-Skylie's pov-
“Skylie...” He muttered into my hair and I felt his warm tears going down his face. “You scared the shit out of me. Where...” He trailed off and I pulled away. I saw the cashier, apparently named Jessica standing with us in the welcome area.

“I didn't want to intrude so I walked back.” I looked down.

“Sky? Jaime? Are you ok?” Tony walked in and asked. I met his eyes for a split second before returning my gaze to the floor.

“I uh. I have to go.” I say and walk to Tony's room to gather my things. 'You shouldn't have came back.. All of this is your fault. Just go and get beat up by Caleb again. More this time. You deserve it.' The voice inside my head spoke to me the entire time I was packing my overnight bag. “Hey, Tone?” I ask when I reach the welcome area where the three were still standing. “I'll be back for the rest, uhm. Later. Ok?” I smile trying to keep my tears in. He nodded

“Where are you going?” Tony asked when I reached the door.

I sighed and whispered “Home.” I heard someone punch the wall and start sobbing before running farther into the house with someone else. I turned to just see Tony. Jaime must've punched the wall and ran with Jessica. I turned back to face the door and left the only people who have ever cared about me.I ran to Caleb's hoping that things would get better. When I got inside I immediately ran to our old room only to see Caleb with another girl. Fanfuckingtastic. I turned and ran again, not knowing where to go, I ran to the only place I knew I would be happy at. I kept running until I reached the woods. I stopped for a few seconds to admire the first time we came here.

~flashback~

“Come with me, Skylie.. I want to show you something.” Tony said and I stood up grabbing his hand. We walked out of his house and started for the woods.

“Uhm,Tone.. can I ask what you're taking me to see?” I ask nervously.

“No, it's a surprise.” He says and smiles. I follow him until we reach an opening in the woods that contained only one tree and in that tree, was a treehouse. He ran to the ladder and started climbing. Wow, I never thought a 17 year old could look that happy about a treehouse. I smiled and followed him up into the spacious treehouse. When I entered the treehouse, my eyes met those of the boy I would soon fall madly and deeply in love with.

“Hi uh. I'm uh. My name's Skylie.” I stutter as he inches closer until we were about two feet apart.

“Hey Sky. I'm Jaime.” He smiled that smile that made the butterflies in my stomach flutter around.

~end of flashback~

I darted through the woods until I reached the treehouse. I smiled as I climbed up the ladder of our high-school hang out. I reached the room and went to the comfy sofa that I always loved so much. I grabbed the black blanket that was always kept on the back of the couch and got cozy on the couch before drifting off to sleep with a smile on my face.

-Jaime's pov-

“So, how long have you know her?” Jessica asked me as I paced in front of the door waiting for Sky to come back.

“Since 10th grade,” I say quickly. I can't believe I did something that stupid. I completely forgot about the only girl i've ever been in love with just because of a stranger at iHop. I'm not saying that Jessica is ugly but she was no where near as beautiful as Sky. No one was. No one ever will be.

“Oh. Are you guys like dating or something?” She asks and I sigh.

“No.” I say and then about a split second later the front door opens and I see Skylie. I don't waste anytime bring her into a hug. “Skylie.... You scared the shit out of me. Where...” I trailed off. I didn't even know I was crying until I felt her hair sticking to my warm and damp face.

“I didn't want to intrude so I walked back.” She looked down. She looked so broken. I was about to say something when Tony walked in, ruining my chance.

“Sky? Jaime? Are you ok?” He asked but neither of us spoke for a moment.

“I uh. I have to go.” Skylie says and starts for Tony's room.

“Tony. This is. Um, this is Jessica.” I say shyly.

“Oh, I'm Tony. Nice to meet you.” Tony said sounding genuine.

“Hey, Tone? I'll be back for the rest, uhm. Later. Ok?” I hear Skylie say, sounding heart broken and close to tears. Tony nods and Sky starts to leave. But Tony goes up to her one last time.

“Where are you going?” He asked her.

“Home.” I barely heard her whisper. I lost it. I punched the wall before grabbing Jessica's hand and running upstairs. 'This is all my fault. She's going to get hurt. She's going to get hurt because of me. Great. This is just great.' I stop at my room and pull Jessica with me. I turn her body to mine and say what needs to be said.

“Listen.. Jessica. You're beautiful and all but that girl is the love of my life and I just can't risk losing her. I'm really sorry.” I say.

“It's fine Jaime.” Jessica says and smiles a toothless smile. I sigh with relief and she starts to talk. “Now go and get your girl!” She says and playfully pushes my arm. I smile and hug her before running down the stairs and slipping on my sandals. I push open the door and decide that I should just run, save time from starting the car. I start for Caleb's and soon reach my destination. I see the front door open and run inside. I quickly go up the stairs and look into all the rooms, only one containing people. Caleb and some whore, not my Sky. I sigh and leave the house now walking. I start my way towards the woods. The only place I want to be right now besides with Skylie. I walk into the woods and soon reach the open area.

I look up to see the tree house in all it's glory. Still standing after all those years. I start up the ladder and I look into the spacious room to see the body of the girl i've been looking for all day. I feel myself grin from ear to ear as I walk over to her, pushing a stray hair away from her beautiful face. I kiss her forehead and notice that she slightly moved and felt her eyelashes brush against my skin.

“Jaime?” She asks quietly as I pull back lifting my body to rising position knowing I was out of line in all of today's actions.

“In the flesh.” I say with a chuckle. I think to myself that she's going to just stay on the couch but instead I see her rise to her feet and come to me. I feel her arms wrap around me and I do the same.

“We should probably get back to the others. They're probably worried about us.” She says and smiles as she slowly pulls away. I nod and we exit our old hang out. I'm utterly speechless. What just happened? Wasn't she mad at me? I think to myself. Well, I know one thing for sure. This coming up tour is going to be very interesting....
