A Castle By the Sea

After finishing getting ready, Michelle and I made our way down to the beach.

I was nervous to meet her friends and the fact that she was basically already trying to set me up with her guy friends didn't make anything easier about this.

"Hey Chelly!" a voice in the distance snapped me out of my doubts.

"Hey Mike!" she ran and gave the familiar looking boy a hug. I looked at the boy and I felt my face get hot with embarrassment.
He was the boy I ran into on my way back to the dorms.

"Guys! this is my roommate, Sara." Michelle smiled towards me and I quietly said hi to the handful of people here.

"I know you! You ran into me earlier. You need to slow down speed demon" Mike winked and I chuckled a bit as more embarrassment washed over me.

"I was in a hurry and not watching where I was going, sorry" I frowned slightly.

"It's fine little cutie, now lets go sit with the others." he draped his arm casually around my shoulders as we walked to the small group.

"So, are you from around here?" I asked Mike as i laid down my large beach towel and took my-Chelly's- cover up off before laying down.

"Something like that." he chuckled and pulled his towel towards me before laying down himself.

I laid back, enjoying the sun with my eyes closed but i could feel his stare burning holes into my skin.

I felt comfortable around this guy but him staring was creeping me out.

"Can I help you?" i laughed and turned my head to look at him. he had smirk plastered on his face.

"Cant a guy just take in a nice view?" his smirk widened and I blushed.


This guy was a serious flirt, seemed like a player but something about him drew me in.

My mind is all over and school is stressing me out but i know i had to update.
