A One Night Stand, Lingered To A Fling

Once we found everyone, we all went back to the castle to watch the parade and then go back to the bus. I guess I was excited for the Disney parade as it was all my favourite characters. "Look Casey, it's about to begin" Matt pointed.

I smiled at him and watched the opening of the parade. Dozens upon dozens of my beloved Disney characters danced along the road, sparkling and making all the kids in sight beam from ear to ear. My hand suddenly filled with another hand, I looked to see Josh standing next to me. He smiled down at me, making me blush slightly. "You look beautiful" He whispered.

My eyes were drawn to him. "Thank you" I replied. I tore away from his gaze and looked at the performance infront of us. I looked up at the sky and noticed how dark it suddenly had gotten, I guess time passes when you're having fun.

The fireworks set off and I looked up at them, the night sky was so beautiful. "Casey" I heard Josh say from beside me. I turned to look at him but he was kneeling down on the floor. My heart began racing, I felt sick... this wasn't happening. He grabbed my other hand. I looked around me and one by one everyone in our group looked at us. Oli stared into my eyes, the look on his face almost tore my heart out. I looked back down at Josh. "Ever since I met you, I've been totally roped into your life. Everything about you makes me want to continue on in life and gives me like a new lease of life. Please, please do me the greatest honour and marry me?" He asked, hope in his eyes. He pulled out a box, opened it up and inside there was a beautiful diamond ring.

I stared at it, completely speechless. "Josh I..." I tried to choke out. I really couldn't believe this was happening.

"What d'ya say?" He asked with pleading in his eyes.

I closed my eyes and nodded. "Yes" I whispered out. His lips curved into a smile and he stood up, pulling the ring out of the box and slipping it on my finger.

"I love you so much" He looked down at me, grinning like a lunatic.

"I love you too" I smiled back. He wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed me softly on the lips. Everyone began cheering and clapping. When we pulled away everyone came up to us and began hugging and congratulating us.

When it finally came to Oli he hugged me tight. I'd never felt so numb. It was like I could feel my heart breaking, completely and utterly breaking. "Goodluck" He whispered.

I stood back and looked up into his eyes, it was like he wasn't even there anymore. It scared the life out of me. He stepped back and walked back over to Laura. The further he seemed to be from me, the more my heart proceeded to break. I looked at Josh and smiled, he was all I had now. "I love you" I told him.

He put his arm around my shoulders and we all began walking back to the bus. I couldn't wait to start a new chapter with him.

The one thing playing on my mind though was the fact that I cheated on him with Oli. Should I come clean? I can't let us get married with the lies I've got but then again there probably won't be a marriage if I tell him. Their friendship would end too. Josh wouldn't trust me around Oli, rightfully so. The thoughts wouldn't end though.
