Anatome (Jaime Preciado/Pierce The Veil)

Alexis's POV

"Guys, you didn't have to!" I exclaimed as I walked on to AA's tour bus and saw that Vic, Mike and Tony had bought some baby stuff seeing as all of it was at home and we weren't Shyloh to arrive so early.

"You needed baby clothing, nappies, all that stuff so we got it for you. There's also a Moses basket she can sleep in and a baby carrier." Tony said, pointing to the back of the tour bus.

"Thanks, you guys. I'm really grateful." I said and grinned at them.

"No problem." Vic said and saluted. I set Shyloh in the Moses basket and sat on the couch, watching her sleep.

"You just can't stop staring at her, can you?" I hear Jaime say. I feel him sit next to me and he wraps an arm around me.

"It's weird to think that we made her." I said as we both watched her.

"It is, and the fact that you carried her for nine months but you did it." Jaime said.

"No, WE did it." I said. Jaime leaned in closer and kissed me. I kissed him back and tangled my fingers in his hair whilst he placed his hands on my hips.

"Guys, you've just had a kid and she's in there with you! No baby making!" Jolie whined, covering her eyes as she entered the back room.

"It's only kissing, Jolie. Besides, I still hurt from labour so baby making won't happen for a few weeks." I said and winked at her. She caught on and winked back. I heard Shyloh softly cry and I moved away from Jaime to the Moses basket, picking her up.

"Is she hungry?" Jaime asked.

"Yeah, can you get baby milk please?" I asked. Jaime nodded and I walked into the living area with Jolie.

"This is the start of it, isn't it?" Sam asked as he saw me walk through.

"Yeah but I'm looking forward to it." I said. I started rocking Shyloh gently as she grizzled and I started singing softly to her.

"The child's bound to be a musician with you and Jaime involved in the music industry." Cameron said as I sang.

"I'll be surprised if she isn't. Her parents are musicians, family members and many of her parents friends are musicians." Jolie said, backing up Cameron's statement. Jaime walked back over, took Shyloh out of my arms and started feeding her.

"Aww, you look adorable Hime-Time!" Vic cooed and pinched Jaime's cheek.

"Shush." Jaime said, jerking his head.

"You didn't swear, that's a first." Vic gasped in fake shock.

"I'm going to wrap her up in cotton wool, no boyfriends until she's in her 30's, if she gets them before them, I'll scare them off in my style." He said, grinning.

"Jaime, she'll hate you if you do that." I chucked.

"That wouldn't matter, I'll still love her." he said as he put down the empty milk bottle and started burping her.

"Fans keep asking us about our little bean, shall we put them out of their misery?" I asked Jaime as Shyloh started dozing off.

"Yeah, why not? Family picture!" Jaime squealed. Tony got my camera, Jaime and I sat down on the couch, Jaime handed Shyloh to me and we smiled as my camera flashed.

"Now, we see what happens." I said as I attached my camera to my laptop and uploaded the picture to my Twitter and Instagram account.

@alexisfuentes: The bean has been born! Welcomed Shyloh Serenity Preciado into the world earlier today! For a newborn, she has great timing!"

I pressed enter and uploaded. Jaime logged into his accounts and posted the same picture but added a different quote.

"@ptvjaime: It's a girl! Shyloh Serenity Preciado has sprouted!"

"Well, your baby's getting pretty popular." Sam said as he noticed our phones continuously bleeping and buzzing.

"Just a little." I laughed.

~7 hours later

"Thanks guys, we really appreciate it!" Jaime shouted to AA as they dropped us off in our street.

"No problem! And congratulations on Shyloh!" Danny shouted to us. We all exchanged farewells, the bus door closed and the bus left the street.

"God, it feels great to be back." Jolie sighed, stretching her arms.

"It feels weird coming back here with a child, especially the fact that she's early." Jaime said.

"Shall we all go to mine for a bit?" Tony asked. We all nodded and headed up his drive. The door opened halfway up the drive and Erin stood in the doorway. Before she could say hi to Tony, she noticed the baby carrier I had and my flat stomach.

"Oh my god, congratulations!" She squealed, ran down the driveway and hugged me tightly.

"Thanks love." I said and hugged her back. Even though we had been away for a month, I had really missed this girl.

"Let's see her!" Erin squealed. Jaime held the carrier as I picked up Shyloh, wrapping her in an Adventure Time blanket Mike had bought for her.

"Oh my god, she looks so sweet! She takes after Jaime more but I can see her in you too!" Erin said. It was almost as if she's turned into a fangirl herself, but with a child, not band members.

"What's her name?"

"Shyloh Serenity Preciado."

"That's such a sweet name!" Erin cooed. We all entered the house and Tony was the first one to spot Oscar on a mat on the floor.

"How's my little boy?" He said, picking up Oscar and slightly spinning him.

"God, two fathers in the band are going to make me ill." Mike moaned.

"Hey, for all you know, you may get Bethany pregnant and you'll be one too Mr Fuentes." I said and elbowed his side the best I could whilst carrying Shyloh.

"Hey, imagine that when Oscar and Shyloh grow up, they end up getting married to each other and have their own family?" Jaime pondered.

"I bet you that will happen!" I said.

"It probably will, they'll spend loads of time with each other, it may be a slightly forced thing." Erin said and we all laughed between us.

"As great as it was seeing you Erin, I need to go see my daughter. My mommy instincts are calling, chat tomorrow!" Jolie blew a kiss to us all, waved and exited the house. We all said our farewells and waved back.

~1 hour later

"I thought I had it bad when in labour, yours sounds brutal!" Erin exclaimed as we all sat in the living room, not paying attention to the film that was on the TV seeing as everyone was transfixed on my birth story.

"It didn't help that everyone thought I wasn't being serious when I said I was in labour." I muttered.

"It wasn't real for us, we thought you said that as a way to get away from the wreckage." Vic defended.

"Yeah, because I joke about being in labour." I muttered again.

"You have to admit, it was so sudden that we thought you were kidding." Jaime said.

"Mmm, true." I said and looked to see Shyloh sleeping on Jaime's stomach. I took my phone out and took a picture of the two of them.

"Was that necessary?" Jaime laughed as he saw the flash.

"One for the fangirls." I said and everyone laughed.

"It'll probably be things like: the feels, omg how adorable, how sweet! Etc..." Mike mimed.

"Is it sad that you more or less summed up a fangirl in one sentence?" Tony said as Oscar gurgled in his arms.

"Perfection at it's finest honey." Mike said. After talking for another hour, Jaime and I headed home, I was experiencing exhaustion from birth and in general, I was shattered.

"Well, Erin wasn't joking when she said she was busy." I gasped as we entered the nursery. Jaime and I had renovated most of the nursery before we left, hoping to finish it up when we got home from tour. Seeing as Shyloh had brilliant timing, our plans had been scrapped and Erin finished up for us.

"Remind me to thank her." Jaime said as he changed Shyloh into a baby grow. I went into the small chest of drawers in the room and started setting up the baby monitors. After I set them up, I turned them on and placed one beside Shyloh's cot whilst Jaime placed Shyloh in her cot. I turned off the lights and Jaime closed the door as we exited the room.

"This still doesn't feel real." I said as we entered the kitchen and started prepping milk bottles for whenever Shyloh woke up in the night. We were still pretty unorganised. We had all of the baby items but not organised it all.

"It still feels like I'm in a little bubble. I don't feel like I'm a father." Jaime said as he unpacked a box filled with baby bottles. I made baby formula and Jaime poured it into the milk bottles. After doing that, we placed them in the fridge and headed to bed. I only had enough energy to change into joggers and a baggy t-shirt before collapsing into bed. I felt the other side of the bed dip after a few seconds and I instantly shuffled over to Jaime, lying my head on his chest. He set the baby monitor on his bedside drawers then wrapped his arms around me.

"We'll be fine, won't we?" I asked.

"Yeah, we'll be fine." He said. I felt him kiss the top of my head and I started dozing off. Before I could fully fall asleep, I heard grizzling emit from the baby monitor.

"It begins." Jaime muttered. I softly chuckled as he threw back the covers and left the room. I sighed happily to myself and heard Jaime's voice from the baby monitor as I fell asleep, feeling complete.
