Unseen Love

~Austin’s POV~

I woke up to Tina all snuggled into my chest. It was already 11:30, her brother would be here in about thirty minutes, but I didn’t want to wake her. She looked so peaceful, and cute. I knew she is tired from all the crying, screaming, and sex we did this morning, so I am going to let her catch up on her sleeping. I tried getting out of bed slowly, so that I wouldn’t wake Tina, but that was a fail. I climbed back into bed and pulled Tina into a tight hug. She got up so she was straddling me.

“Mhmm… Where do you think your going?” She questioned with a smirk on her face. I grabbed onto her thighs and thrusted upward causing her to yelp a little bit.

“I was going to shower before your brothers got here. They should be here in about thirty minutes or so. And I didn’t want to smell like sex when they got here. That would be really awkward.” I chuckled at how paranoid and worried I sounded.

“That is so cute how you are scared of what they are going to do.” She laughed. I have never seen her smile so brightly before. It was surely one of the prettiest sights I have ever seen.

“I am not afraid to admit that I am scared! I saw what your brothers did to Connor and Dave…” I cut off. I knew I just brought up something that Tina wanted to keep hidden forever if she could. I looked up to see if she was okay, and she had a devious look on her face.

“I know. My brothers are badasses. That is why I keep them around. But for now… How about you carry me to the bathroom, so we can shower before they get here? They won’t question it because they still think I am blind. Everyone, except you and the doctors, think I am still blind. I want to surprise them. That is why I asked the doctors if we could have a little Christmas get together in my room. We missed Christmas, and I want to tell everyone at the same time. The doctors said that was fine, since I am only in here for observation.” She looked so happy about her plan. I reached up and kissed Tina on the lips.

“I love you.” I stated. I plan on telling her as often as I can.

“And I love you.” She told me with a sweet and warm smile.

Tina wrapped her legs around my waist and grabbed my face in her hands and began kissing me. I stood up making my way to the bathroom. I shut the door and locked it. I set Tina down in the counter and made my way to the shower. I turned it on warm and made my way back over to Tina who had my phone in her hand and was taking pictures of herself.

“Just a little something in case you miss me, and I am not around…” She winked at me. She has been having a lot more spunk in her attitude ever since she regained her eyesight.

I walked over to her and grabbed my phone from her hands. I opened up the Instagram app and went straight to the camera. I turned Tina around so she was sitting on the counter facing the mirror and I pressed myself up to her back.

“Here babe, take the picture so that I can wrap my arms around your chest. I don’t want other guys seeing you completely naked, but a little tease is fun here and there.” I winked at her. She nodded and took the phone from me.

I wrapped my arms around her body and placed my head on her shoulder. She lifted my face up so that we were facing each other. Then I felt her lips crash into mine. We began passionately kissing each other before she pulled away.

“Babe, we have to shower before everyone gets here.” She said, while resting the back of her head on me chest. She took a couple of more pictures with me, but then I turned back toward the shower to make sure the water wasn’t too hot.

“Austin, you posted pictures of me before?” She had a few different emotion displaying in her eyes. A little bit of anger, but a whole lot of happiness. I simply nodded and made my way back to Tina. I grabbed my phone and set it down on the counter. I haven’t seen the picture that Tina took, but it can wait. Right now I need to get myself and my love ready for her brothers.

Tina jumped down from the counter and stepped into the shower. We began washing each other off and playing around. We were in the middle of a little water fight when we heard a knock on the door.

“Hey! Just thought we would let you know that we are here!” We heard Leo scream from the other side of the door. Tina giggled in my chest and I turned off the water. I stepped out wrapping a towel around me first then holding one up for Tina. She began drying herself off, while I was already beginning to get dressed.

“Austin, I have no clothes.” Tina whispered. She had the most worried look on her face. I couldn’t help my laugh at how frantic she look, and was acting.

“Here. Wear some of mine for now and I will text Tori to bring you some.” I handed her my clothes, gave her kiss, and then turned to exit the bathroom. But I was pulled back by Tina.

“They don’t know I can see remember? Let’s keep it that way until everyone shows up please.” She said just below a whisper. I nodded and decided to help her get dressed. Once she had all of my clothes on she turned towards the door and help out her hand. Just before she opened the door she shot me a quick wink.

We both stepped out and had Leo and Elliot.

After everyone hugged Tina and brought her to the bed. I picked her up and laid her down on the bed. And climbed into bed next her.

“Thank you for playing along. I will make it up to you. I promise.” She whispered in my ear.

“Pinky promise?” I whispered back. A smile crept upon her face and she held up both of her little pinkies.

“Double.” I laughed and made the promise official by wrapping my pinkies around hers. I set out linked hands down

“So… Tina how do you feel?” Elliot finally spoke up.

Tina began smiling. “I feel better than ever. A little tired. But sleep schedule has been off for the past couple of days. And it doesn’t help when the doctor comes in my room at five-thirty in morning.” She looked down to hide some of her laughter. I couldn’t help but tense up. I felt my face heat up from the rush of blood.
“Damn Austin! Why are you blushing she bad?” Leo joined in. My mouth was agape as I tried to speak, but nothing would come out. Tina began laughing even harder.

“Yeah Austin. Why are you blushing so bad?! What did I say to make you blush?” Tina mocked as she ran her hand up and down my inner thigh. I couldn’t take it anymore. The room was getting really hot.

I cleared my throat, grabbed a tight hold on Tina’s hands and placed them outside of her blankets. Just as I was about to speak Alan and Tori walked in.

“Oh thank god! Alan! Leo and Elliot! Do you think I could talk to you guys outside really quick? I need to ask you something.” They all nodded and made their way out of the room. I turned towards Tina and kissed her before getting up and making my way outside with the guys.



~Tina’s POV~



“Tina! How are you babe?!” Tori came running over me. She grabbed onto my hands and sat next to me in bed. “How was it with Austin? Did you guys do anything or just talk?” I could tell she was excited to get her friend back.

I smiled as wide as I could before telling her every little detail from my night with Austin to the moment he dressed me in his clothes.

“Oh my god! TMI! No, but for real, I am so happy for you babe. And speaking of clothes. I brought some for you. How about we go and get you changed?” I nodded and had Tori help me out of bed. Just a few more moments then I can tell her that I can actually see!!

By the time I got changed and settled back in bed Austin had walked in with the rest of the guys. I was wearing my sunglasses so I could actually open my eyes to see. Leo and Elliot looked like they had a few tears building up in their eyes. Austin looked nervous. He looked really nervous, actually.
“What’s wrong?” I asked to anyone, but mainly towards Austin. I knew I directed the question to him, because he made his way over to me.

“Tina I have something to give you. But before I give it to you. We need to tell them. This is the perfect moment.” I nodded and got up. I walked straight over to Leo and pulled Elliot and Tori into a hug.

“What is it babe?” Tori asked. I could see how concerned she was. I pulled away and took one final look over to Austin. He gave me a reassuring nodded. I took off my sunglasses, and stepped back.

“Austin can you come hold my hand?”

“Already on it babe. Come on you can do it. Do what you did to me.” Austin gave my hand a squeeze. I took in a deep breath and looked up.

“Leo, you are wearing a pair of tan khaki jeans with a navy blue sweater. Elliot, you are wearing a pair of dark blue jeans with a white V-neck shirt and holding a black leather jacket. Tina you are wearing grey sweat pants with a BMTH tank top and is holding a white hoodie. I am wearing black sweat pants with Austin’s Ready Set tank top, because Tori forgot a shirt.” I said with supersonic speed. I wanted to get it all out before anyone could say anything. Everyone looked star struck. So I decided to elaborate a little bit more.

“Yesterday when I woke up from the coma I learned that I could see, but I thought it was just my mind playing tricks on me. Then when Tori and Alan left, Austin and I were lying in bed and I had to know if it was just my mind. I asked Austin what he was wearing first, I didn’t want to list out what he was wearing, then I find out it was not true. So when Austin told me what he wearing and it match what I was seeing I wanted to surprise you all.” I finished with a few fallen tears from my face and a wide smile on my face. I felt so happy. I began observing everyone, but I couldn’t tell what they were thinking. They all had blank faces. “Well would one of you guys please say something?” My smile fell and soon did my hope of a happy ending.

“Oh my god. Pinch me so I know I am awake.” Elliot stated. I walked up to him and pinched as hard as I could in the back of his arm. “Ouch! Okay this is not a dream! Damn Teen! I didn’t say to pinch me that hard!” He retorted back with a smile on his face. I began laughing and was quickly swept up into a bear hug by my other brother.

“Leo! Please I am going to be sick! Put me down!” He put me down but did not release the grip he had on me. I heard him begin to cry, and I tightened my grip on him too. “I love you Leo. Thank you for everything you have done for me. Without you I really would not be here.” He nodded and looked me dead in the eyes.

“I love you too baby sister.” He wiped away some of my fallen tears. And quickly pulled himself together.

I turned away but was cut off half way by Tori. She had wrapped her arms around my neck and I wrapped my arms around her torso.

“Tina! I love you so much. You are my bestfriend. My sister. My other half. My ride or die. My partner in crime. I am so happy that you can see now. I know you physically never left me, but after we found out you were blind, something inside of you changed. You became this totally new person. I was beginning to really miss my bestfriend. I love you Teen.” She gripped tighter around my neck. I began crying even more. I cried harder every time Tori, or one of my brothers cries. The three of them never cry, but when they do I can’t help but to cry even more.

“I think Austin has something to ask you.” I heard someone say.
Alan said from behind me. I ran up and hugged Alan. I knew he was not one to open in front of people he didn’t know, so I just hugged him and whispered that we would talk later. “I really am happy for Tina. I am glad that now we can finally watch movies together.” I laughed and gave him a simple nod.

I felt Austin grip on my lower back. And I turned around to face him he looked disturbed.

“Austin, what is wrong?” I felt the concern show through my facial features.

“I need to tell you something.” Austin looked down, and I couldn’t help but expect the worst. Is he really going to tell me that he cheated in front of my brothers? He already told me that he was scared of them.

“Austin what is it? And you better not tell me that you cheated or something like that. Because both my brothers are here. And I don’t know if I will make them stop.” All the guys started laughing and that infuriated me.


“A week before you left me I had went out and bought a promise ring. I knew you had just gotten to where you could trust me, and I could trust you. I know we have only been together for a little over six months, and that is definitely not enough time to get engage with someone. But I want to give you a ring to symbolize that I promise to never hurt you, and that one day I will switch it out for an engagement ring. I love you Valentina. I never want you to leave me again, no matter who threatens us. We have to stick together. I need you by my side. Yes, that sounds selfish, but with you I feel like I have to be. You are so pretty, and any guy would be dumb not to try and be with you. But I swear that my selfishness and jealousness will never get the better of me. I will never lay a hand on you, or let anyone lay a hand on you not ever again. You have been through so much, and I want to make it all worth it. I want to show you that there is still some good guys out there… I am beginning to ramble…” Austin finally stopped speaking. I couldn’t help but giggle through my tears. “Miss Valentina Ariella Grey, would you do the honors and accept my promise?”

I looked down at him as he got down on one knee.

“Pinky promise everything you just said?” I said smiling holding up my pinky.

“Double pinkie promise.” He stated. I held up my other pinkie and Austin’s big pinkies tackled mine.

Austin placed the promise ring on my right hand and stood up taking me in his arms. I embraced his hug and reached up to kiss his lips.

“I love you Austin. I also promise to never leave you again, to never cheat on you, and to never hurt you.”

Hey guys! So I wont be posting again tonight. I thought I was going to be able too, but some stuff came up. I am sorry. I did make this chapter longer though. I type up all on Microsoft office then post them on here, so when I get done I know exactly how long the chapters are. This chapter is by far my longest. It is 7 pages and 2,756 words. Wow!! I knnow!!
