Seven
Aleah's POV
"Aleah! If you don't hurry up I'm leaving you!" Lucy called from downstairs.
I sighed & checked myself in the mirror. "Coming!" I yell running down the stairs, tripping over my in tied shoe lace. Twice.
"Ah, fuck I'm going to get a bruise now." I frowned looking at my hip.
"That's what you get. Ya clutz" Lucy snickers.
When we get to the mall, my first destination is Hot Topic.
I grab Lucy's hands & pulling her towards the store. Only to bump into someone.
"I'm sorry about that." I say rubbing my arm, he turns around & smiles.
"It's alright." He says looking me up & down. "Shorty."
I scoff but obviously only to hide my blush. "For your information." I mimic looking him up & down. "Giraffe, this is the average height of an eighteen year old."
He chuclkes. Something about him is fimilar. "I'm Mike."
"Aleah." He pulls me in for a hug, this is all too familiar but I hug back.
"Now, Aleah can I ask you out on a date since we already got to the friendzone." He smirks & I raise an eye brow.
"Is this what it is Mike?" He nodded & I blush.
"Sure. When?"
He comes close & whispers in my ear. "How does tomorrow evening sound?" I shiver.
"Alright. Here's my number." I said handing him a piece of paper which he's totally taken by surprise. I wink "You. Never know." & I walk back to Lucy.
Blushing Wildly. She smiles hugely also.
"Who's that & where do I get one?" I giggled.
"That Giraffe is Mike & he asked me out on a date." We both squeal.
"Now we have to go shopping for your date clothes! Let's go." She said grabbing my hand & dragging me away from Hot Topic.
"Soon baby soon." I whisper back to it.
After done shopping I'm totally wiped out & ready to crawl in my bed & sleep.
Lucy drives home since I can barely keep my eyes open.
I hear the car stop & I fall into a peaceful sleep.
Vic's POV
As I wait for Mike to come meet me at Starbucks because we both went seperate ways once we got here.
I finally see him with a huge smile on his face & I get suspicious.
"What's the smile for?" I ask as he sits down.
"I'm going on a date with a good looking girl." He said with pride.
"What's her name then?" I ask crossing my arms.
"Her name is Aleah. She's a shorty!" He laughs & I stop my mouth from hanging open.
No it can't be Aleah Diamond, there's a lot of other Aleah's around here.
"I'm picking her up tomorrow, where would you suggest a good date?" What?
"Is Mike the great really asking me for dating advice." I say sarastically.
"Yes now shut up where." He was being dead serious.
"Uh, don't go to the movies, that's too over rated, plus her being a girl & all she's probably going to dress fancy." I snap my fingers. "Take her to that new resturant that just opened up on the beach & after walk on the beach together! If you like her don't kiss her on the first date unless she kisses you. But meet her parents when you go pick her up don't wait in the car because that's being a wuss & when the mom or dad gives you a curfew you be back at least twenty minutes early. Got that!"
Mike nods & hugs me. "Thanks big bro. Tomorrow should be interesting." he smile & we go home.
Mike's POV
As soon as I get home I shower because walking in a sweaty mall gets you to feel dirty than you already are.
After I'm finished I'm just excited to actually take a girl on a nice date. An old school date.
I forgot she gave me her number. I put her in my contacts as Aleah;)
To Aleah;) - Hey it's Mike.
I bite my lip waiting for a reply. Then her name lights up on my phone.
From Aleah;) - Hey Giraffe :)
To Aleah;) - What are you doing?
From Aleah;) - Laying on my bed. Thinking about tomorrow what about you?
To Aleah;) - I was just thinking the same thing.
From Aleah;) - Twinnies! :3
To Aleah;) - Yeah okay, but I'm going to sleep. Pick you up before six tomorrow just to let ya know so you can do your girly things.

My tummy fills with butterflies.

I put my phone on the charger & sleep.
