Alexis's POV

As Jaime said, the flight will be hell and he was right. Our flight got delayed by about eight hours because of the amount of equipment being out on the planes and there was a malfunction with one of the planes. Everyone was getting really cranky, me included. I was currently sitting with Jolie, Katelynne and Erin seeing as Jaime had fallen asleep for the third time.

"Well, this is fun." Katelynne says, signalling to all of the bands strewn across the airport seats.

"Yeah, terrific." Jolie mutters and leans back. The four of us ended up sitting on the floor because there were inconsiderate flyers that took up one seat either side of them with their hand luggage and refused to move it. Not even when Erin said and I quote 'Move your shit, megabitch'. They ended up quarreling and Katelynne and I ended up dragging Erin away. We were all getting really cranky and it was quite stuffy inside the airport. We couldn't leave and stand outside for a few minutes because we had already gone through security and there were no doors except fire exit doors which had alarms on it as we found out when one of the band members from a band that were a support act for Soundwave decided to go for a smoke and used the fire exit door.

"How much longer do we have to be here?" I whine.

"According to the flight schedule, an hour left." Jolie replies.

"Oh thank god, I don't think I can handle this much longer." Erin says.

"Neither can I." Katelynne also says. I decided to go and stretch my legs before eventually getting on the plane and go to the coffee shop. I met a woman about my age called Lights who is Beau's wife. I discover that his band Blessthefall are going to be one of the support acts for PTV's UK tour and we ended up talking. She seemed like a really sweet person so we exchanged mobile numbers and would message each other as soon as our plane landed. I walk back to the group and see that we were finally allowed to board the plane. I join Jolie, Katelynne and Erin in the rapidly growing queue and half an hour later, we were finally on board. Jaime eventually joins me after fifteen minutes.

"Have fun?" I ask him.

"Delightful..." Jaime trails off.

"I'm just going to sleep now." I say and fall asleep.

~17 hours later

"Feel better?" Katelynne asks as I sit down beside her.

"Quite a bit. Have you slept at all?"

"About half of the flight but then I was woken up by Kellin and Vic who were having a screeching competition."

"Sounds like them." Jolie and Erin join our conversation after half an hour. I see Lights on the plane afew seats behind us and call her down. Introductions were made and we all had a big cnversation together. Lights told us that she was a singer and played electric keys and had her own music career which was pretty impressive. We all talked together until the seat belt sign started flashing.

"At last. We'll be home soon." Erin says and walks back to sit with Tony. Everyone else goes back to their seats and I go back to mine. Jaime was already there when I got back. He smiled at me when he became aware of my presence.

"Hey hun. How have you been?" Jaime asks me as I sit in my seat.

"Feel better now that I've talked to Jolie, Katelynne and Erin. How about you?"

"Been alright, glad that we're finally going to be home."

"So am I." We were silent for a few minutes, embracing it and holding hands. Eventually, the plane started getting louder and after ten minutes, we hit the runway with a thud. We left the plane once the seat belt sign had been turned off. As soon as Mike stood up, he instantly fell down again.

"Problem Michael?" Jaime asks Mike.

"My legs are dead." Mike mumbles.

Aww diddums now shift. People are wanting off the plane." Tony says. Mike eventually gets up and we finally feel the fresh air hit us. Ahh, I never think I missed the outside so much. It was 7pm and the sun was starting to set in the sky. We grabbed all our luggage and parted ways with some of our friends and bands that lived in other states and were waiting for a transfer. Mike, Vic, Tony, Erin, Jolie, Chris, Jaime and I split into two cabs and start heading to Huntington Beach. We arrived after half an hour (I'm bad with timings, don't judge me...) and got out the taxi. We all lived on the same street so we said bye on the street and went into our houses. Jolie went into hers, Chris went to his and the rest of us went into our house seeing as it was a band house but they guys were thinking about seeing it and getting their own apartments/houses.

"I'm going to sleep again, 'night." I wave to everyone as they say good night to me and I head up the stairs.

"Whose room are you sleeping in tonight?" I hear Jaime say behind me.

"I'd like to stay in yours if you're alright with that?" I ask him.

"Yeah, I'm fine with that. You are my girlfriend after all." he says and we kiss for a few seconds. God, I absolutely love his kisses.

"I think I'll go to bed too." Jaime says and lets out a yawn.

"Alright, I'll change in my room then come to yours." I say to him. Jaime nods and we both go into our own rooms. I change into baggy shorts and a PTV top. I take my hair out of the messy bun it was in and let it flow past my shoulders. I was lucky to have naturally straight hair otherwise my hair would be looking even worse right now. I walk to Jaime's room and knock on the door. He opens the door a few seconds later and I see that he's wearing no top and grey joggers. Holy crap, the man is toned.

"Checking me out?" Jaime smirks.

"Erm... maybe?" I question. Jaime laughs and lets me in his room. I flop down on the bed and close my eyes. The bed sinks a little on the other side a couple of seconds later, indicating that Jaime was lying down too. I move closer to him and he instantly wraps his arms around me. I sigh and slowly fall asleep feeling like the happiest person on Earth.
