Austin's POV:

I squirmed beneath the bed sheets semi concisely as I tried to make myself more comfortable but something was missing. I pried open my eyes and realised what was making this horrific hotel bed less comfortable, Leilani.

I pushed myself up on the bed so that I was resting on my elbows and peered around the room searching for some sign of where she could be. Her wheelchair was gone from the corner of the room which meant she'd probably gone somewhere that required lots of walking. I shrugged off the fact that she was gone knowing she'd probably be with Tarni and tried to get back to sleep.

The burning Malaysian sun gleamed through the sheer curtains of the room making it harder for me to fall back to sleep. It obviously had other plans for me today other than to sleep in, unfortunately, so I heaved myself out of bed and slugged my sweatpants on and walked out to the lounge where everyone, except Lani, sat watching TV.

"Good morning Romeo," Phil laughed at my attempts of a romantic night last night.

"Maybe you should try it one time Lans loved it," I retorted as I pulled a Monster from the fridge. I walked over and sat between a loved up Alan and Tarni.

"Hey!" Tarni whined in a high pitched tone.

"You guys could go on a hiatus from kissing just saying," I punched Alan playfully in the arm as I mocked their kissing noises and everyone but the couple laughed along.

"Is Leilani still sleeping?" Tarni asked next to me which made me realise Lani wasn't out with Tarni causing a bubble of worry and panic to form in my stomach.

"You guys didn't see her leave this morning?" they all just shook their heads as worried looks grew in all their eyes. "Fuck," I muttered letting them know Lani was currently nowhere in the hotel room.

"Is her wheelchair in there man?" Aaron asked as if it would mean something if it was or wasn't.

"No which meant she went somewhere herself but in that thing she wouldn't get too far by herself," I replied.

"I'll call Mike," Alan informed me. The mention of his name had my blood boiling but he dialled the number on his phone anyway.

"She better not be with him," I growled huskily under my breath but I obviously wasn't quiet enough.

"Or what? You wouldn't do anything Austin and you can't stop her from still being friends with him," Tarni reprimanded me but it only fuelled my anger.

"Look what he caused Tarni! She's in a fucking wheel chair because of him why the fuck would she want to be friends with him?!" I yelled at her flinging my arms around at the same time.

"Dude don't fucking talk to my girl like that!" Alan stood in between the two of us after hanging up the phone and I backed away instantly knowing I'd crossed the line.

"I, I'm, I'm sorry. I'm just worried about where Lans is," I apologised remorsefully and they accepted it. Alan then told me Mike nor any of the Pierce The Veil guys had seen her.

It was only now that I noticed the entire time Tino had been on the phone and he'd only just hung up and walked over the us from the kitchen bench.

"Did any of you actually think to call her?" Tino laughed as he asked us the question hinting to us that it was the obvious thing to do.

"No," Alan, Aaron, Tarni and myself hummed dryly at the same time knowing how stupid we now looked.

"She's just getting breakfast with Oli. She'll be back later," he confirmed. I let out a breath of air as the worry and anger left the pit of my stomach.

"We're so stupid to just jump to conclusions," Tarni giggled as she nudged me playfully.

"Why don't we get breakfast ourselves?" Phil proposed from the couch. We all agreed and made our way down to the restaurant downstairs in the hotel.

Leilani's POV:

"Hey Leilani," Tino spoke on the other end of the phone.

"Uh hey, what's up?" I asked confused at the tone of panic in his shaky voice.

"Look everyone woke up and you're not here so what's going on?" I could hear Austin and Tarni yelling in the background and I couldn't help but laugh at their childish behavior.

"Tino I'm fine, really!" I reassured him.

"Where are you? Austin would like to know when I tell him," he begged for an answer. I stared down the aisle of the drug store that Oli stood in staring blankly at the pregnancy tests with no idea of what he was looking at yet what one he had to buy for me. I had to come up with a cover up and quick.

"Um," I coughed awkwardly into the phone, "I'm with Oli we went out for breakfast," I lied.

"Cool I'll let Aus know you're not dying somewhere," he joked before hanging up the phone.

"Lana love," Oli called down the aisle motioning for me to come to him. I rolled down the tight aisle trying not to knock anything. When I reached him he looked down at me with total despair, the boy guy was so confused. "What the fuck do I get?" I scanned the wall of tests and pointed to one on the top shelf trying to control my laughter.

"Grab like three of those," I told him.

"Three? Why the hell do you need that many?" he scoffed but pulled them off the shelf anyway and took them to the counter.

"I want to make sure," he rolled his eyes and replied with a sarcastic 'uh-huh' and 'women' retort but none the less did what I asked in order to help me out. We paid at the check out with no hassle and made our way back to the hotel.

"Your room or mine?" Oli asked as he helped me out of the car and into my wheelchair.

"Mine," I don't know why I picked my room I mean Austin was probably there but I'd be so uncomfortable in his room with other guys I hadn't met yet peeing on a stick. Oli didn't argue though he just pushed me to the elevator and took me to my room, plastic bag in his hand.

When we got to the room I was surprised to find it empty but that made doing these tests a little easier for me knowing I didn't have to sneak around everyone.

"Ready to pee on a stick love?" Oli laughed uncontrollably but he shut up when I punched him in the gut.

"This isn't funny," I scolded him. He apologized and handed me the bag and made himself comfy in the lounge room while I did my thing in the bathroom.

I rolled back out to the lounge room no more than a minute later and Oli looked at me with questioning eyes.

"Well what's the verdict?" I shrugged my shoulders.

"I have to wait ten minutes but I'm not waiting in there," he didn't say anything he just sat beside me and gripped my hand as we waited nervously in silence.

The next ten minutes felt like hours while I waited for a result but the time had finally passed. I rolled back into the bathroom and looked down at the three symmetrical white sticks on the counter that all displayed the same results. I let out a breath of air and rolled back out to the lounge room.

"Oli," I began to talk but broke down scared of the thought of what Austin was going to think

Austin's POV:

I excused myself from the table not long after finishing my meal and headed back up to the hotel room. I swiped myself back into the room with my key card and as I searched the fridge for another Monster I heard faint talking coming from the bedroom. Leilani must be home I thought to myself so I closed the door to the fridge without my drink and went to see her.

I was was about to walk into the bedroom but stopped myself when I heard Lani sobbing quietly. I kept my distance but stood close enough to the door to listen to what was happening before I intruded.

"Oli," Lani choked on his name, "I can't do this," she cried harder than before. Instantly I worried about her wondering what in the world could be wrong.

"Shh love it'll be fine and Austin will be so excited, he'll love the baby," he tried to calm her down which seemed to work for her but it didn't calm me down in fact it scared the living shit out of me.

"Baby?" I whispered ever so softly to myself being sure they wouldn't hear me as panic rose in my mind.

"I can't be pregnant it's impossible," pregnant?! my heart skipped a beat in my chest as she spoke the words confiding in what seemed to be her new best friend.

"Well it's not impossible Lana," Oli tried to reason with her.

"Oh my god Oliver," she spoke with realisation in her tone, "I'm pregnant, I'm fucking pregnant, oh my god I'm so scared," she began to cry again.

"You're what?" I stepped around the corner of the door so she knew I was there. She looked up at me through her red, teary eyes and didn't say a word. She looked so weak but I couldn't be more angry at her for an unknown reason. I felt my hands ball into fists as I clenched at them and Oli must've noticed because he stood up from beside her.

"Mate don't stress her out more than she already is," Oli stood in front of me with a hand on my shoulder. I shrugged it off and stepped around him so that I was now before Leilani.

"I said what are you?" I watched as she flinched at my harsh words as I spat them at her.

"Pregnant Austin, I'm pregnant," she looked away from me and stated at the floor as more tears fell from her eyes.

Her words replayed in my head as I realised I wasn't ready to be a father nor would I probably ever be. I couldn't do it.

"I think it'd be best if you left tour Leilani and went home," I told her not daring to look at her as her heart broke into two. I could practically hear it snap in half.

"Austin be reasonable," Oli spoke up.

"No I can not and will not do this. I don't want the kid okay!" I raised my voice. Lani didn't say a word she just pulled herself from her wheelchair and began packing her bags.

"You said you'd love me no matter what, you didn't mention any exceptions like 'I'll love you no matter what, unless you get pregnant than you're fucked'. What about everything you said last night on stage?" she screamed through her tears as she continued to pack her stuff. It hurt me to watch me hurt her but it had to be done now rather than later.

"Forget it, forget everything," I spat trying not to let myself hurt as I crushed her. She gripped at her chest almost as if she was trying to stop her heart from breaking.

"Okay, I'll leave tomorrow," she agreed and as much as it shouldn't because I'm the one doing this to her it hurt that she agreed so easily but this is what I wanted even if I had to lose her, the love of my life.

"No!" Oli pleaded with her but she didn't listen.

"I have to I can't be here with that monster!" she broke down again as she pointed to me and left the room leaving Oliver with the chance to berate me.

I felt Oliver's eyes burn into my skin as his eyes narrowed on me. He stormed over and grabbed me by the collar of my shirt as he cursed at me over and over for being the worst person in the world.

"You're a fucking asshole Austin! Fuck that doesn't even describe it. You're a cunt! Listen to me when I say you stay the fuck away from her for the next few days while she organizes getting home," he let go of his grip around my shirt.

"You shouldn't have given her false hope telling her I'd love that thing," his face scrunched up at my words as he restrained himself from giving me the hit I know I deserved.

"No mate, you have her false hope telling her you loved her, by telling her you'd be there always, telling her that you two were forever when you clearly didn't mean it," he growled lowly.

"She told me she couldn't have kids and I was so relieved, I'm an asshole I know, but 'no matter what' didn't include kids," Oliver shook his head at me before pulling his fist up and punching me square in the jaw.

I can't remember much of what happened after that.
