“I think they were horny when they wrote that song.”

I jumped up and down in the middle of the hallway, swaying my hips and arms as if I was crazy. Well, ok, maybe I am but being ‘normal’ is so overrated. I was so absorbed in the power of the music that I bumped into someone. But it wasn’t just any someone; it was a fucking sex god that I would love to be fucked by forever. He was amazeballs in every way. He was tall, tan, he had the perfect hazel eyes, he had a pair of perfect pink lips and he had piercings. OH, MY FUCKING FUCKS! HE’S HOT!

“Um, can he hear me?” oh god that voice.

“Yeah he can. Sorry about him, he’s a bit slow. Kellin can you say sorry to the nice man?” Vic said teasingly. He knew; he knew I was picturing me being fucked.

“S-sorry.” I said shyly. I could feel my face beginning to heat up as I looked down.

“It’s ok cutie.” OH. MY. YES! “I’m Sergio by the way.”

“Hey, I’m Vic and that’s Kellin.” I looked up and Sergio was staring at me. I want to faint right
now.

“A pretty name to a pretty face. But I bet your personality is even better.” If I could catch on fire from how hot, I felt, I would’ve. “Well, excuse me Kellin, Vic. I must get to class.” As he passed me, he slipped his fingertips into my hand and I felt a piece of paper in my hand. I looked down and saw seven digits neatly written on it. When he did that was beyond me.

“Does little Kelly have a crush?” Vic said teasingly.

“Shut up Vicky!” I whined, causing him to laugh. “Can we skip third period? I think I need time to process what just happened.”

“Yeah sure, I think we had a test today anyways.” We made our way to the roof and sat in the middle. “So what do you think of the new guy?”

“What makes you so sure he’s new?”

“Well, I’ve never seen him before and Jaime messaged me saying there was a new guy in his
class.”

“Shush. Mr. Know-it-all.”

“How am I a know it all when I was informed?”

“Shut up. Anyways, he’s like really cute and omfg his eyes!” I squealed.

“Like, I know right. Like holy frickin’ shit!”

“Are you making fun of me?”

“Oh no, I’m only enjoying the way you talk.”

“Asshole.”

“You want your asshole to be fucked by the new kid.”

“So?”

“Ok, gross T.M.I. Kellin. Anyways, what are we gonna do for summer?”

“It’s only the second week of April dude; calm your man tits down.”

“Says the gay one.”

“My tits are calm and besides, aren’t you gonna spend it with your girl, since you’re going to college?”

“Nah man, Carolina gets to clingy when she knows she won’t be seeing for a bit, and she wants me to spend it with her at her house watching scary movies. I’d rather go to Kings Dominion with my bestie and my friends.”

“Are you sure you aren’t gay?”

“Shut up, I got that from you. Anyways, I got season passes for all of us just so we can go.”

“I’m in.”

“I thought you were ‘the bottom’ type of guy?”

“And you want me to not make things so sexual when you’re bringing up my sex life? Mhm, ok Victor, makes perfect sense.”

“Oh shit.” Vic looked like he saw a ghost as he stared behind me.

“What?” I asked, getting a bit freaked out. If there’s a ghost behind me I’m going to flip my shit.

“Hide.” He whispered as he helped me to my feet.

“Why?”

“WHAT ARE YOU TWO KIDS DOING UP HERE?” uh-oh.

“Fuck, Vic where we gonna hide?” I whispered-yelled as we ran across the roof top.

“Jump.” He lost his mind.

“Have you lost your mind?”

“Do you trust me?”

“Well yeah.”

“Then jump.” And just like that he disappeared from my side. I looked over my shoulder and an overweight janitor waddled his towards me. I looked back over the edge of the school and saw Vic standing there with arms open. “JUMP!” He yelled. I threw my backpack first because I have important stuff that can’t break.

“Are you gonna catch me?”

“I’ll always catch you Kells. Hurry!” He called back.

“Stop right there!” I looked back and the janitor was less than 3 yards from me. With one final breath, I jumped off the edge and landed in a strong hold.

“I told you I’d always catch you.” Vic whispered in my ear as he set me to my feet. “Wanna skip the rest of the day?” As long as Vic was there I didn’t care what we did.

“Yeah and thanks.”

“For what?”

“Catching me when I needed you.” I said as I placed a peck on his cheek. “Now let’s go before we get caught one more time.”

“Ya’know, I realized that I don’t know a lot about you.” Vic said as we walked through the forest there was behind the school. We were on the trail walking towards the spot where people got high.

“What are you talking about? You know everything there is to know about me.”

“Yeah but I don’t know where you live, what your parents are like, why you always got be somewhere before 4. Just naming a few things but you get my drift. I don’t know what your home life is about.”

“Why does it matter? As long as I come to school it’s all good.”

“What are you hiding?”

“Nothing.”

“Bullshit.” Vic suddenly stopped walking and stood in front of me. “You don’t think I notice the way you sometimes limp or the way your eyes never shine or the way you can never hang out with us because you got somewhere to be? Something bad is going on and I want to help you but you keep avoiding it!”

“Where the fuck is this coming from?” I said, throwing my arms up in the air for a dramatic effect.

“This is coming from the two years that I’ve known you!”

“Exactly, two fucking years. Not five, not eight, not ten but two! You don’t know shit. You don’t know what I have to do in order to see tomorrow!”

“Because you won’t let me Kellin! You think you can just lie to everyone and tell them that you’re happy and that everything is peachy? Well maybe you can but you can’t with me! I’m supposed to be your best friend! Your right hand man but you push me away the minute I figure something out!”

“B.S!”

“If it’s such bullshit, then why are you doing it now, huh? Why are you getting all defensive when I brought it up?”

“Fuck you. You don’t know anything.” I said as I walked away, back to where we came from.

“Where you going?” I heard Vic call after me.

“Somewhere where people won’t assume shit about MY personal life.” I shouted over my shoulder. “Somewhere where people won’t even bother looking.” I said to myself. I have no idea where I’m going as I pulled out my phone and it said 12 o’clock. How can my day end terribly? I walked towards the park that wasn’t too far from my house, when I felt my phone buzz.

- Unknown Number : Hey, sorry if this seems a bit creepy but I asked some guy with spiky hair, I think his name is Jamie or whatever, for your number &’ he gave it to me. It’s Sergio by the way.
