My Heart it Beats...Beats for Only Vic
Chapter One
Heyyyy my name is Amanda Jameson, I'm sixteen years old and I'm four foot eleven with short hair dyed blue and black. When I look into the mirror, I see a pale round face with hazel eyes and a septum piercing. But most importantly, I'm a huge Pierce The Veil fan. I got into them when I was twelve. My brother Davis, who was twenty two at the time, had moved out of the house. He got engaged to a girl from his senior high school class named Kat. Kat was a huge Pierce the Veil fan and my brother had gotten a job as a body guard for the lead singer, Vic Fuentes. So Kat got me into them and I was instantly hooked when she first played "Caraphernelia" in her car.I didn't have a crush on Vic Fuentes until the end of middle school. I had dreamed of meeting him and was somewhat pissed that my brother got to spend time with him. I wish I could spend time with him, doing things other than body guarding....*flirtatious giggle*. But anyway, one day my dream of all my wishes came true.
"Open my present, you're going to love it," whispered my friend Erin.
"No she's going to love mine, you just probably got her another Pierce the Veil t shirt, open my present, Amanda," said Davis who apparently heard Erin.
"Like hell you got her a better present than me, Amanda don't listen to him. He's obviously being an annoying older sibling, open my present,"
" You don't know what I got her, so shut the fuck up,"
"Hey, let the birthday girl open her presents. No offense, Erin but I know what Davis got Amanda. Davis, there's no need to be rude to your sister's best friend. She's cool," said Kat walking into the kitchen. I love Kat because she isn't bitchy, unlike my brother's previous girlfriends.
I decided then to open Davis' present. It was a small package. Hmmm good things come in small packages I guess, whoops that sounded wrong (I love dirty jokes!). I opened up the gift and it was a small box that looked like a Pandora jewelry case. Oh boy, fancy jewelry as if I need it....
"Don't let the case fool you. It's something you'll actually want," said Kat reading my disappointment. I opened the case and nearly fainted when I saw what was inside.
They were two front seat tickets to a Pierce the Veil concert at the House of Blues for tomorrow and backstage passes.
"My buddy Kyle's sister had these, but she hates Pierce The Veil and her friend's mom wouldn't let her go,"
"ThankyousomuchDavisiloveyouandohmygodwhowouldhatepiercetheveil!?" I screamed all in one breath.
"Thank you and calm down,"
The next day, Erin drove both of us to the Pierce The Veil concert. All the way we were squeeing, joking, listening and gushing about Vic Fuentes.
We checked in at the ticket gate and got escorted by Davis to meet the band.
"Now guys, you get until the concert starts to talk to your "boyfriend" Vic.Please promise me that you won't go too crazy. I had to do extra work to do this,"
"Don't worry, Davis we've got your back," I said and Erin giggled.
As Davis walked away and sighed, but had a grin on his face.
"Hey, you're Davis' sister," said Vic's brother, Mike.
"Yeah, where's the rest of the band. It's just you and Vic,"
"They went to quickly grab us Taco Bell. There's three hours until the show,"
Vic came out of the bathroom and suddenly stopped.
I felt him staring at me and so I looked at him. His chocolate eyes were wide and there was a small shade of pink tinged in his cheeks.
My heart beat loudly in my chest.
