Feels like forever

*Austins POV*
To say I was scared was not even close to how I was feeling. I was supposed to tell my baby girl about her mother. I just feel guilty about the while thing.
*Flashback*
"ho-oney" Miranda hiccuped. I laughed at the site. I wasn't as drunk as her but I was a little tipsy. "I say we take the shortcut though the alley." Was she crazy! That's the most dangerous place to go.
"Babe how about we just call a cab?" I didn't want to walk through this alley what's so ever.
"Oh come on we can spend some more alone time together." She started tracing circles on my chest.
"Okay but just stay close to me." I regretted all of this. We were walking and almost out of the alley until I felt Miranda being ripped out of my arms. "MIRANDA!!" There were three dudes holding me and two guys holding her. I struggled to have them let me go, but everything went blank.
*Miranda's POV*
I've never been so scared in my life. I didn't know what these guys were gonna do to us. I managed to look over to see Austin knocked out of the ground with a group of guys searching his pockets. I did the first thing I thought to do, "AHHHHHHHHHH-"
"Shut up you whore!"
"HELP I NEED HELP!" I just kept screaming and screaming until everything went still. All the guys ran and I heard sirens. I slowly reached over my side to be met with a knife sticking into it. As I slowly closed my eyes the sirens got further and Austin wasn't close enough.
-Time skip- *Austin's POV*
I woke up to the sound of beeping and heavy breathing. Oh, it was mine. Where am I? As I looked over I saw a doctor walk in with tears in his eyes. "Um doctor, could you tell me why I'm here?" I asked, hoping he would.
"Well sir, you and your wife would both attacked in an alley. There are good and bad news. The good new is that you are okay and well. The bad news is that, well sir I'm sorry to say, your wife didn't make it."
*End of flashback*
It's all my fault. I could've saved her. she could still be alive! I laid back on my bed as the tears slowly rolled down my cheeks. I heard the door open and saw Cece standing there with tears in her eyes.
"I ha-ad another-r night-tmare about-t m-mom..." I motioned for her to come over here. She climbed in bed and rested her head on my chest. I can't, I can't tell her. That's it I won't tell her.
