We're All Crooked Young

Oliver and Austin just stared at the door in shock and fear.



"Well , i guess I'm getting the door then " I trailed off getting up and reaching for the door.




"What's wrong with you guys anyways? ?" I questioned as i opened the door to reveal a small girl about my height with tattoos and purple bone straight hair. She had on short jean shorts with fishnets, black vans and a cut off SLAYER shirt.





Her green eyes looked me over nervously as the midday sun flowed into the room.




"Um... I'm looking for Oli. " She whispered and i nodded.






I opened the door a bit more so she can come in and when she did , all of OM&M , and MIW looked her over.





The second her gaze met Oliver's and Austin's , they immediately looked another way. She bit her lip hard and Cass ushered her to sit beside her on the couch.







"So uhmm.. how do you know My Husband , Austin? " Cass questioned expectingly and Veronica swallowed hard as i sat on Ricky's lap on the other couch. All eyes were on the unknown girl.







"Well uh.. i knew him a couple years ago. We used to be close. ... uh as for Oli .. I've known him for most of my life. " She whispered and i saw Oliver stiffen at her words.






"Well.. why are you here? Are you a fan oorrr?" Alan questioned.






She looked up from her hands and was about to speak when Oliver interrupted.





"I think we need to talk... privately. " He uttered ushering her up and she immediately stood up and walked over to him.







" Seems as though you're trying to hide her from us ... " Tino teased playfully and i saw Oliver clench his jaw.






"So , next week we leave right? See you all then" He uttered before pushing her slightly out the door.





Austin was following them when Cass stopped him. "Where are you going? " She questioned.





"Like you said. . She knows us both. I'm just gonna go see why she is here. Keep talking about the vacation babe. " Aus purred happily before leaning down and kissing her forehead then leaving.






When they both closed the door behind them we all laughed. "Well that was werid. " I uttered.





"Definitely. I wonder who she is... but more importantly when exactly are we leaving for Hawaii? Because you know the guys go on tour again soon." Cass uttered.






"We leave in five days. So that means guys bring your gals and if you don't have one then find one" Chris uttered happily making us all laugh.






"Since we're all in relationships or semi talking to people , i wonder who that girl will go with. . If she does go " Cass spoke.






"She doesn't look or act like a fan Cass. Maybe she's a old flame??" I questioned her. She nodded her head and bit her lip.






"I dunno. But i think we should go find out what's all the chatter about" She whispered before getting up.







Just as she was about to go through the door , Austin came rushing in "Babe. How about we all go out to eat?? Let's say right now , my treat? " He purred happily and all the guys nodded.





"Did someone say free food? Hell Yes I'm in" Balz cooed while everyone agreed. He grabbed her hand and led her along with all of us outside to our cars just as Oliver drove away in his with that girl.





--Oliver's POV-- We rushed home and i bit down on my lip as we pulled up into the driveway.





"Why did you come here Ronnie? " I whispered. She looked at me and bit her lip.






"I've been here for awhile. . You just never noticed because I've become a different person after i left the ..... institution. But to awnser your question... i came for you. I needed to find you again" She whispered brokenly.







"You know we can't do this. .. we tried once and it ended badly. .. you have to leave this city. I'll even pay for your flight and hotel to send you back home" I trailed off and she whimpered.







"Why? Why must i leave? You used to say you loved me. What's changed? " She questioned sounding sad with tears brimming in her eyes.







I quickly turned away because i knew the second i look into those eyes again , I'll fall for her. My little forbidden fruit as i used to call her.








"We just can't be together ... not now , not ever " I whispered. "I know why you're saying that. .. i know you're just afraid. . But it won't be like last time i promise. Things have changed" She whispered touching my arm but surprisingly didn't flinch away.






I've missed a woman's touch. But could i really consider her a woman?







"You don't know that. .. I've been through some things. . . I'm screwed up for life. I can't love you like i want Veronica. .." I whispered biting down on my lip before she grabbed my face and made me look at her. The scent of her perfume filled my nose and made my heart flutter.








"Say it. .." she whispered.






"I can't. ."






"SAY IT! !! It's killing you inside and it's holding your heart back. Just say it... and we can be together and end all of this . " She begged and I nodded frantically.




"You won't be with me after what I've done ... You'll hurt yourself again like last time we were together. .. i can't do that to you again Ronnie " I pleaded with tears running down my face.






"Say it. .. Please Oli. .." She begged.






My heart knew i needed this old flame. I haven't felt this way since i met Arlet. But could i live through the devastation of heartbreak again?







"Okay. .." I whispered and she leaned in close.












"Stay with me ... Veronica Aphrodite Kean........" I whispered and her lips crashed into mine.
