Jaime's POV - 1 week later

The guys crashed at my house last night because we had a few drinks together so they couldn't exactly drive home. Vic slept in my spare bedroom and Tony and Mike crashed on the couches. I've also been thinking a lot about mine and Ellie's relationship recently, the past week we've been inseparable and we're stronger than ever. I know I said marriage is not in the picture right now but what if it is the right time? I mean, I love her and Megan, she loves me and we're basically a family now, marriage will just make it official.
It's now 11:30am and all the guys are still asleep but I need to talk to Vic, he's good with this kind of stuff and with advise. I knocked on the spare bedroom door and waited for a answer but there wasn't one. I went in anyway because I couldn't wait. I opened the door and saw Vic sleeping, I walked over to the bed and woke him up by shaking him.

"Mmm" He mumbled.

"Wake up Vic!!" I shouted. He just turned over and ignored me.

"Please Vic, I need to talk to you" I begged.

"Can't it wait like another hour?" He grumbled.

"No please!" I whined. I heard him sigh and eventually he turned over and looked at me.

"What do you want?" He asked grumpily. I sat down next to him on the bed.

"I've been thinking about asking Ellie to marry me!" I said. He looked shocked at first but then he looked really happy, so I'm guessing he thinks it's a good idea.

"Really? I think that's great Jaime" He smiled and patted my back.

"Do you think it's the right time?" I asked nervously.

"Only you can answer that, if it feels like the right time for you then I'd say yes" He replied with a smile. That made me think, is it the right time? Then it just came to me.

"I'm going to ask her to marry me" I announced to him. He grinned at me.

"I need your help though" I said.

Ellie's POV

I'm seeing Josh today which I'm excited about, we have so much to catch up on, I miss my bestfriend. Ever since Jaime's come back in my life, I feel like I've abandoned him but I haven't at all, he'll still always be my bestfriend.

Knock knock knock

That must be Josh. I got up off the couch and went to open the door. I heard Megan run down the stairs as I opened the door because she's excited to see Josh just as much as I am. I opened the door and Josh was standing there with a bag in his hand.

"Hey bestie" He said with a grin.

"I've missed you" I said as I attacked him with a hug, he hugged back just as tight.

"I've missed you too, but let me show you this" He smiled as he held up the mysterious bag. He stepped inside and I closed the door.

We were sitting on the couch, Megan was sitting on my lap and Josh was going to show us what was in the bag.

"Right, before I show you this I want to tell you that I've met this girl that I really like" He said.

"Aw Josh, that's great" I smiled.

"Yeah well we've been going out for a while, I was going to tell you but I have been able to see you" That made me feel guilty, "but I want to show you this" He smiled and took out a picture of the bag. I looked at it and my jaw hit the floor, but it then turned into a huge grin.

"SHE'S PREGNANT?!" I shouted excitedly, looking at the sonogram of his future child.

"Yeah, she found out last week, I was so scared at first but we talked about it and I really think I'm ready" He smiled confidently.

"My bestfriend going to be a dad!!" I squealed.

"I know, it's crazy!" He laughed. I couldn't believe it, I'm so happy for him. He deserves to be happy.

"I also wanted to ask you if you and Jaime want to be godparents?" He asked nervously.

"Are you kidding?! Of course we will" I squealed with excitement. I think I'm more excited than he is.

"Did you hear that sweetie, you're going to have a new friend, uncle Joshy is going to be a daddy" I smiled to Megan. She looked at me then at Josh then she grinned widely.

"Congratulations Joshy" She smiled.

"Thankyou munchkin" He replied and ruffled her hair.

"I need to meet this lucky girl of yours soon" I grinned.

"Of course you will, I'll arrange it soon" He smiled, "but I really must go now because she wants me to be there when she tells her parents, so wish me luck" He laughed.

"Good luck bud" I smiled. We all got up and headed towards the door. I opened it and hugged Josh tightly.

"Congratulation daddy" I smiled. He looked at me and smiled back.

"Well bye you two" He said and headed to his car. Me and Megan waved goodbye till his car was no longer in sight. I closed the door and rung Jaime.

"Hello?" He answered.

"Hey babe, are you free to come round I need to tell you something" I grinned.

"Um, is it good news?" He asked curiously.

"Yes, so will you come round?" I asked.

"Of course, I'll be round soon" He said.

"Okay good, bye love you" I said.

"Love you too, bye" He then hung up. I'm so excited for Josh to become a dad, he's the best person to become a dad because he's great with kids.

After a while I heard a knock on the door and I ran to open it. I'm still excited, and it's not even effecting me. I opened it and saw a confused looking Jaime.

"What's made you so excited?" He asked and raised an eyebrow.

"Just come in" Was all I said happily and pulled him into the house and closed the door. He sat down on the couch, still looking confused and I sat next to him.

"Can you tell me now?" He asked getting impatient.

"You and me are going to be godparents" I grinned.

"Godparents?" He asked confused.

"Yes, Josh's girlfriend is pregnant and he's asked us to be godparents, isn't that great?" I squealed.

"That's awesome, but since when did he have a girlfriend?" He smiled.

"Apparently a while but I haven't seen him a lot recently so I didn't know but I'm so excited for him" I grinned.

"You seem more excited than him babe" Jaime laughed. I shoved him but laughed anyways because I knew it was true.

"I know, it's just he really deserves to be happy and this is great for him" I smiled. Jaime pulled me into a hug and kissed the top of my head.

"I know, I don't know him that well but he seems like a great guy" He smiled.

"He really is, he helped me all through my pregnancy and raising Megan up" Jaime tensed up at that, "I'm sorry I never told you about her sooner, I really am. It's just I was upset and I didn't know what to do, but I'm glad you're here now!" I smiled and kissed him.

"I am too" He agreed and we sat down on the couch just cuddling each other, this is what I love the most, just being with Jaime and enjoying each others company until we were interrupted.

"Why didn't you say daddy was here?" Megan pouted and she opened the door.

"Sorry baby, come join us then?" I asked and I motioned for her to come over and sit with us.

"Okay" She grinned and jump on Jaime. He let out and "oof" sound as she landed on him.

"Hey daddy" She smiled.

"Hello sweetie" He replied and kissed the top of her head. She snuggled up to him and he pulled me to his side and we all cuddled together as a family while watching The Little Mermaid.
