Ellie's POV - Next morning

Beep, beep, beep. I groaned and looked at the clock.

7:00am.

I groaned even louder, I hate early mornings but I need to go to work. I turned off the alarm before I went insane from the noise. I just laid there for a few minutes just thinking about yesterday, it went so well. I've never seen Megan so happy. I'm so happy that she knows who her dad is now, she over the moon about it. She kept asking me when she would see him again after he left and just asking other questions about him, it was adorable. I thought about Jaime all night, I even had a dream about us being together last night

For fuck sake Ellie stop thinking like that.

I did wonder what would happened if Jaime didn't have a girlfriend. shit. I never thought about Jaime's girlfriend, I hope she's okay with Jaime being a dad, well to be honest she doesn't really have a say in it.

I finally got up or I would probably be late for work and I don't exactly want to loose my job. I stood up from my bed and walked over to my mirror. I looked at myself and started to trace the tattoo that I have on my forearm. It's of a beautiful dove flying high in the sky with fluffy clouds floating around it, I got it for Megan when she was born so I decided to put her initials with it so its extra special.

After a few minutes of just thinking which I tend to do a lot of, I started to do my make up. I put on some mascara to make my green eyes stand out a little more, some foundation because I don't have the best skin ever and then I put on a bit of red lipstick to finish it off, I wasn't really the type of girl that wears layers of makeup, I go for the more natural look. I didn't need to do my hair because it was curly so I left that. I then walked over to my wardrobe and looked through all of my clothes. I decided on my light blue skinny jeans and a short sleeved Blink 182 top, I slightly smiled at my appearance, I'm never to worried about how I look if I'm honest.

After I was ready I thought it was about time to try and wake my daughter up, which could be a struggle because she's not a morning person at all, she would literally try and bite your finger off. I opened her door, popped my head round and saw her fast asleep in her bed cuddling up to her teddy. I didn't want to wake her but if I didn't I would be late for work.

"Princess, you need to wake up now, mummy needs to go to work and I need to take you to Joshy's!" I said as I slightly shook her to try and wake her up.

"Go away, I'm tired mummy" She whined and rolled over.

"Baby you can sleep for a little bit in the car but I need to get you ready to go to Joshy's" She finally sat up and rubbed her eyes with a big yawn.

"C'mon sweetie, lets get you ready!" I picked her up from her bed and places her on the floor.

She found some clothes from her wardrobe, she picked her denim skirt and a cute short sleeved red top. I helped her get changed into her clothes and she went to brush her teeth and I did the same. Once we were both sorted, we headed downstairs and got our shoes on. Megan could have breakfast at Josh's if I asked him. I put my boots on and I helped Megan get her shoes on then we headed to the car.

When we were in the car Megan was slowly falling asleep in her sat, she was knackered. After all she did stay up a little later than usual getting to know Jaime a little better.

"Mumma, when will I see daddy again?" She suddenly asked me.

"I'm not sure sweetie, I'll call him a bit later on okay?" I smiled at her in the car mirror. She nodded her head and started to stare out of the car window.

When we got to Josh's house, I hopped out of the car and got Megan out of her seat. I held her while I walked to Josh's front door. I knocked on the door and I was instantly welcomed by Josh.

"Well hello there and how are my two favourite girls?" He said mainly to Megan as he took her off of me and hugged her.

"We're good and thank you so so much for this Josh, you're a life saver" I said.

"It's fine, I could never say no to this little angel could I?!" He smiled, "plus I've got the day off" He gave me a huge smile while ruffling Megan's hair, she glared at him for that but I just laughed at them.

"Well I need to get going, bye baby! Be a good girl for uncle Joshy don't ware him out to much okay?" She nodded and I kissed her head, "oh and by the way can you give her breakfast, I didn't have time to this morning, it took a while to get her up?" I asked.

"Of course" He smiled.

"Well bye Josh, and thank you again!" I said as I started to walk to my car. I got in and saw them both waving goodbye to me at the door still. I drove away and left them 2 behind.

I got to work about 15 minutes later. I'm assistant manager for Hot Topic shop in the town, it's quite good money, well enough to keep a roof on mine and Megan head and keep us fed so I'm happy and I love everyone who works there so I really can't complain.

I walked in and was greeted by Bryony, she works here as well, she's new to the job but me and her quickly became basically best friends after a while of working together.

"Hey girlie" She smiled and quickly hugged me.

"Hey Bryony, how's the shop been?" I asked.

"Oh it's great, not been that busy but it's still quite early so I'm not surprised" She answered.

"Okay, well I've got some paperwork to do, so are you okay to look after the shop for a while?" I wondered.

"Yeah totally, Ryan will be here soon anyways!" She said.

"Okay good, thank you" And with that I left her and went to my office in the back. I feel so professional with an office. I opened the door and saw a stack of paper work on my deck, I groaned and sighed. This is the worst part of my job, it always takes so long but it needs to be done. I sat in my chair and got on with what I needed to do.

When all that was done, went out to the front of the shop to see how everything was doing.

"Hey Ellie" Ryan shouted for the counter.

"Hey Ryan, how's everything going?" I asked as I walked over to him.

"Its been busy but we're coping, Bryony's on her break" I nodded at him.

"Well it doesn't seem very busy so how about you take your break a little earlier, I'll be fine on my own" I suggested.

"You sure?" He asked, I just nodded, "well okay thanks Ellie, I'll see you in a bit" He waved and walked out of the shop leaving me by myself. I liked having alone time sometimes, it gives me a good time to think. Then I saw someone walk in, my jaw dropped but it was quickly replaced by a smile when he saw me and started to walk over to me.

"Tony!!" I ran and hugged him. No matter what, me and Tony will always be really close friends.

"It's been so long since I've last seen you Ellie, I've missed you!" He said as he hugged me tighter.

"Can't-breathe-tone!" I said as he hugged me a little to tight, he released me and gave me his signature cute smile that I always adored.

"Sorry I've just missed you" He said with a sad smile.

"I've missed you too tone, we need a good catch up for sure" I smiled.

"Yes we do defiantly" He grinned. We talked for a while, just talking about random shit and what's happened in our lives, I didn't tell him about Megan just yet but I will eventually, we exchanged numbers and then he had to leave for a band meeting. I didn't realise how much I have missed him till I saw him today.

I wonder if Jaime's told them 3 yet about Megan, probably not..
