After school I walked with Vic and Mike to Vic's car.

"I call shotgun!" I happily yelled and slid into Vic's car.

"Why does she get shotgun. I always get shotgun." Mike mumbled.

"Because I called it, and I want to make up for lost time. You see Mike you've had Vic your whole life and I just got to meet him. I have to make up for lost time." I said half teasing.

Vic started his car and pulled out of his parking spot. The drive to the his house was silent and comfortable.

I walked down the stairs to the basement in the Fuentes household, and plopped down on the couch. I watched as Tony and Jaime came down the stairs, and started tuning their guitars. When Jaime and Tony where done, Jaime asked me, "Hey can you go get Vic? He's probably in his room."

"Yea sure. If I can find his room." I replied walking towards the stairs.

"Don't get lost!" Mike yelled while I walked up the stairs.

"Oh I won't!" I yelled back almost immediately.

I got to the top of the stairs so that I was on the first floor and noticed a weird noise. It sounded like a dying whale. I went to investigate.

I walked in a room that looked like Vic room and could see Vic laying on his bed with headphones on, making terrible noises.

I giggled as I walked over and laid down next to him. He took off his headphones when he noticed I was there.

"Hey," Vic said.

"Two things. One they are ready for you down stairs, and two Vic are you on drugs or something because people don't normally make noises like that?" I said.

He sat up "Yes. The drug in me is you."

I laughed. He explained, "Those are vocal exercises. Let's go."

Once they were finally all plugged in to amps. They began to play. Vic started to sing. I knew at that moment I wanted to be his.
