Jaime's POV

Vic, Mike and I were sitting in Tony's room in silence. None of us knew what to do. Erin had gone to get a DNA test for her unborn baby and Alexis went to support her. They had been gone for almost half an hour.

"What do we do about tour?" I ask.

"We'll need to draw out of the next few dates seeing as we're missing our lead guitarist. Alexis can play for us but I don't think none of us are really in the mood to perform a concert just now." Vic says. I nod in agreement and we all sit in silence. Suddenly, Tony's machines start beeping erratically and his heart beat increases drastically. Mike stares at Tony wide eyed and starts panicking then the heart machine flat lines. I press the red button that is used to summon doctors and nurses to the room and we leave to prevent getting in the way for when they arrive. As soon as we exit, many nurses and doctors compress in to the room and start resuscitating Tony. I hear a scream behind me and see that Alexis and Erin have come back.

"Tony, no!" Erin screams and runs towards his room. Vic and I grab her arms and pull her back. She starts protesting and wrestles to get our of our grip. Alexis stares at Tony's room with wide eyes and tears start coming out of her eyes. Alexis is really strong emotionally so it's normally a very rare moment when she cries. Mike rushes over to Alexis and hugs her. She starts crying against his chest whilst Vic and I continue to hold Erin back.

"Tony! You need to come back! You're going to be a dad! The baby's yours!" Erin screams and breaks down. Almost everyone is silent and we stare between Erin and Tony. As if a miracle occurred, Tony's heart machine started beating again.

Alexis 's POV

~5 hours later

It was 3am and we were all shattered. Tony's heart had been restarted and was now in critical condition. Erin had cried herself to sleep and was now lying down on the couch in Tony's room. None of us had moved since Tony went into cardiac arrest and we were scared to in case something happened again.

"He's going to wake up soon, won't he?" Mike asks.

"Honestly, I have no idea." Vic says. I sigh and lean into Jaime. The lack of sleep I've had over the past few days started to get the better of me and I soon start falling asleep.

~7 hours later

I woke up to the sound of beeping machines. I turn to see Tony slowly stirring. I shake Jaime awake and point at Tony when he wakes up. Jaime looks shocked and runs out the room, coming back in a few seconds with a doctor. Vic, Mike and Erin wake up after the doctor enters and we all stand around the room, unsure what to do.

"He's starting to wake up. It may take minutes or hours but he will be awake." We all sighed in relief and smiled at each other. Erin looked estactic and walked over to Tony's side. Tony started stirring even further and he opened his eyes.

"Where am I?" He asked groggily. Erin starts crying and hugs him without injuring him.

"You're in hospital, dude. You were in a car accident." Jaime says and smiles again.

"All I remember is walking in to the road and being hit." Tony says, attempting to push himself up in to a sitting position and ended up hissing in pain and holding his right side. Erin gently pushes him back down and holds his hand.

"Let's give them some time alone." Vic says and the four of us walk out the door. At last, things seemed to be getting better.
