It's a few hours later that I wake up and the room is almost totally dark. I panic for a moment but then I feel Tony lying beside me. I turn around to look at him and see that his eyes are open.

"Tony?" I whisper in the dark. "Why are you not sleeping?"

"I'm thinking." Comes his reply.

"Bout what?"

"It's nothing."

"Tony!" I prop myself up on the elbow sighing and touch his face. "What is it?"

"I don't know how to tell you. But I will have to go on tour next week." He mumbles laying his hand on top of mine.

"What? And leave me here all alone?" I probably sound like the crazy clingy girlfriend.

He sighs "Gi, it's what I do. We have been pushing back the dates further but the shows are already sold out and I can't let the guys down." He pleads.

I instantly feel bad for what I said. I have never asked how he was able to stay with me all this time. "Of course it is, I'm sorry Tony. It's just. I guess I haven't thought about it. I'm sorry." I mumble. I am so selfish, it bet the band has lost a lot of money apart from the impact on their careers by taking time out.

He bends over shutting me up with a kiss. "Don't apologise Gi. If I could I would stay with you but I'll be only gone for two weeks and we will have a couple of shows in Cali so maybe I can come visit in between."

"No, Tony. It's fine don't worry. It will be alright." I say lying down again pulling him with me so I can rest my head on his chest. "It will be fine, I promise."

The next morning I wake up in an empty bed. I listen for a sound from the rest of the house to determine where Tony's at but it stays silent. I begin to feel a bit anxious and cuddle back into my blanket not daring to get up.
I know that sounds stupid but I have seemed to develop an anxiety due to the recent events, I just dread being alone and start to get really frightened. I didn't tell Tony about it though because I don't want him to feel he cannot leave me alone anymore.

About half an hour later I hear the front door open and close, by that time I have already panicked and I am close to tears but I try to compose myself, wipe my eyes with my sleeve and try to get up when I hear Tony's footsteps on the stairs. I am pretty good without crutches by now and make it to the bedroom door when he enters.

"Hey Babe," he says bending down to kiss me, gladly not noticing my forced smile. I kiss back but jump a little when I see something moving inside his jacket. He opens the zipper and reveals a tiny head with big milky brown eyes staring at me.

"I got this little fella for you so you won't be so lonely when I'm gone." He smiles brightly at me, his eyes seeking mine for approval.

"Awwww," I can't say more but reach out to grab the cutest little Staffy pup, he has a soft chocolate brown fur and little white paws that wiggle like crazy to get up and lick my face. "What's his name?" I press him to my chest while he starts softly biting and licking my earlobe.

"He hasn't got one, it's for you to decide." Tony hugs me from behind laying his head to the side of my neck that is not occupied by a wiggling puppy and kisses me.

"What month was he born?" I ask. "Two month ago, so that must have been May." Tony replies.

"So his name is May." I state, earning a snort and a disbelieving look from Tony.

"He's a boy! And how fucking metal is a dog called May" he starts to laugh.

"Okay, then we call him Mayhem." I decide, having the famous festival in mind to which Tony gives an approving nod. "Mayhem it is then."

"Thank you Tony! he's adorable." I kiss my lover on the lips and then the dog on its head.

"Hey, I thought I'm adorable! Should I get jealous here?" Tony fake pouts.

"Hell yeah, I am already totally in love with him this will only get worse when you're away." I tease turning away from him and cuddling Mayhem a bit more.
