What's So Good About Picking Up The Pieces? (Discontinued)

Skating was better than I expected, I eventually coaxed Mike to step on the board as well and I taught him some basic tricks, and he seemed to pick it up easily. To be honest, I found it adorable when he would screw up and look up at me with the same sort of pout/grin face thing he and only he could pull of, and it made me melt inside every time.

When we returned to Mike's house, Victor was sitting on the porch with a small notebook in his hands.

"Hey Vic. Whatch'a writing?" Mike asked with an adorable smile.

"You know exactly what I'm writing." He replied bluntly

"..Okay.." Mike smirked, walking past Victor and into the house.

I dropped my board by his front door and pulled my vibrating phone from my pocket. 8:27. 2 texts.

I opened the texts, both from Lidia, basically saying that mum was going on a business trip for 6 days, so she'd be gone when I got back from school tomorrow.

I simply shrugged it off and looked up to find Mike looking at me expectantly. It suddenly clicked that he had asked me a question.

"Shit, uh.. sorry, what'd you say?" I blushed a deep crimson.

"I asked what you wanted to do.." Mike trailed off, looking at me with an emotion I couldn't place

I began to squirm under his gaze, feeling really uncomfortable not knowing what he was feeling at the moment.

"Uh.. Movies?" I asked cautiously, hoping to be able to cuddle with him some more.

"Sure thing Tone. Go choose from the stack in my room while I get some snacks." And with that, he walked into the kitchen

I jogged up the stairs and into Mikes relatively messy room and quickly spotted the stack of DVDs he was on about. I scanned the back of them.

The Conjuring, Jurassic Park 1,2 & 3, Star Wars: Return of the jedi, Star Wars: Clone Wars, Star Wars:The Empire Strike Back, Every Harry Potter Movie and Jackass the movie

"You picked yet, Tone-bone?" Mike appeared in the door way with a tray of snacks, scaring my half to death.

"How about... Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows part 1?"

"Sure! I haven't seen Deathly Hallows part 1 or 2 yet, perfect opportunity." He gave m a dazling smile and set the tray down on the bed and carefully pulled the case out of the stack, without knocking it over. He opened the case and carefully pulled out the shiny disk, and then inserted it into the DVD player.

I hopped onto Mike's bed and moved the tray slightly so he could join me, which he did, and i felt him wrap an arm around my waist, which made me blush a deep crimson, and i buried my head into the crook of his neck trying to hide it. I let out a slow, shaky breath and then looked back at the TV in time to see the opening credits rolling.


Surprisingly I was still awake after the movie, I wish I could say the same for Mike as he fell asleep about a 3rd of the way through, which was undeniably adorable, and was currently letting out little snores every so often, his mouth slightly ajar.

I Looked down at the sleeping man in my arms and i could feel my love grow for him with every passing second.

I slowly leaned down and pressed my lips to his forehead.

"Night Mike."

I really had no idea what to write in this chapter, and it's also kinda rushed, but I'm in a good mood today. Guess why!..
