Mike's POV~

I woke up to Lilly's soft voice floating through the hallways from the bathroom. I stretched an slowly pulled myself out of bed. I have a whole summer to do nothing but be with the love of my life-well, and work. This is gonna be the best summer of my life, even if we have to move to LA.

I walked out of my bedroom in boxers and a t-shirt just about the time Lilly waled out of the bathroom in her shower wrap. I smiled when I saw her, I couldn't help myself. "Good morning gorgeous," I said, causing her to blush.

I took her hand and walked her to her bedroom. I helped her into her clothes, though she didn't really need any help. I had yet to tell her about LA, but I wasn't too worried. I sat her down on the edge of the bed.

"Hey Lil, I have some news," I started, and she looked at me, smiling expectantly. "Because of our band, we are gonna have to move to LA, okay?" I asked. Her face paled and her smile faltered a bit, but she nodded anyways.I knew she didn't like to move, since the last time she did she ended up losing her parents and two siblings. "Are you alright honey?" I asked, rubbing her back gently. She smiled again and nodded. I leaned over and kissed her cheek. "It'll be okay this time, I promise," I whispered.

She nodded again and took a couple of deep breaths. "I'm safe as long as you're around, right?" she asked, and I smiled. "That's right love. I will protect you until the day I die," I whispered.

I kissed her softly and she scooted closer. We continued to kiss passionately until we heard the front door slam. Lilly's eyes widened with fear and she hid behind me. I put my arms around her, and watched the door intently.

"Guys, we need to have a house meeting!" I heard Vic yell. He sounded stressed, but Lilly and I were just relieved that it wasn't any danger. I took her hand and we walked into the living room where Vic was pacing, and Alli was rubbing his back and trying to calm him down.

Finally, he sat down on the couch across from Lilly and I, pulling Alli into his lap. "Okay guys, we have to start packing now. The good news is we found a cheap house and we've sold this one, and the somewhat less-good news is that we will be sharing that house with Tony and Jaime. It's a fairly nice house and it's got a pool. It's right next to the recording studio too," he said.

"Vic, why are you so upset then?" I asked.

"Because, there are only three bedrooms. Lilly, would you and Mike be alright rooming together?" he asked worriedly, and she laughed a bit. "That's what you were worried about? It's fine. Of course I'll room with him," she chuckled, smiling at him reassuringly.

He sighed and smiled as well. "Okay, now for the final bit of info; we have only twenty four hours to pack up and get out of the house. So we need to start packing now," he said and everybody's eyes went wide. "TWENTY FOUR HOURS?" Lilly yelled, and Vic winced. She looked immediately sorry and sat back down, curling into my side. "Sorry Vic, I'm not mad or anything, just a bit shocked, but yeah, let's get packing!" she said, allowing the smile to return to her face.


With that, we all stood up and spread out. I was on posters/pictures/decoration duty, Lilly was on clothes duty, Alli was on kitchen/bathroom, and Vic was doing furniture.

We finally finished packing everything into the large moving van that Tony had borrowed from his uncle (who owns a moving company), around 11:30 that night. "Do you guys want to spend tonight here and get going in the morning or go ahead and pack our beds up and head to LA?" Vic asked. We all looked at each other, and among the four of us, we decided to spend one more night in the house.

Lilly and I went to pick up some Taco Bell (Alli's idea) for dinner. We ordered 6 bean burritos and 5 soft tacos, plus some meatless nachos for Lilly since she's vegetarian. When we arrived, Alli practically tackled us. "FOOD!" she screamed as she ran past us, grabbing the bag of burritos as she ran past. Man, that girl has had quite an appetite lately.

After we finished dinner, Vic and Alli went to bed. Lilly yawned and I smiled at her. I grabbed her hand and we ran upstairs together to my bedroom. I climbed out the window into the tree, and she followed me. I walked into the tree house and plopped down on one of the chairs that was in there. She sat on my lap, facing me, and pressed her lips softly to mine. Our lips moved perfectly in sync as we got more and more into it.

This was our last night here, and we planned to make a few more memories before we left forever.
