Marie's POV
When I awoke this morning I had carefully peeled my body from Victor's so could quietly take a shower and make the guys breakfast, but as soon as I was I the kitchen I heard my phone buzz. It was a message saying that I missed a phone call from my home well apartment land line and I knew what that meant, I guess I lost track of the day of the week. So when I went to the hospital with Mike it was a Saturday afternoon and today is Sunday morning that means my mother had returned Ashley to my apartment and their waiting for me to come back. But all I care about is greeting my little Ashes. (She called back)
"Hey Mom is Ashes there ?" I asked in a quiet tone not know how my mother might react to me not being there yet.
"Yes she is hold on and I'll get her okay ?" My mother spoke softly.
"Mommy! When are you coming home?" My little Ashes had said in her overly- excited voice.
"Soon baby and then I'll take you to meet a few good friends of mine. Would you like that?" I guess it's a now or never kind of thing, if the guys were my friends, I guess you could call them that, then they'll love my daughter.
"Really!? Yay! But will they like me?" She said in a hushed tone almost to quiet for me to hear.
"Of course , they'll love you ! And if not guess what were going to do to them?" I said hoping she'd catch on the my joke.
"What will we do mommy ?!" Good she's playing along.
"Well my darling we're gonna ruff em' up like we always do to people right?"I always loved this little act we had going about is being ruff and tuff bad guys.
"Yeah! We'll ruff em' up so bad they won't know what's happening!" God I love this child so much. Sometimes she says the funniest things.
"How about I make breakfast here and run over and get you and we all eat together then we can ruff em' up okay honey?" Well I hope the guys won't wake up early.
"Okay."
"Later alligator , love you." I knew by now that this is her favorite way of saying goodbye to me over the phone.
"After while crocodile and I love you too mommy." And with that the line went dead.
Maybe I'll pick her up then fix breakfast so it doesn't wake everyone up, but I need a car and I'm sure Vic won't mind it's only about ten minuets away.

"Morning mom , and thanks for dropping her off I'm sorry I was running late."I had said.
"Good morning sweetheart and it's fine I love Ashes." She always talks in this soft mother tone , I really need to learn that.
"Well me and Ashes have to leave again thanks mom for dropping her off." I had said and with that she had left and I so had I.
"So honey your ready to meet Mommas friends ? I know one friend that will love you the most , his names Jaime he reminds me of you." I had told Ashes even though she was daydreaming watching out her window.
"Ashes honey were here and we need to be extra quiet because you're making them a surprise breakfast okay?" I had said in a hushed tone to just to see her response.
"Okay mommy." She spoke back in a hushed tone.
(While making breakfast)
"Ashes, you hear that ? I think my friend Vic woke up quick hide on the couch, but remember it's a surprise so I'll tell you when you come out okay?"I told her. I wasn't afraid of his or any of the guys responses because I don't care if they like me having a kid already, what matters is that I love and support my child like a good parent does.
"Mmhm smells good Mar' what are you making ?" God Vic's morning voice was sexy.
"Nothing much just fixing all of you guys breakfast, since I was up early."I told him.
"Awe well you don't have to do that , you're the guest remember?" Vic said.
"Yes I remember but it's not the only thing I have in store for you guys." I responded.
"Oh you have something else do you ? And what might that be hum?" He said in a sly voice.
"I'm not telling you at least not yet , you'll have to wait until the others are awake and it seems as if the are doing just that now." I had retorted knowing he just wants to know what I'm hiding.
"Morning Vic, Marie. Ooh Marie are you fixing us food ?" Jaime squealed like a child.
"Yes I am , are the others awake yet if not wake then and tell them breakfast is awaiting them so they need to hurry their little butts up or else!" I say I a fake motherly tone.
"Yes Ma'am!" And with that Jaime had saluted us and marched off.
