There's No Such Thing As Too Young

Five

When I woke up the next morning, Mike wasn't there much to my dismay, only a note left where he slept next to me.

'I went home to go and change.
I'll be back at 1pm to take you out, dress comfortable and casual.
I miss you.'

My eyes skimmed over the words, a smile gracing my lips.

I also noticed that I was still wrapped up in his black hoodie, and I inhaled the musky scent of cigarettes and cologne.

I glanced at the clock on the wall, looking at the time.

I had exactly an hour to get ready.

I jumped out of bed, throwing the covers back into an untidy pile.

I proceeded to shower and cleanse, clearing away the sweat from the night before, and I also took liberty in dressing my cuts.

I let my hair dry in it's natural waves, leaving it to cascade down my back.

I then pulled on some light blue, high waisted jeggings, rolling them up slightly to disguise that they were too short.

After, I put on my grey top, tucking it in and letting it fall off one shoulder casually.

My make up was kept light and simple, and I didn't want to look like I was trying too hard.

I merely wore some natural eyeshadow, winged eyeliner, powder, blush, lipstick and some mascara.

I was a Sixteen year old school girl, not a Thirty year old pornstar.

I was pleased with how I looked, and I hoped Mike liked it too.

Just as I was clearing away my make up, my Iphone started ringing.

I picked it up, looking at the unknown number on the screen.

"Hello?" I asked uncertainly, hoping that someone at school didn't have my number and was now going to taunt me.

"Hi." A voice on the other end greeted, a cheerful edge to their tone.

"How did you get my number?" I laughed, relief washing over me.

"I put mine into your phone, and saved your number to mine." Mike chuckled, and I rolled my eyes.

"What's up?" I asked casually, darting around the room to collect the things I needed for my handbag.

"I'm outside, ready to pick you up." I looked out of my window after opening my curtains, letting the sunlight stream in.

Sure enough, Mike was outside, leaning against his black car.

"Ah, I see you." I told him, and he looked up at me, waving with a childish grin.

"Come up, the door's unlocked, I need to put some shoes and socks on." I said, peering down at my bare feet.

"Okay." I watched as he put the phone down, grabbing something out of his car, and locking it up.

I sat down on my bed as I heard the door open, pulling a sock on my left foot.

Footsteps echoed up the old stairs, and trailed into my room.

"Honey, I'm home!" Mike grinned, busting into my room with a bag in his hand.

I blushed inwardly as I heard him use a pet name on me.

"Hey again, I'll be ready in a second." I grinned, pulling my other sock and converse on.

I stood up, facing Mike.

I took a second to look at what he was wearing.

He wore a loose Drop Dead tank top, an acid washed vest, skinny jeans that were coloured charcoal, and his normal snapback.

He looked good.

His arms reached out for me, and he pulled me to his hard chest.

"I bring gifts." He told me, kissing my hair, and I swear I felt him breathe in my scent.

"You didn't need to get me anything." I tutted, shaking my head.

Mike pulled away, and revealed a bag from behind his back.

He handed it to me.

"Have a look inside!" He encouraged, jumping slightly.

We both took a seat on the end of my bed, our knees touching.

I pulled out a soft creature, with blue fur.

It was a seahorse toy.

I looked up at Mike in question, with my eyebrows raised.

"It's a glow seahorse, I thought it might help you sleep, I had the idea last night, after you told me you didn't like the dark. All you have to do is press his tummy, and he glows up." Mike explained, pressing the tummy of the toy, causing it to let out a soft glow that was barely visable in day light.

"That's so sweet." I exclaimed, placing the toy on the bed and kneeling to hug Mike around the neck.

"You don't have to keep it..."

"I love it so much, I can't believe you would do that for me." I told him, rubbing my cheek against his.

"I thought it would comfort you, and make you think of my glorious face." Mike said, making me chuckle quietly.

"You ruined the moment." I laughed, grabbing my handbag and putting the strap on my shoulder.

"Ah, I'm not good at romantic stuff." He replied, following me as I trotted downstairs.

"I can tell." I said, just as we reached the bottom.

"Oi!" He exclaimed, grabbing me around the waist from behind.

I laughed loudly, trying to pry his hands from my waist as he playfully bit me.

*Mike's POV*

"Where are we actually going?" Millie asked, turning her head to face me as we cruised down a lane.

"I'm taking you to a country park, it's got all different kinds of animals, and a trail we can explore. I thought it would be different and fun, something other than the clichè dates you've been on." I grinned, changing gear.

"I've never been on a date before." She murmered, looking out the window at the sights.

I peered over quickly in shock, my jaw almost touching the car floor.

"What? You've never been on a date? Seriously?" I asked in disbelief, turning a corner.

"Don't sound so shocked." She chuckled, fiddling with her bag strap.

"I can't help it, you're so pretty!" I exclaimed.

"Look's aren't everything, I have a shitty personality." She replied smartly, making me roll my eyes.

"I didn't mean that, smartass. I just think there's so much more to you than anyone knows, I've been lucky enough to see who you really are."

"You don't know me well enough." She sighed, and an idea came to mind.

"Let's play Twenty questions."

"What are we? Twelve?" Millie scoffed, and I merely laughed.

"Shush, and play, I'll go first." I said.

"If you must."

"When's your birthday?" I asked, she sighed.

"November Eighteenth, when's yours?"

"December Fourteenth, when do you leave school?" I replied, curious to hear her answer.

"Next year, after my exams. What's your favourite food?" She asked me, hooking her arm around the back of the seat, and turning to look at me.

That's not so bad.

"Nerds, they go down a treat when I'm high. Who's your favourite band?" I grinned widely, and she playfully rolled her eyes at my answer.

"Drugs are bad for you, I don't support them." She answered, I held back a smile as we passed a sign for the country park.

"Answer the question, and if your answer is not Pierce The Veil, I will be forced to kill you." Millie chuckled at me, hitting my thigh lightly.

"My favourite band is Young Guns, and you know, I haven't actually listened to you yet, but you killed it live last night." Millie said, and I nodded in appreciation.

The game carried on for the next Twenty minutes, and the drive was filled with friendly bickering, causing a smile to erupt on Millie's face.

It broke my heart to see that she was hurting inside, and couldn't escape the vices that were holding her down, and suffocating her.

She was so beautiful, and everything I wanted in a girl.

I don't care that she's Sixteen, she acts so mature for her age, even more mature than any women my age that I've dated.

"We're here!" I yelled, making Millie jump in her seat.

I laughed loudly as I pulled into a free parking space.

Millie and I hopped out of my car, she grabbed her bag, and I locked up after.

"Are you going to be warm enough?" I asked her, noticing her lack of sleeves.

"Yeah, I've got a cardigan in my bag." She smiled, walking next to me.

Our arms touched, and I felt electricity shoot in my veins and I gasped quietly.

"Are you okay?" She asked, her eyes filled with worry as she looked up at me.

"Uh, yeah." I stuttered, brushing the feelings off.

I payed for us both to get in, much to Millie's dismay.

I'm a gentleman, I can't help it.

"It's so beautiful around here." Amelia murmered, taking in her surroundings.

We were surrounded by large oak trees, and also horse chestnut trees.

The birds were singing in the the trees, and the sun cast down between the branches.

Leaves and blossom coated the floor, and they made a crunching sound as we stepped on them.

Our bodies were so close together, so I made a brave move.

My hand slipped into hers, lacing our fingers together.

I held my breath, hoping that she wouldn't pull away.

To my suprise, she didn't even flinch.

Millie gave my fingers a squeeze, resting her head against my arm as we strolled up the trail.

"Why did you choose here?" She wondered.

"To molest you and hide your body."

"Mike." She warned, not impressed with my answer.

"Like I said in the car, I thought it would be different. Seeing as this is your first date, I wanted it to be special. Plus, it's private and out of town, nobody would bother us." I chuckled, and she giggled cutely.

"Do you have alot of fans then?"

"I guess so, I don't want to sound like a jerk. It's mostly teenage girls, like yourself."

"Shut up." She laughed, hitting my arm.

Her laugh was music to my ears, and sent tingles down my spine.

"Want to go into the butterfly house?" I asked, pointing to a cabin like building, with 'The Butterfly House' written on a sign outside.

"Sure." She shrugged, pulling on my hand and pulling me towards the building.

"Man, it's hot in here." I whined, pulling the hem of my tank top.

"It's for the butterflies and caterpillars, idiot." Millie explained, looking at a blue butterfly in awe.

"I knew that." I scoffed, taking my Iphone out of my pocket.

The butterfly fluttered it's wings, flying up and landing on Millie's hand.

She smiled, bringing her hand up to her face to look closer.

This was the perfect moment to take a picture.

I discretely snapped a picture without her noticing, and quickly uploaded it to Instagram without a caption.

I know it was a risky move, but the fans didn't know who she was, how old she was, and why she was with me.

Millie placed the bug onto a leaf carefully, not injuring its wings.

I titled my head as I watched her, she was perfectly contented.

*Millie's POV*

"I had a great day." I whispered to Mike, running my hands down his chest.

"That's what I was aiming for." Mike chuckled quietly, grabbing my hands and wrapping my arms around his neck.

Our noses were touching, and our breath was hitting eachothers mouths.

His head dipped to meet mine, and finally our lips touched in a soft kiss.

My eyes fluttered shut.

His lips were soft and moisturised, and I was thoroughly enjoying the feeling of his lip ring against my bottom lip.

I sighed into the kiss, applying abit more pressure against him, Mike responded eagerly.

We kissed for a few more seconds, before Mike pulled away, his hands resting on my waist.

"Wow." He breathed, resting his forehead against mine.

"I know." I smiled, bringing my arms down from his neck to rest over his hands on my waist.

"Text me before you go to bed." Mike told me, rubbing his nose against mine

"I will." I murmered.

"Goodnight, beautiful." He whispered, kissing me once more and dropping hands from my body.

I waved as he walked down the driveway to his car, his hands deep in his pockets.

I watched him drive away, a noticeable smile on his lips.

I walked into my house, shutting the door and leaning back against it.

"Fuck." I muttered, realising something.

I was really falling for Mike.

This couldn't be a good thing.

Could it?
