"Let's just go for the night, we could have a good time!" Oli grabbed my hand and held kneeled next to me.

"But I have to be here for Vic..." I murmured.

"Vic would want you to have fun, he's sleeping right now. You know he'll understand!" Oli argued.

"Well even if I did chose to go, which I'm not saying I am, what would we do?" I asked.

"Now that my dear is a surprise." Oli grinned at me.

"Well I do like surprises." I grinned.

"So that means you'll go?" Oli anxiously grabbed my hand.

"Yes." I giggled.

"Hey doll, so what do you want?" This lady that looked like she came here straight from the 50's asked me. I looked down at my red and white checkered menu, and glancing at the options, until I found something that caught my eye.

"I want the grilled cheese." I gave the lady a huge smile.

"Okay and for lover boy?" She turned towards Oli. I took in the old diner around me. There was a statue of a Bob's Burgers guy and and everything looks like it came with the building when it was made.

"Skylar!" Oli whisper-yelled.

"What?" I jumped.

"You zoned out hard." Oli informed me.

"So?" I snapped. Oli instantly looked hurt. "I'm sorry I'm just a little bit nervous about Vic. I shouldn't take it out on you..." I frowned.

"No no no Skylar I know you are nervous, it's okay honestly. I really care about you and I don't want you to feel like you can't talk to me because Vic is your ex." Oli sighed. Just then the lady came back with the food.

"Here's your food doll and lover boy," She smiled, "You know he gives you that look." She said to me.

"What look?" I asked.

"The same one that you see people that have been married for over 60 years give each other." She said like it should be obvious to me.

"Confusion because they can't hear each other?" I asked.

"No doll, love." She smiled and strutted off. I looked back at Oli who sheepishly grinned. I grinned back at him.

"She's right." I informed him.

"Sometimes we don't have to say things using tongues, the eyes are the most vocal part of the body." Oli said like a philosopher.

"If you look into my eyes you see the mirror image of yours." I said as if I was a character in Romeo and Juliet
