"ok can you get out of my room so I can change?" Vic asked

"What is Victor scared for me to see him in the nude?" I teased.

"What umm no, I'm getting dressed, stay if you want." He teased back.

"Eww no and see your naked Mexican butt. I'll pass." I tease as I walk out the door.

He grabs me around my waist and I pretend like that hurt. I let out a wince.

"Are you ok?" He put me down.

"Yup!" I saw as I sprint into the kitchen.

"Augh I'll get you for this!" He yells.

I turned to see Mama Fuentes cooking something that smelt really good..

"Hey Mrs.Fuentes. What's cooking?" I asked peering over her shoulder to try and see what smelt so good.

"Call me Mama Fuentes, all of Vic's friends and girlfriends," she said with a wink, "all call me that."

"Ok Mama Fuentes, what's cooking?"

"Breakfast Burritos," She said with a wink, "My speciality."

While eating I took my pain medication with a glass of water.

"Hey Vic, since tomorrow's Saturday and you and Andy won't have school, can we pack my stuff and bring it here?" I asked with pleading eyes.

"Do you think your dad will be home?" Vic asked.

"He shouldn't be, he should be at work." I replied still waiting for an answer.

"Okay, I don't see why not." Vic replied with a shrug.

"Cool I'll text Andy." I said and pulled out my phone.

i pulled out my phone and Mama Fuentes grabbed it from my hands. "No phones at the table. My house my rules." She set it down on the counter.

Vic started to laugh at me.

"What I didn't know!" I hissed.

"Sucks to suck." Vic laughs.

"Who's sucking who's-" Mike started to say then saw his mom, "Hey mom!"

"Nice try Mikey!" She laughed.

God maybe she's nuts.

After Vic and Mike left. I sat down and pulled out my phone and texted Andy.

Me: Hey you down for trying to move my shit from the bastards house?
Andy: Will he be home?
Me: I don't think so. You aren't driving right now are you?
Andy: There is a good chance I am.
Me: Texting and driving is dangerous. Who is going to protect me from Dick Hed if he tries shit or who's going to tease me about my hair that's dyed the exact same color that you dye yours.
Andy: You know it only looks sexy on me. Everything does. Even tattoos do.
Me: Focus on driving. Text me later.
Andy: Fine be a bitchhhhhh like that Jeesh.
Me: Just trying to keep you safe.
Andy: I know.
I sigh and put my phone away. Mama Fuentes comes in with a plate of cookies.

"You aren't texting Victor right?" She asks.

"No I'm texting someone who is too thick-skulled to not to drive and text at the same time." I sigh.

"So I know you were hospitalized because of your dad, but what happened?" She asked. She didn't seem to be to threatening. I told her the whole story, and about my emancipation case.

"Has Andy always protected you like that?" She asked.

"Yeah, we have a special close bond, and it's nice that Vic is so cool about that." I replied.

"I wouldnt think that after the year he's had. His last girlfriend cheated on him ten times he would always be there after she was done with whoever the new guy she was sleeping with. He always blamed the fact that he wanted to wait till it was right to lose it, on the reason she left." She sighed.

" I know what he's going threw to a degree. My ex, the one that tried to attack me the day I met Vic, would always get bored, because I wouldn't sleep with him." I replied.

"I''ll never forgive Coralline for that, I knew that she was a rotten egg when she walked in." She sighed.

"Coralline?!?!" I freaked out.

"yeah why do you know her?" Mama Fuentes asked.

"Yeah she mad my life even more of a living hell than it was." I sighed.

"Well I have to run to the grocery store, you should try and rest." She said and gave me a quick hug, "All of you pjs are dirty if I recall correctly, just grab one of Vic's t-shirts." She said and headed out the door.

I walked into Vic's room and grabbed his tie-dye sweatshirt and stripped down to my underwear and sports bra. I slipped his sweatshirt on and hopped into his bed.
