Fast Times at Clairemont High

"Tony, come here." I heard Vic say. He pulled Tony away from our group and around the corner. I snuck up and listened to them.

"If you're gonna be with Audrey, you can't let anyone know. It can end really badly for both you and Aud. People will think you want to like, have sex with her or something, even though you don't. So just keep it down low." Vic said.

"I know. But that's not what I want from Aud. She just makes me happy." Tony said. I just nodded and walked back to the group. Jaime snaked his arm around my waist. I giggled and my face reddened. He kissed my cheek and kept talking.

Jaime and I were home alone, since my dad was at work and Aud was at Turtle's.

Jaime was kissing me with so much passion, I don't think it was even possible. His full lips were against mine, and it sent tingles through my body.

His arm traveled up my shirt, and I stiffened.

"Jaime..." I mumbled, slightly muffled by his lips still against mine. He didn't seem to hear, because he didn't stop.

"Jaime." I said, louder. He stopped and pulled away.

"What's wrong?" He asked. I shook my head.

"I'm not really comfortable doing that yet..." I trailed, and he pressed a light kiss to my lips.

"That's okay, I understand." He said, his cheeky smile plastered on his lips.

Audrey came home, asleep in Tony's arms. I took her from him and invited him inside. I went upstairs and put her on her bed. I came downstairs to see Tone eating a bowl of cereal.

"Ugh, Tony. It's like 11 p.m." I complained. He smiled.

"I know, I just knew this would piss you off." He said slyly. I grabbed the bowl from him and poured it down the sink. I tried to grab his arm as he ran off, but he was too fast. He was already on the couch watching TV.

"Is Tony here?" Audrey asked, her voice soft with sleep. I giggled and pulled her to Tony. "Tony."

"Audrey." He said, wrapping her in a hug. He kissed her forehead and she blushed. She plopped down on the couch next to me and watched TV.

I gave them their 'couple's privacy', even though I knew nothing would probably ever happen. It was just how Tony and Audrey were. They got joy out of just talking; they didn't need to make out to feel sparks.

I was kind of jealous.
