Yup he did. Jesse lifted the axe in the air before bringing it down to Lindsey's wrist, chopping her hand off.

Blood squirts all over Jesse's face as Lindsey lets out a blood curling scream. "LINDSEY!!!!!" Justin screeches running to her. He cups her face and tears fill his eyes. "Lindsey, no." he whines. "WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU!!??" Katelynne screeches from beside me. "I need bandages. The wrapping kind." "We don't have any! Vic had all of the medical supplies before someone fucking ditched him." I accuse, glaring at Jesse. "He's dead." Jesse says. "W- what? You killed him?!" Tony perks up. "Yes. Beat him and stabbed him to death. He passed out, blood was filling the pool. He can't possible live through that." Jesse killed Vic? My best friend? My sister's sweetheart?!

"You didn't." Jaime asks in disbelief. "Oh but I did! He's probably turned by now." Jesse sneers, smirking slightly. "I'LL KILL YOU!!!!!" Mike screeches pouncing onto Jesse and wrapping his tattooed fingers around Jesse's neck. Over and over again, Mike slams Jesse's head on the concrete. But Jesse flips them over and with one punch, knocks Mike out causing Alysha to scream. In a swift move, Jesse's gun is out and pointed to Alysha who covers her mouth quickly. As this happens, I peek behind Jesse to see Justin ripping his jacket off and wrapping it around Lindsey's hand, like it was a bandage. "Does anyone have tape?!" He asks quickly and frantically, fear flickering in his eyes. Jaime tosses him a roll and you can hear the rip of tape.
Sobbing and whines escape out of Lindsey's lips. On the other hand, the whole group is curled up in balls sobbing. Some uttering the one word that caused me to break.
Vic.

How could he be dead?! Why would Jesse do this?! My best friend. Dead. As I crumbled to my knees all I thought about was Vic. And how he could be one of those walking corpse's. Eating people and looking around with those dead white eyes. Anger boiled up in my veins as I thought about how Jesse did it. In his own pool of blood. Lindsey started to choke on her own blood as Justin held onto her for dear life. "Don't leave me please!!" "I love you." She whispered. "I love you too." Justin replied quickly. "Sooo much. Don't let this hurt you. Okay?" Justin nodded slowly as they saved their final kiss. Then her eyes shut. Just like that, she was gone. Justin cried into her as Jesse left the gun pointed at us.

"Man, get that thing out of my face!" I screeched throwing the gun to the side. The trigger was pulled and the loud boom erupted in the air. "Shit we need to go before they get here!" Erin informed as we stood up. "Where are we gonna go?!" I looked around before pointing, "There. Justin can send Lindsey's body away. Now let's go." Justin picked her limp body up as we grabbed our things and made a break for it. By the time we started running, Geeks started to surround us but we were quick. Everyone pulled out their guns and shot around before we reached the beach. "Is everyone okay?" I pant along with everyone who nods. As we make our way to the water, I see a body laying in front of the tidal waves.

It was a guy that looked oddly like Vic. Even his guitar and bag look similar. "Is that....?" I ask squinting. "Oh my God, VIC!!!!!!" Mike screeched flinging himself toward the body. "No, fuck Mike!" I call before running after him. When we finally make it, it in fact was Vic. He laid lifeless with a bottle next to him, a rolled up paper inside it shut by a cork. He was dripping wet and covered in blood. Mike sits his head on his knees and pets his hair. "Vic?" He whimpers. Turning to Jesse I say, "You have some explaining to do."

Sorry it was so short. It did kinda suck and wasn't as great as the others but I'll make it better soon. Better chapters to come soon. So wait....COMMENT!!!
