Lies.
"One last time.." I told myself, sliding the blade over my skin."You can't keep doing this to yourself Vic.." I said rubbing my wrist, wishing the marks would go away in an instant
"Vic!" I heard Tony laughing, I heard his foot steps getting closer to my door. I quickly tossed the razor into the box on my dresser and closed it right as Tony came in.
"Dude, Kellin was outside waiting for you!" Tony looked down at me smiling, I smiled back up at him.
I felt a surge of happiness flow through me "Kellin was waiting for me?" I laughed and raised my arms up to stretch.
"Yeah dude!" His eyes looked towards over my arm for a minute, wait not my arm...my wrist, I had forgotten to pull my sleeve down.
"Vic..." He said quietly and lightly grasped my arm turning it over seeing the scars, I yanked my arm back and pulled my sleeve down, looking up at him.
He looked at me with a serious face "You told me you wouldn't do it again..Wait you didn't tell me you promised me"
I looked down at the floor and swallowed the lump forming in my throat "Tony it's just I'm sorry and I just..I j-just" Tears began to flow out of my eyes.
Tony looked up at the ceiling and lightly whispered "You said you wouldn't..." and then left my room, leaving me sobbing on my pillow.
"Why would I lie to Tony like that..He's my best friend..." I hear laughing outside my window. I walk over, slightly peeking through the blinds. It's Tony and Kellin.
Kellin looks over at my window "Vic!" He yells, smiling, such a beautiful smile.."Come outside!"
"Uh.."I look at over at Tony, He looks the other way before even making eye contact "Alright Kellin"
"Hah maybe put some clothes on first!" Kellin yells playfully and winks at me, I look down to find I've been in my underwear this whole morning , blushing, I close the blinds quickly.
I fumble through my dresser looking for a Blink 182 shirt, I find it and slip on some black pants with it.
I run down the hall, towards the door, I look down at my wrist and then run back to my room, grabbing three braclets and putting them on as I run towards the door again.
I open the door and wave at Tony and Kellin.
Kellin runs up and hugs me "I missed you!" He hugs me tighter and tighter
"I didn't see you for one day and I get tight hugs?" I heard him giggle, and I blush.
He lets go of me and I feel happy as I look at him "So how have you been guys?" He asks me and Tony.
"Iv'e been..ok" Tony says in a hurt voice
"I'm great" I say smiling
"Lies" Tony whispers in a small voice.
Lies. I repeat it over and over again in my head.Lies.
