I told Nicole I liked her. Now there was absolutely no going back. She was no longer a one night stand, she was someone I had genuine feelings for. I didn't just say it to make her happy,cots almost as though the words fell right out of my mouth, like they were supposed to be said. I sat there contently on the ground with her just listening to hr speak. She was so beyond beautiful, she took my breath away with every mannerism.

"Tino?" She said, looking at me. "Hm?" I hummed, in response. "I asked you what time you play today?" She chirped, in a giddy manner. "Fuck, I gotta go. I'll talk to you later." I said standing up and beginning to rush away. But, in the midst of my running late I turned around and placed a gentle kiss on her awaiting lips. She smiled at my gesture and touched her mouth almost in shock. "I'll see you later my lady?" I questioned. "That you will." She returned, with a smile.

"Dude, thanks for the heads up on being late. We missed sound check while you were fucking." Alan said sternly. "Um, I did see you like twenty minutes ago, you could've told me then. So don't be pissed at me." I said annoyed. It's not Alan didn't know? He was clearly heading over to the stage whenever he ended up walking past Nicole and I. I pushed the annoyance I had with him away, and began tapping my drum sticks against the table getting the songs stuck in my head.

I ran out on stage, and the rest of the guys followed in pursuit. I stared at my drums and thought about how long it actually took to get here, how much I truly love what I do, and just the beauty of it all. I looked over the crowd formed around the stage, and saw Nicole smiling directly at me. I smiled back at her, and saw her blush. I should've treated her like she was the beautiful individual she truly was the night I met her.

She was truly too enticing to be anything else but... Mine.
