>>Jaime's POV<<

As I walked away from the table Tessa sat at, I was smiling like a mad man. That was, until I seen who was the cashier...


"Jaimeeeeeee!!" Shouted Jessica. Her long brown hair was gone, replaced with a light blonde pixie cut. What happened to Angelo? I swear five minutes ago Angelo was up here.. I sighed and stepped up to the counter.


"Hey Jess." I murmured, wanting to get back to Tessa and see her gorgeous smile. It was so much better than Jessica's. I can't remember why I ever thought she was beautiful. Compared to Tess she was hideous.


"Uh yeah hey Jess...." I said, softly. I wished she would hurry up and serve me so I could get back to Tessa.


I stood there while Jessica kept rambling on, but I payed no attention. "...and then I was like 'no Zeek, I'm not going to date you, Jaime still loves me!' And I walked out." She beamed at me, her eyes daring me to tell her I missed her or something.


I stared at her with my mouth wide open. "You know what, I'll just go home." I said pointedly. "And Jessica? I don't love you. So fuck off." I spun on my heel and scanned the room for Tessa.



>>Tess's POV<<


I didn't stop running. No matter how tired I got. I ran home, then threw my wallet onto my bed, ran out the back door and jumped the back fence. I slowed as I reached the woods behind my house.


Which way do I go; one way would take me to the sandy, white beach, whilst the other would take me deeper into the woods.. I ran down the path to take me deeper into the woods.
