The Great Escape of the Past
72 hours in 182 on 4
*Mike's P.O.V*
"Family and friends of Vic Fuentes." The doctor stated. All 15 of us stand up. He looks so confused and surprised at all of us here. "Okay, well he's dying and we estimate he has 72 hours, is the estimate of he's doing well. Everyone can go see him now, he's in room 182 on the 4th floor."
We all walked in, it was sterile in there. Anyways, Vic looked dead and peaceful. Everyone has tears in their eyes. Maria looked as if she was about to punch a wall then brake down into tears. All of a sudden, Vic's eyes fluttered open.
"Vic?" Alex asked, since we weren't too keen on the idea of talking.
"Mhmm?" He groaned as he was trying to shield his eyes from the light.
"Vic, why?" Maria asked.
"Got stressed." Vic shrugged.
"Why did you get stressed?" Kellin asked.
"Well, there's 2 things. I am not going to tell one of the reasons, but the other is because James showed up." Vic answered.
"Well..." Then Vic started explaining what happened between them years ago and now. Everyone was so surprised but it did explain a lot.
"Why didn't you tell anyone?" Amber asked.
"Because he'd kill you, Mike, Maria, mom, dad, etc." He seemed really calm. Then, a doctor came in and told us he needed rest and we could come back tomorrow.
I couldn't stop thinking about what happened to Vic. He didn't tell us until he was on his death bed. He also there's another thing but doesn't want to tell us. You could tell James didn't cause this. My phone rang and it was the hospital.
"Hello, Mr.Fuentes." a very nice lady said.
"Hello." I responded.
"Since you are the one who signed him in, we have to tell you first. Vic Fuentes died almost immediately after you left. Sorry for your lost."
"Thank you for informing me." I hung up and started crying my eyes out. I sent everyone texts saying he died. Nothing's gonna be the same anymore.
