My World is You

“Katelynne! Just let me see the damn dress!” I yelled
My graduation party had started and I was sitting on her bed in my bra and underwear because she was being a freak about things. The week leading to this was pretty fucking boring besides me breaking it to Lindsay that she was in Love with Jaime. She told me she would act upon it and see about it.
“Calm your damn boner! When is Ray getting here?” She asked
“Before the guys go on.” I said
She nodded and handed me a box. I opened it and it had a purple dress in it and it was really cute and sexy.
“Is this my dress?” I asked
“Yeah and your shoes I bought are in the bathroom.” She said
I smiled and pulled the dress into the bathroom with me and put it on. It came down just a little under my butt, it was super short but it had a band the hugged my thighs so it wouldn’t ride up hopefully. It was one sleeved and it had a band of silver sequins across the top. I looked down and the shoes were a pair of fucking amazing boots, they were a more punk style, not as dressy as the dress but totally my style. They had three buckles with studs on them and they zipped. I put them on and exited the bathroom.
“Oh my god, Vic is going to have an instant boner when he sees you.” She yelled
“Shut up.” I said
“Oh my god I just got a lady boner.” I heard from the door.
I looked up and Lindsay and Ray were standing there Katelynne ducked out before Ray could recognize her.
“You two look awesome.” I said
Ray had on a white dress with black accents and a pair of white flats with a black and white bow on the toe. Lindsay had on a black and light blue dress that is really fucking hard to describe and a pair of heels that were equally has hard to describe but equally as cute.
“You ready for tonight?” I asked
“Yes! Whose house is this because it’s fucking amazing.” Ray said
“It’s my boyfriend’s best friend’s house.” I said
She smiled “I get to meet him tonight. I’m so fucking excited!” She squealed
“Let’s hit the party.” I said
We walked down stairs and I walked away and walked out back to where the make-shift stage was. I walked behind it to see the Pierce the Veil and Sleeping with Sirens getting ready.
“Holy fuck.” I heard Mike say
“What?” I asked
“You look fucking amazing Tober.” He said coming over and hugging me
“Let me see! Let me see!” I heard Vic say
Mike moved and Vic’s jaw dropped, I pushed his jaw up and he pulled me by the waist and kissed me.
“You look fucking sexy. I can’t wait to get that dress on the floor of the guest bedroom tonight.” He whispered
“Vic keep it in your pants.” I heard Lindsay say
“Damn you look fucking sexy too Lind’s” Mike said
“Yes she does.” Jaime said
I smiled and Lindsay walked over and Jaime connected their lips.
“Whoa, whoa fucking whoa! When the fuck did this happen and why the fuck didn’t I know about it?” I asked
Mike and Vic had the same expression on their face as I did.
“Well it sort of happened a few days after graduation.” Lindsay said
“How?” I asked
“Well I asked her what had happed the night after graduation and she told me so I asked who she was in love with and she said she didn’t know.” Jaime said
“And then you called and told me who I loved.” Lindsay said
“And she came and told me.” Jaime said
“Awh!” I yelled
Jaime smiled and kissed Lindsay again.
“Damn look at these sexy girls. I want one.” I heard Tony said
“You’ll get one.” I said
“Hey we’re going to go on in five.” Kellin said
I nodded and gave Vic a kiss and pulled Lindsay out from behind the stage and then we saw Ray coming out and she was looking at the stage like it was a foreign object.
“What’s this for?” She asked
“There is a performance.” I said
“Who is it?” She asked
We just looked at her.
“Okay guys we’re going to bring out our first performers.” I heard someone announce into the microphone.
Everyone came out of the house and Lindsay pulled Ray and I to the front. I knew that Ray wasn’t the only one who didn’t know who was preforming. We looked up and Jesse was the first on to walk up onto the stage.
“Oh my god! Is that Jesse from Sleeping with Sirens?” She asked
I smiled at Lindsay and then Kellin ran out onto the stage.
“Oh my god!” Ray yelled
“Hey guys how are you doing?” Kellin said into the microphone.
The crowd cheered and he started to sing. I looked over at Ray and she was singing along to all the songs.
When Sleeping with Sirens was done Kellin went to say something into the microphone.
“Hey Kellin is it my turn yet?” I heard Vic’s voice
I looked up and you couldn’t see him, I guess they had another microphone set up.
“Oh my god! I know that voice!” Ray yelled
I looked up and Mike was behind the drums and Jaime and Tony were on stage.
“Yes sir it is.” Kellin said
Vic walked up onto the stage and hugged Kellin, Kellin looked down and smiled and ran off the stage. Vic looked down at me and winked.
“Vic Fuentes just winked at you!” Ray yelled
I nodded and pretended to fan girl.
“Alright, tonight I’m going to do things a little different since this isn’t a planned concert. I’m going to invite three girls up and they are each going to get part of one of the three songs I sing. I’m going to be singing two of my own and then I’m going to do a cover. I see the three girls right now. You three down in the front, one in a white dress, one in a purple dress and the other in a blue one.” Vic said
“That’s us.” Lindsay said
Ray started to flip shit and Lindsay dragged us up onto the stage
“What are your names?” Vic asked pretending he didn’t know us
“Ray.” Ray about screamed
“Lindsay.” Lindsay said
“October.” I said
“Well lovely ladies have a seat.” He said
We looked back and there were three stools. We all sat down with me in the middle. He looked at Ray.
“You first.” He said
He started singing the song Drella, he stopped after the first few lines and got down on one knee and took Ray’s hand. She started to cry.
“But I’ve been driving you around, I didn’t think it could of lasted. Now we broke another bracelet, tore it off your wrist tonight. Tonight the center of the sun will separate in sparks.” He sang.
He stood back up and kissed her cheek and finished the song. Ray was officially freaking out. He finished the song and looked at Lindsay she smiled, he instantly got on his knee and took her hand.
“Were you honest when you said “I could never leave your bed” Wake me up and let me know you’re alive. And will you fall in love again? Is the scent slowing spreading? I’ve been answering machines all night and are the doctors dancing in. while the ambulances sing, another boy without a sharper knife. The moment, that’s where I kill the conversation.” He sang
He stood up and kissed her forehead and Jaime looked over and she winked. He finished the song which was Yeah Boy and Doll Face. After he was done he looked out into the crowd.
“I’m going to be doing this cover for the special girl sitting in the middle. This is her graduation party and all.” He said
Ray squealed and grabbed my hand.
“Be excited.” She whispered
“I am.” I said
I didn’t know what he was going to sing but I was excited for when he kissed me just to see Ray’s reaction.
“Oh, her eyes, her eyes make the stars look like they're not shinin'. Her hair, her hair falls perfectly without her trying. She's so beautiful and I tell her every day. Yeahh” Vic sang
“Oh my god Toby he’s singing this to you!” Ray said
Vic got through the first verse and the chorus and then he got down on one knee and took my hand. I smiled down at him.
“Her lips, her lips I could kiss them all day if she'd let me. Her laugh, her laugh she hates but I think it's so sexy. She's so beautiful and I tell her every day. Oh you know, you know, you know I'd never ask you to change, if perfect's what you're searching for then just stay the same. So don't even bother asking if you look okay, you know I'll say. I wiped my tears away with my other hand and he finished out the song he kissed me softly on the lips and Ray practically screamed. When everything died down everyone went back to the party.
“He made you cry oh my god and then kissed you on the fucking lips.” Ray said
I was still crying but they were happy tears. I just nodded
“What’s your boyfriend going to think cause I know he’s here and I know he was in the crowd.” She said
“Hey guys.” I heard Vic say from behind us.
I turned and looked at him.
“Oh I didn’t mean to make you cry.” He said hugging me
It was weird having to act like I didn’t know him and the guys.
“It’s okay they’re happy tears Vic.” I said
“Hi I’m Vic Fuentes, I caught your name was Ray correct?” He asked Ray
“Ray Johnson.” He said
She was like hyperventilating.
“Let’s go get you a drink and we can meet the other guys later.” I said
“Are they going to be here the entire time?” She asked
I nodded and she smiled.
“When am I going to meet your boyfriend?” She asked
“You already did.” I said
“Who?” She asked really loud
Vic was behind her.
“Well you were sang to by him.” I said
“When?” She asked
“Ray are you stupid?” Lindsay asked
“No.” Ray said
“He just sang to you. On stage.” Lindsay said
“But Vic Fuentes sang to me.” She said
We both stared at her and Vic decided to help the process and come up to me and hug me, pulling me into a kiss.
“OH MY GOD!” Ray yelled
My head fell onto Vic’s chest and I started laughed.
“Hey baby.” I heard Jaime say
“Hi babe.” Lindsay said
Jaime kissed Lindsay and Ray was silent.
“OH MY GOD!” She yelled again
“Calm down.” I said
“How do I calm down?” She asked
I laughed.
“Baby this is our best friend Ray. Ray this is my boyfriend Vic Fuentes.” I said
Her eyes were so big I thought they would pop out of their sockets.
“Jaime this is our fan girl best friend Ray. Ray this is my boyfriend Jaime Preciado.” Lindsay said
“I can’t believe this is happening. Am I dreaming?” She asked rubbing her eyes.
“Nope, I’ve known these boys since my fifth grade year.” I said
She took in a deep breath.
“Hi Vic hi Jaime.” She said
“Hey.” They said
“I was in a momentary shock but this is fucking awesome.” She said
Vic laughed
“Oh and you mister don’t get me started on the mouthful you are going to hear.” She said talking to Vic
“About what?” He asked
“You have been with this beautiful girl for eight fucking years and you’re not even engaged. What are you waiting for? Her eyes to turn brown? I know you’re famous and shit but that is not a reason mister. I know this girl and I know she wants to marry you, she’s fucking in love with you.” She said
My head fell onto Vic’s shoulder.
“Oh my Jesus I didn’t think you were actually going to do it after you found out who it was.” I said
I looked at Vic’s face and he looked a little shocked.
“Ray I see where you’re coming from, I wanted to do it two years ago but there was never the right time, she was busy and I was busy but now I don’t know so I guess you are going to have to wait to see what I decide.” Vic said
I burst out laughing for an unknown reason and about fell over.
“TURTLE!” I yelled when Tony came into view.
“Don’t you dare.” Ray said
Lindsay and Jaime walked away.
“Yes my Star Wars loving friend?” Tony asked coming over.
Vic squeezed my waist.
“Turtle I’d like you to meet Ray.” I said
He looked up at her and his jaw dropped; he picked up her hand and kissed the top of it.
“Nice to meet you Ray, I’m Tony.” He said
“Nice to meet you Tony.” She said
“Would you like to dance?” He asked pointing to the dance floor
She nodded and hopped off the chair and followed him into the room.
“Are you just trying to hook up my friends with yours?” Vic asked me
“With those two? Yes. Jaime and Lindsay was not me.” I said
He smiled and pulled him into a hug.
“That dress really is fucking sexy on you.” He said
“Thanks.” I giggled
“I like the boots they are a nice touch that just make the outfit you.” He said
“I thought so too.” I said
He kissed me and we walked into the living room where the dance floor was. A slow song came on and I wrapped my arms around Vic’s neck and his hands found my waist. I looked around and saw Tony and Ray in the same position but they were talking. I saw Jaime and Lindsay in the same also but she was laughing at whatever he had said. I laid my head down on Vic’s shoulder and kissed his neck.
“I love you October I really do.” He whispered
“I love you to Vic.” I said
