There's No Such Thing As Too Young

Seven

Mike and I had been 'secretly' dating for Three months now, and I say 'secretly' because Fiona found out about us when she caught us with our hands all over eachother outside my house.

My birthday was in Three days too, and I was dreading it.

I hated not having my family around, and this was my first birthday without my Grandmother.

"Do you want to get wasted on your birthday?" Fiona asked me, as we walked down the street and out of the school gates.

"Yeah, why not? It's not like I have work the next day, so I won't have to worry about having a crappy hangover." I chuckled quietly, inspecting the oil on my arms from my metal work class.

"Yeah, we- Ah!" Fiona let out on ear piercing scream, and just as I was about to ask her what was wrong, arms grabbed me from behind, pulling me into the alley way.

Fiona was too.

I was suprised nobody noticed what was happening.

Hands were over our mouths, and I got a good look at the person who grabbed her.

They wore a black hoodie with the hood up, a snapback, black jeans, vans and had a bandanna around their face, and most importantly, they had sugar skulls tattooed on their hands.

I stopped thrashing around when I noticed them, biting down on the hand over my mouth.

"Ow!" The person yelled, letting me go.

"Tony! Mike! You fucking assholes!" I shouted, reaching back and smacking my foolish boyfriend on the chest.

"Mmmph?" Fiona asked, her eyes wide.

Tony laughed and released her, pulling his bandana off to reveal his face.

"Tony! I hate you!" Fiona told him, pushing him against the brick wall.

"I'm sorry, Baby." He whispered, spinning them around and holding her against the wall to kiss her.

Did I mention they were a thing now?

Tony bucked up the courage to do something about his obvious feelings after blabbermouth told him about catching Mike and I.

Their relationship was secret too.

Keeping it from the world, and most importantly the rest of the band was hard.

Vic supported our friendship, but certainly wouldn't approve of our relationships.

Fiona was also hiding it from her family.

It's not like I could blame Vic, they boys were dating teenage girls.

It was illegal.

"I missed you." Mike mumbled, turning me around and wrapping his arms around my waist.

"I'm so mad at you." I scolded, untying his bandana and pulling it off.

Mike grinned and ducked down to press a kiss on my lips, moving One hand to the side of my neck to deepen the kiss.

"Oi! Watch it!" Tony warned, stopping us before somebody came and saw.

"Sorry." We both said, blushing.

"What's with the disguises?" Fiona wondered, dragging a hand down Tony's chest.

"We finished shooting the end of our new music video today, and thought it would be a good idea to come and meet you after school. It's not like anyone would notice us, and we wanted to scare you." Tony explained, high fiving Mike.

"You suceeded in scaring us, why can't you both be normal boyfriends?" I sighed, hugging Mike and breathing in his heavenly scent.

"We're rockstars, Baby. That's not how we roll, we go to the extreme." Mike laughed, nuzzling against me.

"You can take us home now for being assholes." Fiona said, linking hands with her boyfriend.

"Okay." Mike and Tony made sure their hoods were up and their heads were down as we walked to the car, making sure nobody recognised them, as there were fans at our school.

We decided to go to Mike's place, which he shared with Vic.

Luckily he wasn't in.

As soon as we arrived, Tony and Fiona dissapeared upstairs.

I plopped down on the sofa, and Mike lay between my legs, burying his face between my boobs.

I laughed.

"Do that again!" He said, his voice alightly muffled.

"No!" I laughed, resting my hands on his shoulders.

We lay there for a few minutes, I was idly playing with Mike's hair.

"Are you tired?" Do you want to take a nap?" I asked softly, running my fingers through his hair.

He shook his head, making it look like he was motorboating me.

He laughed when he realised, and I pushed him away playfully.

"You're such a pervert." I mumbled, as he climbed ontop of me again.

He bent down and kissed me, running his hands up my sides.

The front door slammed shut, causing Mike and I to jump away from eachother.

Vic was home.

"Hey." He smiled as he walked into the room, oblivious to what Mike and I were doing previously.

"Hey, Bro." Mike said casually, coughing and waving to his brother.

"I'm going to shower, hey, Mills." He greeted, and I waved back shyly.

Mike dived on me again when Vic was gone.

I quickly got him off me and stood up, running into the hallway.

"Vic! Wai-" It was too late, and I heard Fiona scream upstairs, and Vic quickly ran down the stairs to where I was.

Mike soon joined, knowing exactly what was going on.

Vic's face was red, and I could tell he was majorly pissed off.

Tony and Fiona came down the stairs slowly, looking guilty as they avoided Vic's stare.

Fiona was holding her shirt around her body, tugging it down to cover her underwear.

Her lipstick was smudged, and there were bruises on her neck.

Tony was shirtless, with Fiona's lipstick all over his mouth and chest, leading down to his open jeans.

His hair was also a mess, and he pulled Fiona behind him to protect her bare body.

It was pretty clear what they'd been upto.

"What the hell did I just witness?" Vic asked calmly, taking deep breaths as he spoke.

Nobody answered for awhile.

"Er, nothing." Tony muttered, staring at the ground.

A giggle escaped my lips and I buried my face in Mike's arm to hide my laughter.

I could feel Mike's body shaking too, as he disguised his laughter with a cough.

"You Two can both laugh, I saw you through the window!" Vic exclaimed, making us freeze.

"Why didn't you say anything?" Mike asked.

"I was going to! Believe me! I just chose to ignore it, hoping you were just cuddling!"

"Vic-" I started, but he cut me off.

"Dont, Millie." He sighed, rubbing his face tiredly.

I bowed my head and Mike wrapped an arm around my waist.

Vic turned back to Tony and Fiona.

"Go get dressed, I want to talk to these pair." Vic told them, and they scurried off embarrassed.

Vic walked into the living room, and we followed.

We all sat down.

"How long has this been going on?" Vic asked.

"Three months." Mike answered.

"What about Tony and Fiona?"

"The same."

"You know this is illegal right? If anyone found out, you and Tony would be arrested. Then, the band will fall apart-" Vic ranted, waving his arms in the air.

"I know, Vic. It's a risk we're willing to take, these girls mean so much to us, it's unreal." Tony answered, walking into the room with Fiona in tow.

"Have you forgotten that we leave for tour in a week?" Vic asked.

Tour?

"Erm, what tour?" I asked, looking at Mike.

He sighed, and slumped back in his seat.

"We go on tour in a week, Mills." He muttered.

"And you never thought to tell us?" My voice raised, and my chest tightened.

"I was going to!" He defended, seeing how upset I was getting.

I chose to ignore him.

"I'm going home, are you coming?" I asked Fiona, she nodded.

"Babe." Tony sighed, reaching for her hand.

She pulled it away wordlessly and followed me out the door.

Mike didn't follow, and I'm glad.

"I can't believe they never said anything." I sniffled, wiping my eyes.

"Don't cry, Mills." Fiona told me, wrapping an arm around me and guiding me up the drive when we reached my house.

As soon as we were inside, we got out the stash of alcohol we kept here.

We collapsed onto the mounds of pillows and blankets that we had set out on the living room floor, turning the TV on.

I flicked through the channels, paying more attention to the glass of Sprite and Vodka in my hand.

Was there anything better than drowning your sorrows in alcohol?

"Did you and Tony have sex earlier?" I asked curiously, glancing at Fiona who had a glass of straight vodka in her hand.

"Nearly." She answered, shrugging.

"What do we do?"

"I have no idea." She sighed, tying her hair up.

I knew I didn't want to break up with Mike, he made me incredibly happy.

I hadn't self harmed in a few weeks because of him, and when I did relapse, he calmed me and soothed me, and didn't once get mad.

I bit my lip.

The doorbell rang, Fiona and I looked at eachother.

She held her finger to her lips as we heard voices.

"Millie! Open the door, Baby!" I heard Mike shouted, knocking on the door.

I didn't reply.

"Babe, I'm sorry I didn't tell you about tour! I knew you'd get mad, and I wanted us to have a nice time together before we left." Tony yelled, obviously here for Fiona.

"Go away!" She exclaimed, ignoring her boyfriend.

I reluctantly got up, walking over to the window.

I perched on the windowsill, opening the window and gaining the boys attention.

"Millie!" Mike rushed over to me, resting his hands on my waist.

"I'm mad at you."

Mike bit his lip.

"I'm sorry." He said quietly, rubbing tiny circles on my waist.

He looked genuinely ashamed, and I couldn't let him suffer.

I scooted as close to him as I could on the windowsill, pulling him closer by his hands.

"I know you are." I replied, brushing his cheek.

"I wanted to tell you, I was just scared. I didn't know how you were gonna react..."

"I would have been fine." I murmered, noticing that Tony had dissapeared from the door.

I turned around to see Tony and Fiona in a full blown make out session.

I chuckled and cringed.

"Atleast we get too spend your birthday together, my girl's turning Seventeen!"

"God, you make me feel old."

"I think it's the other way around." Mike chuckled, making me too.

"The door's unlocked now, come in." I told him, pulling away.

I hopped off the side, shutting the window, throwing a pillow at Tony and Fiona.

"Ow!" Fiona mumbled, pulling away from Tony to glare at me.

Arms wrapped around my waist from behind, a kiss was pressed to my shoulder.

I leaned back against Mike, resting my hands over his.

"We've been without you for an hour, and you already cracked open the booze." Mike said, surveying the open bottles of alcohol on the coffee table.

We all laughed

I couldn't believe he was leaving for tour in One week.

I had no idea what I was going to do with myself.

I just needed to put on a smile, and pretend everything was fine.
