We're All Crooked Young

I banged hard on Oliver's door .

"HOLD UP MATE , I'M COMING !"He screamed in annoyance before opening up the door.

I was already was pissed about seeing him but then the thought of him kissing Arlet flooded my mind. Before I could register myself , the second he opened the door . I slammed my fist into his face. He stumbled back and hit the cold floor and held his nose. I hovered over him and shut the door behind him.



"That's for kissing Arlet. " I growled and he glared at me and stood up.

"Why the fuck are you here,!" He spat.

"Apparently someone you know has been harassing Arry . I have a pretty good idea that you know who it is !" I uttered and he looked at me.


"How would I know? I would never let someone harass her . !" He examined defensively.


"Oh whatever. .. You're such a hypocrite. You claim you love her , when YOU'RE the One who hurt her . !" I screamed and he removed his hand from his bruised nose.


"You have no room to talk . You probably have skeletons as well. So don't fucking judge me . " He huffed closing in .



I flipped my hair and breathed in deep.

"Whoever has been doing this to her knows YOU!" I screamed.


He threw his hands up dramatically.

"Mate , you may hate me but I'd NEVER hurt Arlet. There's noone I know that would purposely hurt her. " He uttered barely a whisper. I softened my shoulders and came to the realization that he was telling the truth.



Suddenly , I got a call from one of the Police officers that were working on this case.


"Hello?"

"Hello, is this Mr.Olson?"

"Yes , this is he ?"

"We have some information that might be interesting for you to know. Could you meet me at the station? "


"Uhh.. yea of course. " I trailed off looking at Oliver who was texting someone and furrowed his eyebrows together.



I hung up and Oliver looked at me with a worried a expression. "I'm coming with you. ." He uttered and before I could object , he grabbed his keys and walked out the door.


As we both drove to the station in different cars , my nervousness started to eat at me .


When we finally got to the station , we both got out we walked to the front desk.


"Hey I'm here to see Officer Romero ?"


They looked up from their computer and pointed to his office. We both walked in and he was sitting at his desk typing away furiously at his computer.


He saw us and immediately got up and shook our hands. I pulled out my phone and I noticed that Arry hasn't texted me back yet. I chewed my lip nervously.


"So what'd you find out ?" I questioned him.



"Well , Your friend Cassandra gave us the note and we examined it. To be perfectly honest it wasn't much on it .. but we found hairs. -" The officer spoke before we heard Oliver screaming into his phone.



We both looked back at him and he stared at me in pure fear.


"Call Arlet NOW" He screamed and my heart jumped out my chest . I dug into my pocket and pulled out my phone and dialed her number. It picked up after the third ring .


"Baby ! Are you okay ?! " I pleaded and it was quiet on the other line but soon I heard a loud piercing scream.

"Baby !! Answer me !!" I pleaded.



There was a rustling and wind blowing before I heard loud crashing and another scream.

"WHO EVER YOU ARE . I SWEAR I'LL KILL YOU IF YOU HURT HER !!" I screamed and the line went quiet.



"Not if she dies first. .. " They spoke before the call ended.
