We're All Crooked Young

My heart broke the second she said that.

"Arry. .. I-" I uttered before being cut off.


"Save it ... " she whimpered brokenly before leaving without saying another word.



I just stood there shocked.



"For fucks sake Ricky ! Go after her !" Cass uttered and all the guys nodded in acknowledgement.



I rushed after her and I walked outside the building to see the huge moonlight dark sky. I squinted my eyes in search for her.



I saw her sitting on the beach sand with the waves crashing upon the shore and drenching her lower half. I bit my lip nervously as I walked over and sat beside her .



She didn't even look at me , her gaze just stayed on the dark waves.


"Why didn't you tell me?" I questioned.



I looked over to see fresh tears falling down her cheeks.


"I didn't know how ... everyone so busy and I didn't want to ruin anything. .." she whispered brokenly.



I pulled her closer to me as the waves crashed over our lower halfs drenching us .



She laid her head on my shoulder and sobbed quietly.




"We all love and care about you. If I'd known. .. I'd never have said those things to you. If I'd known I would have never left your side -" I rambled.





"That's just it. I don't want you all to stop your lives for me .... " she whispered.



"Arry. . You're my fiancé and soon wife. I'd give up everything for you baby. " I whispered and she smiled softly. I cupped her chin with my finger and looked at her face.




Her mascara was running down her red cheeks and her bright eyes focused on me. "I love you. I'll give up my everything for you. " I whispered before leaning down and kissing her forehead then lips.




I pulled her closer to me and deepened the kiss. As we pulled away , I found myself crying as well.




"If I live long enough to make it to our wedding. .. I want you to do something for me " She whispered.




"You will make it baby. You're going to beat this and you'll live a long happy life with me constantly pissing you off" I playfully teased and she giggled.



"They say that I don't have much time ... that my months are numbered. Maybe four. " She whispered and I bit my lip.




"How long have you known? " I questioned.



"Two months...." she whimpered. . "Well you're not gonna die. In four months , we'll be married and you'll have beat this cancer. " I whispered encouragingly and smirked knowingly as she smiled softly.




"Do you really believe that? " She questioned sounding concerned.



"Yes . Yes I do .. you WILL survive. Now let's go back inside and celebrate this great night okay? " I questioned smiling as I pulled her into another sweet slow kiss. She turned over and straddled my hips and deepened the kiss.




"I love you " she whispered against my lips.



"I love you too. " I whispered as I picked her up and carried her back to the building. She was immediately spotted by Cass and CC and she was engulfed in a hug.



They pulled her away and the guys looked at me expectantly.





"What happened? " Chris questioned.



"Everything. ... the doctors said she only has 4 months to live. " I whispered and their jaws dropped.




"But as of today. .. We're going to make these last few months memorable. I'll be damned if I let this cancer depress her. " I trailed off brokenly looking back to see her smiling and dancing in between CC and Cass.




She looked so happy. I absentmindedly bit down on my lip ring and the song changed.



"Let's go dance. Let's live up this night ... for Arlet. " Chris uttered happily and we all smiled as we walked over to the dance floor and started to dance along to the beat.




--Three hours later---







We finally got into the house and I blew out a breath of relief. She was quiet the whole ride and I was worried , but I laced our cold hands together and pulled her upstairs Once we got into the room , I slid off my damp suit and slid off everything leaving me bare.





I grabbed some black boxers out the dresser before a little hand stopped me. I turned around to see Arry naked as well but she was shivering.




"Don't put them on... I just want to remember this ... I want to remember you. While I still can" She whispered and I smiled softly as I dropped the boxers .



She guided us to the bed and I laid down letting the cool sheets engulf me. She curled up beside me and rested her head on my chest.




She started to trace her finger over my hips . "I'm going to miss this. .. " she mumbled and my breath caught in my throat.



"You won't have to because you're not gonna die. Fuck those doctors" I whispered and she smiled softly against my chest.



"But I think you're gonna need to wear a jacket tomorrow" I whispered and she looked up at me confused.




"Why?" She questioned and I smiled as I flipped us over and rested my chin between her breasts.




"Because. .. I'm going to make love to you so passionately that every thought you've ever had will disappear. ... " I whispered as I started to slowly place kisses on her breasts as my hands rubbed against her thighs.





She moaned against my touch and I watched her intensely.







If she only has 4 months to live then I'm going to make every day memorable .

Notes

I'm sorry for not updating in 4 days. To be honest. ... I've relapsed twice. .. I'm a day clean and I felt terrible. I thought that I was stronger but I went right back to the blade. To anyone ever thinking of self harming. .. DO NOT DO IT ... I've been struggling with that and my ED . I'm sorry for the rant but yea , I feel like I can be myself on here.
