We're All Crooked Young

After the police rescued Arlet , she's been in ICU for two weeks now and I can't stand it. From what I heard , she was beaten , starved and dehydrated. But that's not even the worse part. They never found him .. It's like someone tipped him off and he just vanished.



I paced around until Chris stopped me with his hand.


"Calm down man. She gets out today. .." he reassured and I gave a soft smile.


--Arlet's POV-- I've been in hell I know that for sure. Every inch of my body was either bruised or broken. I've had constant IV medicine pumping in me and I'm always doped up on medicine. Today is my last day in here but I'm afraid of the world now.




I've had nine panic attacks and my depression is high on alert. I only told the police and Cass that Matt raped me. I didn't want Ricky to know I was filthy. . I've been throwing up so much but I think that's because the medicine they've been giving me.




Cass came in with a huge teddy bear and roses. She threw them in the pile with the other stuff fan shave sent me to get better.




"How are you ?" She questioned sounding concerned.


"I don't even know. . I seriously can't feel anything. I keep feeling his hands on me and I get the urge to puke again. " I whispered holding back tears. My heart monitor sped up then relaxed again.



"Well it's over now... but there's something you need to know.. the guys didn't want to tell you but you should know" She whispered .



I slowly sat up in bed and looked at her nervously. "What is it ?" I questioned still hurt.


"They're leaving for tour in two weeks. " she whispered and my world came crashing down.


"I-I .. W-What? ?" I stuttered. "They're leavin-" She whispered before I cut her off.


"I heard you..." I whispered letting my head crash back on the warm pillow.


My head was spinning at the new knowledge. I can't be this broken on tour..


I bit my lip nervously before I felt her intertwine our fingers. I rubbed my thumb over her hand before I felt something cold and hard. I looked down to see a huge engagement ring on her small finger.





"Cass ?! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME AUS PROPOSED,?! " I screamed excitingly and she smiled.



"Well.. things have been so hectic and I didn't want to overwhelm you. " She whispered softly .



"Oh I'm sorry. .. I want to hear all about it ! Enough talk about me. How'd he pop the big question? ?" I questioned happily and I saw her eyes gleaming.



"Well , we had morning sex and then he Made breakfast in bed for me. Well he came in and I saw that he cooked eggs , pancakes , bacon and I went to take a bite out of my favorite blueberry pancakes when I bit into something hard . I pulled out a ring and I saw that he was holding up a sign that said.




' To spend my life cooking you , your favorite pancakes and seeing that smile. Will you be my wife and make my life worth while?' .





I was so shocked that I started crying Arl! " She screamed laughing and my heart fluttered. I needed to hear some good news.



"I'm so happy for you Cass! " I cooed sweetly making her blush. "Thanks. You're my maid of honor so you need to get better babe! " She teased playfully and I nodded.



Soon all the guys came in , even black veil brides. "You're looking good " Chris cooed. "Eww you lair. Hey CC !" I uttered happily as CC approached me and gave me a light hug.



After about an hour of talking , I learned that Jinxx is married and Andy is dating a girl named Juliet , Ashley is still single. Go figure. Jake and CC are single.



Chris is singing in German and Devin has a girlfriend which I found surprising.



Ryan and Balz are talking to girls I don't know.


"I feel like I haven't seen you all in forever. ." I whispered looking at Ricky. He hasn't said anything since he came. Soon all the guys got the hint and walked out and Cass gave me a hug before leaving.



"Hey." "Hi" we both smiled as he slowly inched closer to me and I ushered him in bed with me. He held me in his arms and I smiled. I missed his touch , I missed his smell. . I missed him.



We looked deep in each other's faces and I studied every detail of his facial features. I missed those blue eyes.


"Baby. . I've missed you so much it hurts. I swear , I'll never leave your side again. And if I ever see Matt again , I'll kill him. " he swore before pressing our lips together in a slow steady passionate kiss.


My heart fluttered and I tangled my fingers in his hair as his hands rested on my hips. "I love you so fucking much" he mumbled in the kiss. "I love you more " I whispered as we pulled away. "Ms Williams? " My female doctor called from the door and Ricky slid out the bed.




"I think we should talk privately. ." She whispered and I look at him and he nodded approvingly before kissing my forehead lovingly and walking out the room. She closed the door and looked at me with a worried expression.




"Ms. Williams. . You told the police that you were raped by a Matt Kean. Am I correct? " She questioned sounding concerned and I nodded hesitantly.


"Well you've been showing signs. .. you also said that he ejaculated inside of you several times and he's the last person that's had sexual contact with you am I correct? " She questioned and I nodded.





I could hear my heart monitor speed up and she continued to ask me questions. "There's one last question. .." she trailed off.


"We've been testing you and ect and we found something very peculiar. " She uttered gripping her clipboard. "W-What did you find? ," I whispered holding back tears. "I'm so sorry ... " she whispered apologetically. "Why... tell me " I questioned . My heart monitor was going insane right now and I could feel my chest tighten.










"You're pregnant. " She uttered apologetically and my heart dropped. Well I guess , this will be my tenth panic attack.
