Jaime's POV~

Vic went with Danielle. I knew it was to good to be true. I felt the tears beginning to well up in my eyes as my jaw dropped open. Vic looked at me and mouthed something, but by then I was crying and was rendered unable to see anything. I quickly turned and ran out of the woods.

I decided to go and spy on Vic and that bitch Danielle, who stole the love of my life. I stood awkwardly next to the ATL bus and watched as Danielle kissed Vic, and Vic pushed her away. Why did he push her away like that? I wondered. My thoughts were interrupted by hearing Danielle's somewhat demonic, yet high pitched voice shriek, "I hate you Vic!" He broke up with her? I watched as the next few horrid minutes unfolded. She got in her car and started it, with an evil gleam in her eye. I knew what was about to happen as soon as Vic turned away.

I ran towards him, and screamed, "VIC! LOOK OUT!" but I was too late as I saw her mow over the love of my life, and then speed off as if nothing happened.
I quickly rushed to Vic's side and called an ambulance. I picked up Vic's unconscious, but still breathing body in my arms and cradled him, singing "Darling you'll be okay" Over and over again, as if I couldn't say anything else.

I guess Mike, Tony, Alex, and Jack must've heard the commotion, because when I looked back up, I saw the four of them standing there in shock. I heard the sirens and then the ambulance was there. We were told only one person could ride in the back of the ambulance with him, and everyone decided that I should. I agreed and climbed into the back of the large vehicle next to my love, and I held his hand the whole way there.

"Please don't let go, Vic. I can't do this without you" I whispered to him. By this point, I was sobbing uncontrollably. Soon, but not soon enough, we were at the hospital and they took him to the ER. I sat in the waiting room with the rest of the band members, who were now joined with the remaining two members of ATL and all of SWS.

*the next day, Jaime's POV*

We've been in the waiting room for 14 hours now. None of us have left. No one has said a word. Suddenly, a doctor came in. "Mike Fuentes?" He asked.
Mike stood up, and the doctor said, "Follow me, please."

The rest of us waited in silence with the occasional sobs from either Kellin or I. Kellin was almost as fucked up about this as I was. Mike finally returned, smiling.

"He's going to be fine, guys. Just a minor concussion, and a broken rib or two." He said, visibly relieved. I jumped up and hugged him. Mike pulled me off of him and said, "Now, only one person at a time can see him, and he requested Jaime first." My eyes grew wide and I smiled, revealing my dimples. "Really?" I asked. "Yeah, you are his best friend," he chuckled.

Right. Best friend. I sighed, and walked down the hall, and into Vic's room. He smiled, and, I shit you not, the first words out of his mouth were, "I love you Jaime. She's gone now, and I love you."

I almost fainted on the spot. I walked over to him and he pulled me in for a hug, but when I leaned down, he turned my face and kissed me. My stomach exploded into a million butterflies and I grinned widely. I heard clapping from the hallway, and turned around to see Mike and Tony holding hands, smiling, and all of the others were applauding us.
I laughed lightly, and bowed. This was perfect, nothing could ever go wrong again. Well, not today anyways. Tomorrow was another story.
