I'll do anything for you

Mike's P.O.V.

I was nervous the moment I stepped into Hot Topic, looking for the pink haired girl Victor had been talking about. I finally spotted her & walked up to here, not too sure of what exactly I would say to her. I tried to sound as confident as I could.

"Hello, I'm here for the job interview." I spoke.

"Mike, right?"

"Yea, that's me." I smiled.

"My name is Stephanie, nice to meet you." Stephanie held her hand out & I shook it.

She took me to a back room where the manager was, his name was Steven. Stephanie left the room, leaving me alone with Steven. I was shaking a little but I calmed myself down & put on my confident smile. We talked for a while, the questions were pretty simple. I think the hardest question was "What would you do if you saw another employee stealing?" I think Steven seemed to like my answer though. We ended up just making real conversation & talking about Nirvana. I liked Steven, he was really cool.

I walked out of the room & he said he'd get back to me in two days. So now all I have to do is wait for him to call me. I just really hope I got the job. Tony & I need all the money we can get & we only have two day's left with our family anyway. I need to get home so we can all do something really fun.

Stephanie stopped me before I exited the store.

"Hey, how'd it go?" Stephanie asked.

"I think it went well. I made him laugh a few times, he said he'll get back to me in two days." I replied.

"Oh, well I hope you get the job." Stephanie said.

"Thanks, I do too."

Before I could leave she stopped me once more.

"Wait, um...here's my number if anything. You know, if you need me to talk to Steven for you & stuff...I could help you out with the job & such, tell you everything you need to know." Stephanie spoke. I smiled & took the paper in her hand.

"Thanks, I'll call you if anything." I replied then finally walked out the door. I called Victor to come pick me up. He came in about ten minutes after, with Tony already in the car. I got in the back seat with Tony & gave him a big kiss. Then I noticed he had a guitar in his hands.

"Hey, nice guitar! Where'd you get it babe?" I asked.

"The store owner of the Music shop gave it to me! I got the job & I start there in two days!" Tony said back. He looked so cute when he was this excited.

"Wow, that's awesome!" I said back.

"Yea, I'm so jealous of his guitar! I'm just glad he got the job. How did it go for you Mike?" Victor asked, starting the car & driving to our house.

"I think it went well, Steven seemed to like me. I'm not sure if I got the job yet, I need to wait for him to call me in two days." I answered.

"I'm sure you'll get the job babe." Tony said, kissing my cheek.

"Thanks, Tone-bone." I spoke. "Oh, & that Stephanie girl gave me her number so I could call her if anything. So I'll know everything I need to know."

Victor & Tony just burst out laughing. I was confused but then they explained.

"Mike....you realize she probably just gave it to you because she likes you right?" Victor spoke, still laughing a little.

"But she said it was for job stuff." I said back. I have no experience with girls, so I might be wrong.

"Mike, you got a few things to learn about girls. You're an attractive guy, I'm sure she didn't mean just job stuff. I'm not worried though, you love me & you're gay." Tony said, grinning like a little kid with candy.

"Yea, I do & I am. But I don't think she's interested in me like you guys say she is." I said back. I kissed Tony & we held hands the whole way back.
