We're All Crooked Young

I woke up tangled in Ricky's tattooed arms.

I smiled softly as I looked him over , his plump little pink lips and his blonde roots.


I missed his smell and his presence. I slowly got out of bed and slid on his AFI hoodie with black thigh highs and I walked down stairs to start cooking breakfast.


I forgot my phone was down here charging and I saw I had a text from Cass.



-Cass- ●I've been planning this wedding for three months. Aussy said we should have it in the spring. I have some ideas and preparations before I pull everything together. Can you come over tonight?




I smiled softly at the text , I can't believe my best friend is getting married. I replied before turning Pandora on as I cooked.



The song 'Chasing Hearts - Breathe Carolina' filled the room and I smiled softly as I sung along.



I seriously love Breathe Carolina.


After some time , the kitchen was filled with the aroma of bacon, eggs , pancakes, sausage and oatmeal.



I was flipping the last cinnamon pancake when a pair of tattooed arms wrapped around my waist.



He breathed in the crook of my neck and kissed my shoulder. "Good morning beautiful " he cooed sweetly leaning against me.


"Good morning handsome. I thought I'd make you breakfast .. now go sit" I giggled and he slapped my butt lightly before sitting down.



I blushed before fixing his plate and mine as well.


I've been in recovery for awhile now and I can honestly say I'm happy with how I look .


I turned around and placed the food on the table only to see him shirtless and only in boxers. I bit my lip as I sat beside him , why must he be so sexy?


I look in every detail before I noticed something different. "Babe?" I questioned.


He hummed in response as he ate another piece of bacon. "Did you cut your hair? " I questioned.

"Oh yea , awhile ago I did. It's getting hotter and hotter so I just chopped it " he uttered encouragingly and I leaned over and ran my fingers through his soft black locks.


"I like it " I whispered and he smiled softly as he continued to eat. After we were both done , I washed the dishes and we cuddled on the couch watching some fashion show.



I buried my face deeper into his neck as we cuddled. I wanted to always be this close to him.



He started to place kisses on my head as his hands rubbed over my thighs lovingly.


I looked up to see his blue eyes blazing down at me.



"You're beautiful Arlet. " he whispered and I blushed.



"Thankyou Ricky" I whispered before leaning up and pressing our lips together in a passionate kiss.

His cold lip ring made me shutter but I didn't mind. He pulled me over and made me lay down on top of him.


I got lost in the kiss as always , his skillful tongue swirled in my mouth.


He pulled away and I whined at the lose of contact. He chuckled before kissing the tip of my nose.


"I want to take you out tonight. " he cooed sweetly and I blushed. "I'd love to but if so then I need to help Cass with her wedding plans now. " I trailed off.


"Well okay , so you're leaving now? " He questioned slightly sad. I quickly kissed him again and pulled away.


"Only a couple hours. Plus you should regain your strength just in case I pull out the cuffs again. " I teased playfully and he arched his eyebrow.



"You actually think I'd let you handcuff me again? " He questioned sarcastically.


"Oh. I know you will" I breathed biting down on his collarbone making him groan.


I got up and rushed up the stairs and to the bathroom. I quickly brushed my teeth and hair and hopped in the shower and washed myself. I slid in some jean shorts with a off the shoulder baggy sweater and some brown combat boots.


I pulled my hair up into a bun with strands falling everywhere and I did my usual light brown makeup with nude lipstick.


As I walked down stairs , I heard Ricky talking on the phone. "Yea . She doesn't suspect a thing man . " he whispered trailing off and I bit my lip nervously .


He quickly turned around to see me and his eyes grew wide before he ended the call.


"You scared me babe! " He uttered apologetically and I nodded. "Who were you on the phone with? " I questioned.



"Uhmm no one , just uhh .. talking to Chris about music. So are you leaving to go be with Cass?" He rushed out nervously and I nodded.


"Oh okay and yes I am. I'll see you tonight then right? " I questioned and he got up and pulled me into a tight hug and kiss . "Yes. I'll see you tonight .. have fun" he whispered before walking away. I bit my lip before grabbing my phone and keys and walking out the door.




Once I got to her house , I could see Aus and her car in the driveway .

Once I got out , the hot heat hit me and the chirping of the birds filled my ears as I walked up to the door . I knocked loudly and Aus opened the door with a smile and pulled me into a tight hug. "Arlet! How have you been ?" He questioned excitingly as he ushered me into the house.


The house was the same except for the piles of wedding items cluttered everywhere. "I've been great. How was tour?" I questioned as we both sat on the couch.


"It was great! And that's good. Cass is in the shower right now . " he uttered as he pressed play on the tv show he was watching. "Are you ready for the wedding? " I questioned and his chocolate orbs lit up.



"Of course I am. I mean I couldn't be happier. Are you ready to see your best friend in her dress and be Mrs. Carlile ?"


He questioned happily and I nodded. "Of course! You two are perfect together. " I trailed off.


We continued to talk until I saw Cass come down stairs. Her Chocolate hair was damp and her black tank top and skull leggings clung to her frame.


"Arl! You're here early. ?!" She giggled walking up to me and giving me a hug. "I know . But Ricky wants to go out tonight so I came early. " I uttered and they both gave each other knowing looks.


"What? " I questioned.

"Oh nothing! Have fun at dinner. " She chirped making me give them confusing looks. "Now it's time to wedding plan! " She screamed laughing and Austin started to head for the door once he got a text.


"Where are you going? " I questioned.


"Oh uhmm.. band thing" he whispered before leaving quickly. "Well that was weird" I whispered. Cass hummed in response as we sat down and started sorting through all her wedding plans.


"So obviously I want a black dress but I think I want it to be a Gothic but classic theme. Like I want the colors to be black and royal blue. " She purred happily as we looked through all her ideas.


I myself was getting excited just looking at everything fall into place.


"Cass. . Your wedding is going to be amazing! " I uttered. " Thanks Arl. I've never been so happy or excited for anything" She trailed off looking at the seating charts for the guests.



"You know Arl.. You're my maid of honor But I consider you more than that. You're my sister ... I want you to know that" She whispered and I smiled widely.


"You're my sister too Cass" I whispered as we pulled each other in tight hugs.


After hours of planning and talking she spoke up. "There's something you need to know as well ..." she whispered and I nodded.

"Well I-" She whispered before being cut off by the phone ringing. She picked it up and after about ten minutes she smiled wide and hung up.


"Uhrm I think we're done for today. I'll see you tomorrow? Have fun tonight! " She screamed laughing as she pushed me out the door.


I was confused but got in the car and drove back home.
