"So we are going to Times Square?" I squealed.

"Yes." Vic nodded nonchalantly, while putting a picnic blanket into his backpack.

"And we are going to have a picnic over by the statue of liberty?" I squealed even louder.

"And all of my friends are coming?" I squealed. Vic sighed and walked over to the kitchen counter and grabbed a basket filled with food. He walked to me.

"Yes. Stop asking so many questions that you know the answer to." He shoved the basket in my arms. He walked and grabbed his bag, and slung it over his shoulder.

"For the record Sky I was just as excited as you are about this?" Jaime not so nonchalantly whispered in my ear. I giggled softly. Oh Jaime.

"Guys this is so freaking cool!" I stated while walking out the door. All the guys followed., along with another girl who they invited along from Warped Tour, Chey Snider of They All Float.

"Yeah I mean I liked the makeup section, it was really small, but it had some nice colors, but aeropostal isn't really my thing ya know?" She shrugged.

"So boyfriend where are we going next?" I teased poking Vic in the side.

"Well girlfriend its almost one, which means my belly wants food. So we are going to a park over by the statue of liberty." He poked me back, awkwardly missing my arm, and poking me in the boob. Vic gives me an awkward look and poked me in the side, the same one that I made a cut in with Mike's blades the other day. I flinched, and Vic gave me the oh-no-you-didn't look. Mike noticed the awkwardness, knowing why I flinched and stepped in.

"Hey Sky, how's that side doing? You hit it kinda hard. Seriously though someone needs to make bath tubs less slippery." He interjected. He winked at me.

"Meh it's sore though, cause you know." I shrugged. Vic seemed to buy it.

"So we will take cabs to the park yeah? We'll shove as many people as we can in the car at a time, since their is twelve of us." We tried and flagged down a car finally. We all ran to try and get in the car, like wild beasts. Chey, Oli, Mike, and I all ended up in the taxi cab. I shut the door and buckled my seatbelt. I looked back at Vic standing on the curb, trying to flag someone down.

"That was a close call. I think Vic believes you, or at least he wants to." Oli said next to me.

"How did you-" I started. Oli lifted up the side of Vic's sweatshirt that I was wearing. He saw the bandaid that was there. He lifted it up more and around my chest checking for more marks. I sat in a stiff frozen position. Finally, satisfied that there were no more he let go of the sweatshirt.

"I can tell when someone is a broken soul when I see one. There's so many Skylar." He held my face in his hands and kissed my forehead, softly. "We all carry these things inside, that no one else can see. They hold us down like anchors, they drown us at sea." He whispered against my skin.

"Hey Oli, watch yourself she's an attention whore. She'll date you if you feel sorry for her." Mike sneered from the front seat.

"Shut the fluck up she just wants someone there for her." Oli sneered back.

"I think you mean a bunch of someones, who are all male." He sneered back.

"Shut up, I'm lesbian." I got in Mike's face.

"What?" Oli and Mike said in unison.

"Guys, I like guys I just wanted to say something to make you guys shut up." I explained. They both nodded. Mike shot me one last dirty look, and turned around. He ignored my existence for the rest of the day.
