Blackness

I woke up from the daylight shinning in through Tony's window. It took me about a minute to remember where I was, and to remember Tony had slept in the bed with me last night. I turned over to see nothing but a tangle of sheets and blankets. I got up and went downstairs, instantly being hit in the face with the scent of pancakes.

"Hey sleepy." Tony's mom joked as I walked into the kitchen rubbing my eyes. I looked at the clock on their oven, it read only 9:00am.

"Wow, how are you guys up so early? Question is, why am I up so early?!" I said slapping my hand to the side of my head in confusion. Tony and his mother laughed before she spoke.

"I guess we're all crazy!" She laughed.

"Especially kit- Alyssa." Tony chuckled, knowing not to call me my pet name or Mrs. Perry would think something was up.

"Tony, I know you were about to call her something else. What were you going to say?" She giggled, hitting him lightly upside the head with a spatula.

"Kitten." Tony said lowly, face bright red.

"Kitten huh?" Mrs. Perry winked "You two aren't even dating..well, from what I know of, and you already have pet names for each other?" She squealed "Alyssa, what do you call this dope?" She said pointing to Tony.

"Hey!" He pouted. I giggled.

"Turtle." I said looking down, smiling to myself.

"Awww, you guys i'm saying, would be great together!" She said, waddling over to the cooking breakfast.

"Thanks mom, now she's probably scared." Tony laughed, then winked at me from across the table. Then- my worst fear sat infront of me, Mrs. Perry set my pancakes down infront of me.

Calories, calories, fat, fat, fat, carbs, carbs! Do you want to be even fatter then you are?? My mind yelled at me, I couldn't eat them..and Tony noticed that too.

"Hun, you've barely touched your food. Eat something you skinny little thing!" Said Mrs. Perry.

I just sat there, looking at the horror laid out in front of me. I didn't dare move, I was so tempted. Plus if I did eat it, I wouldn't feel comfortable. I can't eat infront of others, I'm so self conscious. I just made conversation- small talk, to get me out of even looking at my food. After they were both done, I sneaked over to the garbage and secretly threw them out, I felt like a little kid sneaking not to eat their veggies..but it was better then getting fat.

About 5 minutes later, there were three loud bangs on the front door.

"I'm comin', I'm comin'!" Mrs. Perry yelled at whoever was banging on the door. As she opened it I saw Mike, Vic, and my mother. My mom looked like she was going to explode any second, and moment.

"WHERE'S MY DAUGHTER? I NEED TO TALK TO HER!" My mom screamed at Mrs. Perry.

"Calm down Miss, I'll go get her." She said calmly, coming back into the kitchen where I was hiding.

"Now, guys." Mrs. Perry said in almost a whisper "Alyssa, are those your cousins and mother?"

"Yes."

"Are they the ones who told you to not come home?"

"Yes."

She nodded, taking my hand and leading me towards the door.

"YOU NOW WHAT YOU LITTLE SLUT!" My mother screamed at the top of her lungs, I froze.

"M-m-ommy..I..-"

"DON'T BOTHER, I KNOW YOUR HERE BECAUSE YOU WANTED TO SLEEP WITH, WITH...UM.." She turned back to my cousins in question.

"Tony." Mike replied.

"THIS TONY PERSON? YOU LITTLE WHORE! WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO YOUR MOTHER?! YOUR COUSINS SAID THEY TRIED TO GET YOU HOME BUT YOU REFUSED!!" She yelled, slapping me. I fell to the ground in shock.

"THAT'S NOT TRUE! I WAS THERE, THEY TOLD HER TO NEVER COME BACK TO THE HOUSE BECAUSE SHE WAS STICKING UP FOR ME! THEY ARE HARASSING LITTLE BITCHES!" Tony defended, running to my aid.

"WELL THEY'RE RIGHT, HEAR THAT ALYSSA?! NEVER COME BACK!" With that, she walked off. I looked up in tears at my own to betraying cousins, family. They frowned at me and followed my mom, never to be seen again. I didn't want to cry in front of Mrs. Perry, but I did. I sobbed in fact.

"Mom- that wasn't true.." Tony sniffed.

"I know hunny, I know those two little demons spread rumors like wildfire." She said in a calming, smooth voice.

"Alyssa, shhhh...It's okay Alyssa." She cooed. She tried to help me up but I was too weak. Why would my mother believe my cousins over her own daughter? Maybe it's just my luck.

"Where do I go now?" I asked them both, Tony quickly turned on the puppy dog face on his mom.

"Yes, I know your question Tony. Of course, you can stay here. I wouldn't just throw you on the streets." She picked me up and walked me over to the couch. I was getting tired and my body went limb right away. Tony got on the couch with me and cuddled me, I didn't think his mom cared. I quickly feel into a much needed sleep.

If I was with anyone else, I wouldn't feel safe and protected, like I do with Tony and his mom.

To think, I'm living with the guy that I feared two weeks ago.

So some drama in this chapter

my arms are tired ugh.

Not from typing but from the exercises we did in track lol.

Its hard to write, when I get home from track at 5 and shower, eat then have a huge state test tmr :/
