The Little Sister

*3 months later*

Mike's Point of View

"You ready for this?" I asked Karen as we walked into my usual tattoo shop. She laughed and nodded. "I'm in desperate need for new ink." she told me. I chuckled and held the door open for her "Why thank you sir." she smiled.

"Hey Mike long time no see." the receptionist said to me. "Hey Nelly, you're hair is very pink today." she smiled "Thank you. I'm assuming you're her." Nelly pointed up to a picture of the owner, Tim and the artists from the shop. Karen laughed "Wow that was a long time ago." she smiled. I looked up at the picture, Karen was standing in a group of them. They were all in their underwear, "Tattoo galas were the best." Karen smiled at Nelly. "Were having one at the end of the month if you wanna come." Karen nodded "That sounds amazing."

"Mike! Hey man." I heard my artist Jason say to me. "Hey Jason long time no see." "Karen baby get in here." he put his arms out and Karen jumped up into a hug. "I missed you so much sweetie." he span her around and put her down. "How's my baby?" "He had to get a little touched up around the eyes but beside that he's just as gorgeous as always." "Well as I told you, wear strapless bras bitch." "My boobs are too awkward for strapless bras." Jason laughed "Well what can I do for ya Mike?"

I explained what we were getting and Jason nodded. Karen went up first, then me. When we finished we paid and left the shop. "I think this was a good idea." Karen smiled. "Well you're now part of my sleeve." I smiled and kissed her cheek. "And you're part of my rib cage." she smiled up at me.

I know getting your girlfriend's name tattooed on your arm isn't a smart thing, but with Karen, I just had this feeling that we were going to be together forever. I'm going to purpose to her after our next tour. I want to do it tonight but we've only been back together for a couple months so she might say no. Then again she did agree to getting my initials tattooed on her rib cage. I just hope she says yes when I do ask her.

Karen's Point of View

I sat down on the couch with my legs on Mike's lap. We were watching American Horror Story. I felt my phone go off signalling I had a text message.

?~ Hey my little red head. I'm back-Sam

I tensed as I read the message over and over again. Sam can't be back. He should be in jail. I deleted the message and turned my phone off. I put it on the coffee table and crawled into Mike's lap. He held me close to his chest. I was still scared of Sam but as Mike held me I felt slightly more secure knowing Mike was there holding me, protecting me.
