ANGELO P.O.V

From where I was laying I could hear voices outside the window and figured it was Aurora talking to Chris. I knew it had to happen sooner or later but it still put me on edge. So soon after I had finally gotten her to myself I might end up losing her to her feelings for Chris. I could hear the sorrow in her voice when she said she loved him and although part of me was breaking I knew she would always have feelings for him.

"Marry Me Aurora."

I sat up so fast I hit my head on the top of my bunk and had to lay back down. I could feel every nerve in my body telling me to get up and run but I was frozen waiting for her reply. I could hear the wind rushing through my ears and I could feel my heart breaking into millions of pieces. Please say no Aurora, or I may never be able to live with myself.

CHRIS P.O.V.

"Marry Me Aurora."

Those words slipped out of me without so much as a warning yet I knew them to be true and I was deadly serious. She looked up at me her green eyes filled with despair and tears began to run down her face.

"Angelo..." she whispered.

"I-I-I'm sorry Aurora...I hadn't thought about it, it's just I can't live my life without you. I love you and only you always." I stuttered.

"Chris, I can't. I won't hurt Angelo like that."

"But you'll hurt me." I whispered.

She sighed, "Let me think about it. okay?"

I nodded and she walked away, her shoulders sagging under the weight of a decision I had forced her to make. It was wrong of me and I knew it but I couldn't imagine my life without, but I couldn't imagine one without Angelo either. But her words replayed in my head and for the first time in months my heart felt a little lighter and I felt hope.
