Kissing in cars

Vic was being so sweet, he brought all my clothes that I told him to get and my little bag into the bathroom. Though he never looked inside.

"I really appreciate this Vic.." I suddenly felt awkward. I was still there in just a towel wrapped tightly around my body.
"It's fine, I'm just glad you're safe." Vic smiled sadly and pulled me in for a hug before leaving me to get changed.
I know he was going to worry about me a lot after this. Everyone did when we went back to school after the incident at the beach. My mum didn't even want me to go back to school for at least a month, but in insisted since I had a lot of exams coming up during that time.

I got changed in my Drop Dead tank top with black shorts and burgundy vans. I quickly dried and straightened my hair, brushed my teeth and applied makeup.
I walked out of the bathroom, not even bothering to go into the sitting area and went straight to Vic's bunk.
I didn't really want to see them right now, especially since the thing with Jack.

I decided to pick up my phone and have a look through tumblr, twitter and instagram. The free wifi on the bus was really useful.
There was a photo on instagram of me and Vic running into the hotel with the caption 'Vic's... girlfriend?' I just laughed and shrugged it off. I scrolled down to see a photo from Mike's instagram of him and Beth kissing. It was so cute, I must say I was quite jealous of the both of them. There were a variation of comments such as 'cute!' and 'new girlfriend Mike?' and 'gross' Which made me really angry.
They didn't know Beth for one, and it was none of their business to get involved in.
I rolled my eyes at the hateful comment and went over to tumblr. I had so many messages from my followers.
One of them read 'I seen the photo of you and Vic holding hands and running. Honestly, you guys would be the cutest couple ever. I have been following you from the beginning and I've seen how many times you posted about never meeting Pierce The Veil and now you're holding hands with the guy! You posted how many times you wanted to die, but personally I think you just wanted to be saved. Vic can do that for you. I wish you all the luck for the future!"

I couldn't help but smile. My followers were honestly the nicest people ever. I checked my followers and noticed it had gone up a considerable amount since I've come on tour. It didn't feel right. I gained followers for my posts before I came on tour, and now that I'm on tour with my favourite band, people are following me for that. It didn't feel natural to me.

I put my phone in my pocket when I heard someone climbing up the steps to the bunk. Vic's adorable face poked through the curtain and instantly smiled. He didn't say anything, he just laid next to me in silence. It was a nice silence though.

There was a knock on the sideboard of the bed beneath us.
"Guys, Beth wants a group meeting. Now." Tony sounded scared, which then made me scared. I looked at Vic and closed my eyes before jumping down out of the bunk, Vic coming down after me.
We walked out into the sitting room, everyone already sat around Beth, Mike clinging onto her.
I refused to look at Jack who was sitting with his back towards me. Vic made me sit down on his knee.

"I.. I don't want to scare you guys and bring you into all my shit.." Beth had tears almost spilling out of her eyes like a waterfall that's damned to hell. What has she done now?
"Spit it out chika" Mike rubbed her arm lovingly.
"The hotel room.. I know who did it."
We all exchanged looks of worry and scare. I looked at her, cocking my eyebrow up and giving her a questioning glance.
"You remember Chris, right Stace?" Her voice wobbled when she said his name.

Of course I remember Chris. Before we moved to the states, Chris was Beth's boyfriend for a while. I say a while, I mean a good few years. I hated him. He smoked weed every night from the age of 15, he cheated on Beth and lied to her face numerous times. He made her feel like shit, and I didn't like him one bit. But Beth was happy, and I couldn't ruin that for her. However, when we told him we'd be moving to the states together, he refused to let Beth go because that would mean them breaking up.
Beth eventually broke up with him over the phone, since she was too scared to do it face to face and we left the following day before he could find out where in the states we were going, and before he could stop Beth.

I nodded at her, now with tears coming down my face. He found us. He knows where we are and who we're with. That's why he tried getting into the bedroom.
He was after her. He was after Mike.

I walked out of the room, trying to hide the fact I was crying, and close to breaking down. I went back to Vic's bunk, closed the curtain and turned the fairy lights on. They were strangely comforting. I slammed my body on the bed and sobbed until I felt arms wrapped around me.
It wasn't Vic, but it was Tony.
"She's going to be okay. I won't let anyone hurt her, I promise."
I lay there, still sobbing while Tony rubbed my back trying to get me to calm down. I fell into a deep sleep, clutching onto Tony's t-shirt, snuggling me.

sorry I haven't updated lately, I went to see mayday parade, man overboard, divided by friday and decade on monday and haven't been in school because someone punched me in my face

and i have a day to remember, the story so far, mallory knox and every time i die on saturday! so i won't be updating much after that until next week
