*Winter's P.O.V*




*BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP*

I abruptly awoke to the sound of my alarm going off, I huffed in annoyance and turned it off, getting up and making my way over to my bathroom.

Walking into the bathroom I looked in the mirror to have a look at the state that I was in 'fucking hell' I thought to myself, I had a birds nest on my head and raccoon eyes, I turned to the shower and put on the hot water and stripped of my clothes before entering the now burning hot water, but I don't mind the heat, it relaxes me, clears my head of everything.

You see, I would usually wake up in the middle of the night from a nightmare, but for some miraculous reason, for the first time in forever, I didn't have one.

I finished off my shower and got out, drying my hair and body, I walked back to my room and chose what to wear today.

'not like it would matter anyway'

But today I would like to look half decent, today is the day that I start my senior year at school, one more year off this hell and I'm out of there, out of the school that has kept me from showing my true self.

You see, I have a power that I would think no one else has, I can conjure ice or snow out of thin air, my parents always helped me control my powers, unfortunately they passed away when I was 12 in a horrific car accident. I live on my own now because my grandparents passed away when I was 15, and seeing that I was old enough, I was able to gain there money and live on my own.

I'm now 17 and in full control of my powers, but that's only because of my white snowflake choker, it's absolutely beautiful.

I went over to my wardrobe and picked out this outfit, not too much not too little, just how I like it. I walked over to my vanity and blow dried my white hair, yes, my hair is white because of my powers, I'm also quite pale. I straitened my hair and put on some simple make up, foundation, mascara and eye liner.

I packed my bag and grabbed an apple to eat on my way to school. I walked out the door locking it behind me and setting off to school.
