The Little Sister

Shelby's Point of View

We quickly walked out of the mall hot on Karen's trail as she practically ran to the car. She was looking over her shoulder about every 5 seconds as she walked. We got to Melinda's car and hopped in quickly. As we were driving out of the parking lot I saw the guy from earlier getting a good look at him.

He was a really tall guy, his skin was a light tan color with black hair he had partially bleached. He looked at me his eyes were almost black and he had his nose and septum pierced. I understand why Karen told him to stay away, he was really scary looking. As we drove away I looked out the window and saw him typing something on his phone. I looked over to Karen to see her in the fetal position in the back seat. I looked over at Melinda, she kept her eyes on the road but I knew she was worried.

Melinda's Point of View

I pulled up to Mike's house which has become Mike and Karen's place. I looked over to Karen she was asleep in the back seat. I looked over to Shelby. "What just happened?" she asked me I shook my head "I have no idea." Shelby sighed. We got out of the car and I walked up to the door and knocked on the door.

"Hey Mel." Mike smiled "Karen needs you." I said gesturing over to my car. Mike ran over to my car and got Karen pulling her protectively into his arms. "I got this." Mike nodded walking back in the house. I walked back to the car and dropped Shelby off before going home.

"Tony i'm home." I called as I walked inside the house. "Hey baby." Tony smiled at me from the the living room. "Does Karen have depression?" I kinda blurted out. Tony chuckled "Karen has a lot of problems... depression, PTSD, critical paranoid, and commitment issues." I nodded "Did something happen babe?" I nodded again "Karen started freaking out when she saw some guy at the mall." I explained. Tony's eyes widened somehow knowing who he was, "I'll be back later princess." he kissed my cheek and ran out of the house.
